Aya½ ±cariy±na½ sam±natthakath±. Vitaº¹av±d² pan±ha– ‘maggo n±ma v±sa½ viddha½sento gacchati, nanu tva½ maggo v±soti vades²’ti? So vattabbo ‘tva½ ariyav±sabh±ºako hosi na hos²’ti? Sace pana ‘na hom²’ti vadati, ‘abh±ºakat±ya na j±n±s²’ti vattabbo. Sace ‘bh±ºakosm²’ti vadati, ‘sutta½ ±har±’ti vattabbo. Sace ±harati, icceta½ kusala½; no ce ±harati saya½ ±haritabba½– “dasayime, bhikkhave, ariyav±s±, ye ariy± ±vasi½su v± ±vasanti v± ±vasissanti v±”ti (a. ni. 10.19). “K±ma½ sevantaññeva j±n±ti ‘aya½ puggalo k±magaruko k±m±sayo k±m±dhimutto’ti. Nekkhamma½ sevantaññeva j±n±ti ‘aya½ puggalo nekkhammagaruko nekkhamm±sayo nekkhamm±dhimutto’ti. By±p±da½…pe… aby±p±da½… thinamiddha½…pe… ±lokasañña½ nekkhamma½ sevantaññeva j±n±ti sevantaññeva j±n±ti ‘aya½ puggalo ±lokasaññ±garuko ±lokasaññ±sayo ±lokasaññ±dhimutto”ti (paµi. ma. 1.113).
