7. C³¼adhanuggahapaº¹itavatthu

Vitakkamathitass±ti ima½ dhammadesana½ satth± jetavane viharanto c³¼adhanuggahapaº¹ita½ ±rabbha kathesi.
Eko kira daharabhikkhu sal±kagge attano pattasal±ka½ gahetv± sal±kay±gu½ ±d±ya ±sanas±la½ gantv± pivi. Tattha udaka½ alabhitv± udakatth±ya eka½ ghara½ agam±si. Tattha ta½ ek± kum±rik± disv±va uppannasineh±, “bhante, puna p±n²yena atthe sati idheva ±gaccheyy±th±”ti ±ha. So tato paµµh±ya yad± p±n²ya½ na labhati, tad± tattheva gacchati. S±pissa patta½ gahetv± p±n²ya½ deti. Eva½ gacchante k±le y±gumpi datv± punekadivasa½ tattheva nis²d±petv± bhatta½ ad±si. Santike cassa nis²ditv± “bhante, imasmi½ gehe na kiñci natthi n±ma, kevala½ maya½ vicaraºakamanussameva na labh±m±”ti katha½ samuµµh±pesi. So kathip±heneva tass± katha½ sutv± ukkaºµhi. Atha na½ ekadivasa½ ±gantuk± bhikkh³ disv± “kasm± tva½, ±vuso, kiso uppaº¹upaº¹ukaj±tos²”ti pucchitv± “ukkaºµhitomhi, ±vuso”ti vutte ±cariyupajjh±y±na½ santika½ nayi½su. Tepi na½ satthu santika½ netv± tamattha½ ±rocesu½. Satth± “sacca½ kira tva½, bhikkhu, ukkaºµhitos²”ti pucchitv± “saccan”ti vutte “kasm± tva½ m±disassa ±raddhav²riyassa buddhassa s±sane pabbajitv± ‘sot±panno’ti v± ‘sakad±g±m²’ti v± att±na½ avad±petv± ‘ukkaºµhito’ti vad±pesi, bh±riya½ te kamma½ katan”ti vatv± “ki½ k±raº± ukkaºµhitos²”ti pucchi. “Bhante, ek± ma½ itth² evam±h±”ti vutte, “bhikkhu, anacchariya½ eta½ tass± kiriya½. “Asanthuta½ ma½ cirasanthutena,
nim²ni bhot² addhuva½ dhuvena;
may±pi bhot² nimineyya añña½,
ito aha½ d³ratara½ gamissa½.
“K±ya½ e¼agal±gumbe, karoti ahuh±siya½;
nay²dha nacca½ v± g²ta½ v±, t±¼a½ v± susam±hita½;
anamhik±le susoºi, ki½ nu jagghasi sobhane.
“Siªg±la b±la dummedha, appapaññosi jambuka;
j²no macchañca pesiñca, kapaºo viya jh±yasi.
“Sudassa½ vajjamaññesa½, attano pana duddasa½;
j²n± patiñca j±rañca, maññe tvaññeva jh±yasi.
“Evameta½ migar±ja, yath± bh±sasi jambuka;
s± n³n±ha½ ito gantv±, bhattu hessa½ vas±nug±.
“Yo hare mattika½ th±la½, ka½sath±lampi so hare;
katañceva tay± p±pa½, punapeva½ karissas²”ti. (J±. 1.5.128-134)–

Ima½ pañcakanip±te c³¼adhanuggahaj±taka½ vitth±retv± “tad± c³¼adhanuggahapaº¹ito tva½ ahosi, s± itth² etarahi aya½ kum±rik±, siªg±lar³pena ±gantv± tass± niggahak±rako sakko devar±j± ahamev±”ti vatv± “eva½ s± itth² ta½muhuttadiµµhake ekasmi½ sinehena sakalajambud²pe aggapaº¹ita½ j²vit± voropesi, ta½ itthi½ ±rabbha uppanna½ tava taºha½ chinditv± vihar±hi bhikkh³”ti ta½ ovaditv± uttarimpi dhamma½ desento im± dve g±th± abh±si–

349. “Vitakkamathitassa jantuno,
tibbar±gassa subh±nupassino;
bhiyyo taºh± pava¹¹hati,
esa kho da¼ha½ karoti bandhana½.
350. “Vitakk³pasame ca yo rato,
asubha½ bh±vayate sad± sato;
esa kho byanti k±hiti,
esa checchati m±rabandhanan”ti.
Tattha vitakkamathitass±ti k±mavitakk±d²hi vitakkehi nimmathitassa. Tibbar±gass±ti bahalar±gassa. Subh±nupassinoti iµµh±rammaºe subhanimittag±h±divasena vissaµµham±nasat±ya subhanti anupassantassa. Taºh±ti evar³passa jh±n±d²su ekampi na va¹¹hati, atha kho chadv±rik± taºh±yeva bhiyyo va¹¹hati. Esa khoti eso puggalo taºh±bandhana½ da¼ha½ suthira½ karoti. Vitakk³pasameti micch±vitakk±d²na½ v³pasamasaªkh±te dasasu asubhesu paµhamajjh±ne. Sad± satoti yo ettha abhirato hutv± nicca½ upaµµhitasatit±ya sato ta½ asubhajh±na½ bh±veti. Byanti k±hit²ti esa bhikkhu t²su bhavesu uppajjanaka½ taºha½ vigatanta½ karissati. M±rabandhananti eso tebh³makavaµµasaªkh±ta½ m±rabandhanampi chindissat²ti attho.
Desan±vas±ne so bhikkhu sot±pattiphale patiµµhahi, sampatt±nampi s±tthik± dhammadesan± ahos²ti.
