Tattha uddesav±re catt±ro khandh±ti-±dayo tev²sati koµµh±s± honti. Tesa½ evamattho veditabbo– yasmi½ samaye k±m±vacara½ paµhama½ mah±kusalacitta½ uppajjati, ye tasmi½ samaye cittaªgavasena uppann±, µhapetv± yev±panake, p±¼i-±ru¼h± atirekapaºº±sadhamm±, te sabbepi saªgayham±n± r±saµµhena catt±rova khandh± honti Heµµh± vuttena ±yatanaµµhena dve ±yatan±ni honti. ‘Ki½ panete aññamañña½ v± ta½samuµµh±nar³passa v± paccay± na hont²’ti? ‘No na honti. Ime pana tath± ca honti, aññath± c±ti sam±nepi paccayatte atirekapaccay± honti, tasm± ±h±r±ti vutt±. Katha½? Etesu hi phass±h±ro, yesa½ dhamm±na½ avases± cittacetasik± paccay± honti, tesañca paccayo hoti, tisso ca vedan± ±harati. Manosañcetan±h±ro tesañca paccayo hoti tayo ca bhave ±harati. Viññ±º±h±ro tesañca paccayo hoti paµisandhin±mar³pañca ±harat²’ti. ‘Nanu ca so vip±kova ida½ pana kusalaviññ±ºan’ti? ‘Kiñc±pi kusalaviññ±ºa½, ta½sarikkhat±ya pana viññ±º±h±ro’tveva vutta½. “Seyyath±pi, bhikkhave, aya½ k±yo ±h±raµµhitiko, ±h±ra½ paµicca tiµµhati, an±h±ro no tiµµhati” (sa½. ni. 5.183). Tath± phassapaccay± vedan±, saªkh±rapaccay± viññ±ºa½, viññ±ºapaccay± n±mar³panti (sa½. ni. 2.1).
Adhipatiyaµµhena pana aµµheva dhamm± indriy±ni honti, na avases±. Tena vutta½– aµµhindriy±ni hont²ti. Upanijjh±yanaµµhena pañceva dhamm± jh±naªg±ni honti. Tena vutta½– pañcaªgika½ jh±na½ hot²ti.
Niyy±naµµhena ca hetvaµµhena ca pañceva dhamm± maggaªg±ni honti. Tena vutta½– pañcaªgiko maggo hot²ti. Kiñc±pi hi aµµhaªgiko ariyamaggo, lokiyacitte pana ekakkhaºe tisso viratiyo na labbhanti, tasm± pañcaªgikoti vutto. ‘Nanu ca “yath±gatamaggoti kho, bhikkhu, ariyasseta½ aµµhaªgikassa maggassa adhivacanan”ti (sa½. ni. 4.245) imasmi½ sutte ‘yatheva lokuttaramaggo aµµhaªgiko, pubbabh±gavipassan±maggopi tatheva aµµhaªgiko’ti yath±gatavacanena imassatthassa d²pitatt±, lokiyamaggen±pi aµµhaªgikena bhavitabbanti? Na bhavitabba½ Ayañhi suttantikadesan± n±ma pariy±yadesan±. Ten±ha– “pubbeva kho panassa k±yakamma½ vac²kamma½ ±j²vo suparisuddho hot²”ti (ma. ni. 3.431). Aya½ pana nippariy±yadesan±. Lokiyacittasmiñhi tisso viratiyo ekakkhaºe na labbhanti, tasm± ‘pañcaªgiko’va vuttoti.
Akampiyaµµhena pana satteva dhamm± bal±ni honti. M³laµµhena tayova dhamm± het³. Phusanaµµhena ekova dhammo phasso. Vedayitaµµhena ekova dhammo vedan±. Sañj±nanaµµhena ekova dhammo saññ±.
