36. Celapaµikakath±ya½ celapaµikanti celasanthara½. Ki½ pana bhagavato sikkh±padapaññ±panek±raºanti? “Bodhir±jakum±ro kira ‘sace aha½ putta½ lacch±mi, akkamissati mebhagav± celapaµikan’ti imin± ajjh±sayena santhari, abhabbo cesa puttal±bh±ya, tasm±bhagav± na akkami. Yadi akkameyya, pacch± putta½ alabhanto ‘n±ya½ sabbaññ³’ti diµµhi½gaºheyya, ida½ t±va bhagavato anakkamane k±raºa½. Yasm± pana bhikkh³pi ye aj±nant± akkameyyu½,te gih²na½ paribh³t± bhaveyyu½, tasm± bhikkh³ paribhavato mocetu½ sikkh±pada½ paññapesi,ida½ sikkh±padapaññ±pane k±raºan”ti aµµhakath±ya½ (c³¼ava. aµµha. 268) vutta½.
S±ratthad²paniya½ (s±rattha. µ². c³¼avagga 3.268) pana “bhagav± tuºh² ahos²ti‘kissa nu kho atth±ya r±jakum±rena aya½ mah±sakk±ro kato’ti ±vajjento puttapatthan±yakatabh±va½ aññ±si. So hi r±japutto aputtako, sutañc±nena ahosi ‘buddh±na½kira adhik±ra½ katv± manas± icchita½ labhant²’ti, so ‘sac±ha½ putta½ labhiss±mi,samm±sambuddho ima½ celapaµika½ akkamissati. No ce labhiss±mi, na akkamissat²’tipatthana½ katv± santhar±pesi. Atha bhagav± ‘nibbattissati nu kho etassa putto’ti ±vajjetv±‘na nibbattissat²’ti addasa. Pubbe kira so ekasmi½ d²pe vasam±no bhariy±ya sam±nacchandoanekasakuºapotake kh±di. ‘Sacassa m±tug±mo puññav± bhaveyya, putta½ labheyya,ubhohi pana sam±nacchandehi hutv± p±pakamma½ kata½ tenassa putto na nibbattissat²tiaññ±si. Dusse pana akkante ‘buddh±na½ adhik±ra½ katv± patthita½ labhant²ti lokeanussavo, may± ca mah±-adhik±ro kato, na ca putta½ labh±mi, tuccha½ ida½ vacanan’timicch±g±ha½ gaºheyya. Titthiy±pi ‘natthi samaº±na½ akattabba½ n±ma, celapaµikampi maddant±±hiº¹ant²’ti ujjh±yeyyu½, etarahi ca akkamantesu bah³ bhikkh³ paracittaviduno,te bhabbatta½ j±nitv± akkamissanti. Abhabbata½ j±nitv± na akkamissanti. An±gatepana upanissayo mando bhavissati, an±gata½ na j±nissanti. Tesu akkamantesu sacepatthita½ samijjhissati, icceta½ kusala½. No ce ijjhissati, ‘pubbe bhikkhusaªghassaadhik±ra½ katv± icchiticchita½ labhanti, id±ni na labhanti, teyeva maññe bhikkh³ paµipattip³rak±ahesu½, ime pana paµipatti½ p³retu½ na sakkont²’ti manuss± vippaµis±rinobhavissant²ti imehi t²hi k±raºehi bhagav± akkamitu½ anicchanto tuºh² ahosi.Pacchima½ janata½ tath±gato anukampat²ti ida½ pana thero vuttesu k±raºesu tatiyak±raºa½sandh±y±h±”ti vutta½.
P±¼iya½ (c³¼ava. 268) “y±ciyam±nena celapaµika½ akkamitun”ti vacanato y±ciyam±nenaeva akkamitabba½, no ay±ciyam±nen±ti siddha½, tatthapi “maªgalatth±y±”ti (c³¼ava.268) vacanato maªgalatth±ya y±ciyam±nena akkamitabba½, na sirisobhagg±di-atth±ya y±ciyam±nen±tica, tatthapi “gih²nan”ti (c³¼ava. 268) vacanato gih²na½ eva celasanthara½ akkamitabba½,na pabbajit±nanti ca. Aµµhakath±ya½ (c³¼ava. aµµha. 268) “y± k±ci itth² apagatagabbh±v± hotu, garugabbh± v±”ti aniyamav±cakena -saddena vacanato na kevala½ im±dveyeva gahetabb±, atha kho “patiµµhitagabbh± v± vij±tiputt± v±”ti-±din± y± k±cimaªgalik±yo itthiyopi puris±pi gahetabb±. “Evar³pesu µh±nes³”tivuttatt± na kevala½ yath±vuttaµµh±nesuyeva, atha kho ta½sadisesu yesu kesuci maªgalaµµh±nesuyesa½ kesañci gih²na½ maªgalatth±ya y±ciyam±n±na½ celasanthara½ akkamitu½ vaµµat²tisijjhati, v²ma½sitv± gahetabba½. P±¼iya½ (c³¼ava. 268) “anuj±n±mi, bhikkhave,dhotap±daka½ akkamitun”ti s±maññavasena vacanato, aµµhakath±yañca (c³¼ava. aµµha. 268)“ta½ akkamitu½ vaµµat²”ti avisesena vuttatt± dhotap±daka½ ay±ciyam±nenapi bhikkhun±akkamitabbanti siddha½, “dhotehi p±dehi akkamanatth±y±”ti pana vuttatt± adhotehiakkamitu½ na vaµµat²ti ca, v²ma½sitv± gahetabba½.
