Taºh±carit± ito bahiddh± pabbajit± k±mesu k±masukhallik±nuyogamanuyutt± viharanti.
Tattha ki½k±raºa½ ya½ diµµhicarit± ito bahiddh± pabbajit± attakilamath±nuyogamanuyutt± viharanti, taºh±carit± ito bahiddh± pabbajit± k±mesu k±masukhallik±nuyogamanuyutt± viharanti? Ito bahiddh± natthi saccavavatth±na½, kuto catusaccappak±san± v± samathavipassan±kosalla½ v± upasamasukhappatti v±! Te upasamasukhassa anabhiññ± vipar²tacet± evam±ha½su “natthi sukhena sukha½, dukkhena n±ma sukha½ adhigantabban”ti. Attani v± r³pa½, r³pasmi½ v± att±na½, vedan±vanta½…pe… saññ±vanta½…pe… saªkh±ravanta½…pe… viññ±ºavanta½ att±na½ upagacchanti, attani v± viññ±ºa½, viññ±ºasmi½ v± att±na½, aya½ vuccati v²sativatthuk± sakk±yadiµµhi.
Tass± paµipakkho lokuttar± samm±diµµhi, anv±yik± samm±saªkappo samm±v±c± samm±kammanto samm±-±j²vo samm±v±y±mo samm±sati samm±sam±dhi, aya½ ariyo aµµhaªgiko maggo. Te tayo khandh± s²lakkhandho sam±dhikkhandho paññ±kkhandho. S²lakkhandho sam±dhikkhandho ca samatho, paññ±kkhandho vipassan±. Tattha sakk±yo dukkha½, sakk±yasamudayo dukkhasamudayo, sakk±yanirodho dukkhanirodho, ariyo aµµhaªgiko maggo dukkhanirodhag±min² paµipad±, im±ni catt±ri sacc±ni. Dukkha½ pariññeyya½, samudayo pah±tabbo, maggo bh±vetabbo, nirodho sacchik±tabbo.
Tattha ye r³pa½ attato upagacchanti. Vedana½…pe… sañña½…pe… saªkh±re…pe… viññ±ºa½ attato upagacchanti. Ime vuccanti “ucchedav±dino”ti. Ye r³pavanta½ att±na½ upagacchanti. Attani v± r³pa½, r³pasmi½ v± att±na½. Ye vedan±vanta½…pe… ye saññ±vanta½…pe… ye saªkh±ravanta½…pe… ye viññ±ºavanta½ att±na½ upagacchanti, attani v± viññ±ºa½, viññ±ºasmi½ v± att±na½. Ime vuccanti “sassatav±dino”ti, tattha ucchedasassatav±d± ubho ant±, aya½ sa½s±rapavatti. Tassa paµipakkho majjhim± paµipad± ariyo aµµhaªgiko maggo, aya½ sa½s±ranivatti. Tattha pavatti dukkha½, tadabhisaªgo taºh± samudayo, taºh±nirodho dukkhanirodho, ariyo aµµhaªgiko maggo dukkhanirodhag±min² paµipad±, im±ni catt±ri sacc±ni. Tattha ucchedasassata½ sam±sato v²sativatthuk± sakk±yadiµµhi, vitth±rato dv±saµµhi diµµhigat±ni, tesa½ paµipakkho tecatt±l²sa½ bodhipakkhiy± dhamm± aµµha vimokkh± dasa kasiº±yatan±ni. Dv±saµµhi diµµhigat±ni mohaj±la½ an±di-anidhanappavatta½. Tecatt±l²sa½ [tet±l²sa½ (s².)] bodhipakkhiy± dhamm± ñ±ºavajira½ mohaj±lappad±lana½. Tattha moho avijj±, j±la½ bhavataºh±, tena vuccati “pubb± koµi na paññ±yati avijj±ya ca bhavataºh±ya c±”ti.
81. Tattha diµµhicarito asmi½ s±sane pabbajito sallekh±nusantatavutti bhavati sallekhe tibbag±ravo. Taºh±carito asmi½ s±sane pabbajito sikkh±nusantatavutti bhavati sikkh±ya tibbag±ravo. Diµµhicarito sammattaniy±ma½ okkamanto dhamm±nus±r² bhavati. Taºh±carito sammattaniy±ma½ okkamanto saddh±nus±r² bhavati, diµµhicarito sukh±ya paµipad±ya dandh±bhiññ±ya khipp±bhiññ±ya ca niyy±ti. Taºh±carito dukkh±ya paµipad±ya dandh±bhiññ±ya khipp±bhiññ±ya ca niyy±ti.
Tattha ki½k±raºa½, ya½ taºh±carito dukkh±ya paµipad±ya dandh±bhiññ±ya khipp±bhiññ±ya ca niyy±ti, tassa hi k±m± apariccatt± bhavanti, so k±mehi viveciyam±no dukkhena paµinissarati dandhañca dhamma½ ±j±n±ti? Yo pan±ya½ diµµhicarito aya½ ±ditoyeva k±mehi anatthiko bhavati. So tato viveciyam±no khippañca paµinissarati, khippañca dhamma½ ±j±n±ti. Dukkh±pi paµipad± duvidh± dandh±bhiññ± ca khipp±bhiññ± ca. Sukh±pi paµipad± duvidh± dandh±bhiññ± ca khipp±bhiññ± ca. Satt±pi duvidh± mudindriy±pi tikkhindriy±pi. Ye mudindriy±, te dandhañca paµinissaranti dandhañca dhamma½ ±j±nanti. Ye tikkhindriy±, te khippañca paµinissaranti, khippañca dhamma½ ±j±nanti, im± catasso paµipad±. Ye hi keci niyyi½su v± niyyanti v± niyyissanti v±, te im±hi eva cat³hi paµipad±hi. Eva½ ariy± catukkamagga½ paññ±penti abudhajanasevit±ya b±lakant±ya rattav±siniy± nandiy± bhavataºh±ya avaµµanattha½ [±vaµµanattha½ (s². ka.)]. Aya½ vuccati nandiy±vaµµassa nayassa bh³m²ti, ten±ha “taºhañca avijjampi ca samathen±”ti.
82. Veyy±karaºesu hi ye kusal±kusal±ti te duvidh± upaparikkhitabb±– lokavaµµ±nus±r² ca lokavivaµµ±nus±r² ca. Vaµµa½ n±ma sa½s±ro. Vivaµµa½ nibb±na½. Kammakiles± hetu sa½s±rassa. Tattha kamma½ cetan± cetasikañca niddisitabba½. Ta½ katha½ daµµhabba½? Upacayena sabbepi kiles± cat³hi vipall±sehi niddisitabb±. Te kattha daµµhabb±? Dasa vatthuke kilesapuñje.
