Tattha kamatoti idha uppattikkamo, pah±nakkamo, paµipattikkamo, bh³mikkamo, desan±kkamoti bahuvidho kamo.

Abhedena hi pañcasu khandhesu attag±hapatita½ veneyyajana½ sam³haghanavinibbhogadassanena attag±hato mocetuk±mo bhagav± hitak±mo tassa tassa janassa sukhagahaºattha½ cakkhu-±d²nampi visayabh³ta½ o¼±rika½ paµhama½ r³pakkhandha½ desesi. Tato iµµh±niµµhar³pasa½vedanika½ vedana½. “Ya½ vedayati, ta½ sañj±n±t²”ti eva½ vedan±visayassa ±k±rag±hika½ sañña½. Saññ±vasena abhisaªkh±rake saªkh±re. Tesa½ vedan±d²na½ nissaya½ adhipatibh³tañca nesa½ viññ±ºanti eva½ t±va kamato vinicchayanayo viññ±tabbo.
505. Visesatoti khandh±nañca up±d±nakkhandh±nañca visesato. Ko pana nesa½ viseso, khandh± t±va avisesato vutt±. Up±d±nakkhandh± s±sava-up±d±niyabh±vena visesetv±. Yath±ha–
“Pañca ceva vo, bhikkhave, khandhe desess±mi pañcup±d±nakkhandhe ca, ta½ suº±tha. Katame ca, bhikkhave, pañcakkhandh±, ya½kiñci, bhikkhave, r³pa½ at²t±n±gatapaccuppanna½…pe… santike v±, aya½ vuccati, bhikkhave, r³pakkhandho. Y± k±ci vedan±…pe… ya½kiñci viññ±ºa½…pe… santike v±, aya½ vuccati, bhikkhave, viññ±ºakkhandho. Ime vuccanti, bhikkhave, pañcakkhandh±. Katame ca, bhikkhave, pañcup±d±nakkhandh±. Up±d±nakkhandh±ti cettha up±d±nagocar± khandh± up±d±nakkhandh±ti evamattho daµµhabbo. Idha pana sabbepete ekajjha½ katv± khandh±ti adhippet±.
506. An³n±dhikatoti kasm± pana bhagavat± pañceva khandh± vutt± an³n± anadhik±ti. Sabbasaªkhatasabh±gekasaªgahato attattaniyag±havatthussa etaparamato aññesañca tadavarodhato. Anekappabhedesu hi saªkhatadhammesu sabh±gavasena saªgayham±nesu r³pampi r³pasabh±gekasaªgahavasena eko khandho hoti. Vedan± vedan±sabh±gekasaªgahavasena eko khandho hoti. Esa nayo saññ±d²su. Tasm± sabbasaªkhatasabh±gekasaªgahato pañceva vutt±. Etaparamañceta½ attattaniyag±havatthu yadida½ r³p±dayo pañca. Vuttañheta½ “r³pe kho, bhikkhave, sati r³pa½ up±d±ya r³pa½ abhinivissa eva½ diµµhi uppajjati ‘eta½ mama, esohamasmi, eso me att±’ti. Vedan±ya, saññ±ya, saªkh±resu, viññ±ºe sati viññ±ºa½ up±d±ya viññ±ºa½ abhinivissa eva½ diµµhi uppajjati ‘eta½ mama, esohamasmi, eso me att±”ti (sa½. ni. 3.207). Tasm± attattaniyag±havatthussa etaparamatopi pañceva vutt±. Yepi caññe s²l±dayo pañca dhammakkhandh± vutt±, tepi saªkh±rakkhandhe pariy±pannatt± ettheva avarodha½ gacchanti. Tasm± aññesa½ tadavarodhatopi pañceva vutt±ti eva½ an³n±dhikato vinicchayanayo viññ±tabbo.
507. Upam±toti ettha hi gil±nas±lupamo r³pup±d±nakkhandho, gil±nupamassa viññ±ºup±d±nakkhandhassa vatthudv±r±rammaºavasena niv±saµµh±nato. Gelaññupamo vedanup±d±nakkhandho, ±b±dhakatt±. Gelaññasamuµµh±nupamo saññup±d±nakkhandho, k±masaññ±divasena r±g±disampayuttavedan±sabbh±v±. Asapp±yasevanupamo saªkh±rup±d±nakkhandho, vedan±gelaññassa nid±natt±. “Vedana½ vedanatth±ya abhisaªkharont²”ti (sa½. ni. 3.79) hi vutta½. Tath± “akusalassa kammassa katatt± upacitatt± vip±ka½ k±yaviññ±ºa½ uppanna½ hoti dukkhasahagatan”ti (dha. sa. 556). Gil±nupamo viññ±ºup±d±nakkhandho, vedan±gelaññena aparimuttatt±. 509. Eva½ passantassatthasiddhitoti evañca saªkhepavitth±ravasena dvidh± passato y± atthasiddhi hoti, tatopi vinicchayanayo viññ±tabbo. Seyyathida½– saªkhepato t±va pañcup±d±nakkhandhe ukkhitt±sikapaccatthik±dibh±vena passanto khandhehi na vihaññati. Vitth±rato pana r³p±d²ni pheºapiº¹±disadisabh±vena passanto na as±resu s±radass² hoti.
Visesato ca ajjhattikar³pa½ asubhato passanto kaba¼²k±r±h±ra½ parij±n±ti, asubhe subhanti vipall±sa½ pajahati. K±mogha½ uttarati, k±mayogena visa½yujjati, k±m±savena an±savo hoti, abhijjh±k±yagantha½ bhindati, k±mup±d±na½ na up±diyati.
