Liªgasaddo sadde saddappavattinimitte itthibyañjane purisabyañjane saññ±ºe ±k±re c±ti imesu atthesu dissati. Ariyamaggo pana sabbad±yeva sabbalokassa muyhati, n±yak± paramadullabh±. Tasm± so eva avijj±samm³¼hehi maggitabboti maggo. Aññesa½ pana dvinna½ dh±t³na½ vasenapi attha½ vadanti gar³ “kilese m±rento gacchat²ti maggo”ti. Ta½ ta½ kicca½ hita½ v± nipph±detuk±mehi maggiyati gavesiyat²ti maggo, up±yo. Maggasaddo hi “abhidhammakath±magga½, dev±na½ sampavattay²”ti ettha up±yepi vattati. Tath± hi abhidhammaµ²k±ya½ “maggoti up±yo, khandh±yatan±d²na½ kusal±d²nañca dhamm±na½ avabodhassa saccappaµivedhasseva v± up±yabh±vato abhidhammakath±maggo”ti vutto, pabandho v± “maggo”ti vuccati. Koci panettha eva½ vadeyya “dhammasetu½ da¼ha½ katv±’ti ettha ‘dhammasetunti maggasetun’ti vacanato dhammasaddo magge vattati, na setusaddo”ti. Atha v± dakkhiºuttaren±ti dakkhiºapacchimuttarena, ettha ±di-avas±naggahaºena majjhassapi gahaºa½ daµµhabba½. Eva½ gahaºa½yeva hi ya½ j±takanid±ne vutta½ “bodhisatto tiºa½ gahetv± bodhimaº¹a½ ±r³yha dakkhiºadis±bh±ge uttar±bhimukho aµµh±si, tasmi½ khaºe dakkhiºacakkav±¼a½ os²ditv± heµµh± av²cisampatta½ viya ahosi, uttaracakkav±¼a½ ullaªghitv± upari bhavaggappatta½ viya ahosi, bodhisatto ida½ sambodhip±puºaµµh±na½ na bhavati maññeti padakkhiºa½ karonto pacchimadis±bh±ga½ gantv± puratth±bhimukho aµµh±s²”ti-±di, tena sameti. Ath±pi vadeyya “yadi uttarasaddo dis±v±cako, evañca sati “dakkhiºuttaren±”ti enayoga½ avatv± “dakkhiºuttar±y±”ti ±yayogo vattabbo”ti. Tanna, dis±v±cakassapi saddassa “uttarena nad² s²t±, gambh²r± duratikkam±”ti enayogavasena vacanato. Apica dis±bh±ga½ sandh±ya “dakkhiºuttaren±”ti vacana½ vutta½.
