Ekamanta½ nisinno kho citto gahapati there bhikkh³ etadavoca– “adhiv±sentu me, bhante ther±, sv±tan±ya bhattan”ti. Adhiv±sesu½ kho ther± bhikkh³ tuºh²bh±vena. Atha kho citto gahapati ther±na½ bhikkh³na½ adhiv±sana½ viditv± uµµh±y±san± there bhikkh³ abhiv±detv± padakkhiºa½ katv± pakk±mi. Atha kho ther± bhikkh³ tass± rattiy± accayena pubbaºhasamaya½ niv±setv± pattac²varam±d±ya yena cittassa gahapatissa nivesana½ tenupasaªkami½su; upasaªkamitv± paññatte ±sane nis²di½su.
