68. “D²gharatta½ kho te, gahapati, nigaºµh±na½ op±nabh³ta½ kula½ yena nesa½ upagat±na½ piº¹aka½ d±tabba½ maññeyy±s²”ti. “Imin±p±ha½, bhante, bhagavato bhiyyosomatt±ya attamano abhiraddho ya½ ma½ bhagav± evam±ha– ‘d²gharatta½ kho te, gahapati, nigaºµh±na½ op±nabh³ta½ kula½ yena nesa½ upagat±na½ piº¹aka½ d±tabba½ maññeyy±s²’ti. Suta½ meta½, bhante, samaºo gotamo evam±ha– ‘mayhameva d±na½ d±tabba½, n±ññesa½ d±na½ d±tabba½; mayhameva s±vak±na½ d±na½ d±tabba½, n±ññesa½ s±vak±na½ d±na½ d±tabba½; mayhameva dinna½ mahapphala½, n±ññesa½ dinna½ mahapphala½; mayhameva s±vak±na½ dinna½ mahapphala½, n±ññesa½ s±vak±na½ dinna½ mahapphalan’ti. Atha ca pana ma½ bhagav± nigaºµhesupi d±ne sam±dapeti. Api ca, bhante, mayamettha k±la½ j±niss±ma. Es±ha½, bhante, tatiyampi bhagavanta½ saraºa½ gacch±mi dhammañca bhikkhusaªghañca. Atha kho bhagav± up±lissa gahapatissa anupubbi½ katha½ [±nupubb²katha½ (s².), ±nupubbikatha½ (p².), anupubbikatha½ (sy±. ka½. ka.)] kathesi, seyyathida½– d±nakatha½ s²lakatha½ saggakatha½, k±m±na½ ±d²nava½ ok±ra½ sa½kilesa½, nekkhamme ±nisa½sa½ pak±sesi. Yad± bhagav± aññ±si up±li½ gahapati½ kallacitta½ muducitta½ vin²varaºacitta½ udaggacitta½ pasannacitta½, atha y± buddh±na½ s±mukka½sik± dhammadesan± ta½ pak±sesi– dukkha½, samudaya½, nirodha½, magga½. Seyyath±pi n±ma suddha½ vattha½ apagatak±¼aka½ sammadeva rajana½ paµiggaºheyya, evameva up±lissa gahapatissa tasmi½yeva ±sane viraja½ v²tamala½ dhammacakkhu½ udap±di– ‘ya½ kiñci samudayadhamma½ sabba½ ta½ nirodhadhamman’ti. Sace koci nigaºµho ±gacchati tamena½ tva½ eva½ vadeyy±si– ‘tiµµha, bhante, m± p±visi.
