Tenev±ha “itthambh³tassa lakkhaºe karaºavacanan”ti. Tattha itthambh³tass±ti kañci pak±ra½ pattassa. Lakkh²yate anen±ti lakkhaºa½, tasmi½ karaºavacana½, tatiy±vibhatt²ti attho. “Pak±ro”ti ca s±maññassa bhedako viseso vuccati. Tath± hi ³napañcabandhanena patten±ti ettha bhikkhubh±vas±maññassa ³napañcabandhanapattabh±vo pak±ro, ta½ bhikkhu ±panno, tassa patto lakkhaºa½. Yadi aparipuººapañcabandhano patto ³napañcabandhano n±ma hoti, atha kasm± imassa padabh±janiya½ abandhanopi vuttoti ±ha “tatth±”ti-±di. Tattha tatth±ti v±kyopaññ±se. Bandhanok±se sati v± asati v± bandhanavirahito patto abandhano, pañcabandhan±na½ ok±so ass±ti pañcabandhanok±so. Apattoti patto n±ma na hot²ti attho, p±katika½ k±tu½ asamatthoti vutta½ hoti. Idañca aññassa viññ±pane k±raºavacana½. Ten±ha “tasm± añña½ viññ±petu½ vaµµat²”ti.
Bandhanañca n±meta½ yasm± bandhanok±se sati hoti, asati na hoti, tasm± tassa lakkhaºa½, bandhanavidhiñca dassetu½ “yasmi½ pan±”ti-±di vutta½. Mukhavaµµisam²pe pana pattavedhakena vijjhiyam±ne kap±lassa bahalatt± bhijjati, tasm± heµµh± vijjhitabbo. Ten±ha “heµµhimapariyante”ti-±di. Sukhuma½ v± chidda½ katv± bandhitabboti sukhume chidde tipupaµµ±d²hi payojana½ natthi, sutta½ pakkhipitv±va adhiµµh±tabboti adhipp±yo. Na kevala½ tipusuttak±din±va bandhitabboti ±ha “ph±ºitan”ti-±di. Eva½ padabh±jane vutt±ya ñattidutiyakammav±c±ya sammatena. Pattassa vijjam±naguºa½ vatv±ti “aya½, bhante, patto pam±ºayutto sundaro ther±nur³po”ti-±din± (p±r±. aµµha. 2.615) vijjam±n±nisa½sa½ vatv±. Pattapariyantoti pariyante µhitapatto. Adeseti mañcap²µhacchattan±gadantak±dike adese. Pattassa hi nikkhipanadeso “anuj±n±mi, bhikkhave, ±dh±rakan”ti-±din± nayena khandhake vuttoyeva. Aparibhogen±ti y±gurandhanarajanapacan±din± ayuttaparibhogena. Antar±magge pana by±dhimhi uppanne aññasmi½ bh±jane asati mattik±ya limpitv± y±gu½ pacitu½, udaka½ v± t±petu½ vaµµati. Vissajjet²ti aññassa deti. Sace pana saddhivih±riko v± antev±siko v± añña½ varapatta½ µhapetv± “aya½ mayha½ s±ruppo, aya½ therass±”ti gaºh±ti, vaµµati. Añño v± ta½ gahetv± attano patta½ deti, vaµµati. “Mayhameva patta½ ±har±”ti vattabbakicca½ natthi.

ѱtakappav±riteti ettha saªghavasena pav±ritaµµh±ne pañcabandhaneneva vaµµati, puggalavasena pana pav±ritaµµh±ne ³napañcabandhanen±pi. Akataviññatti n±ma “vada, bhante, paccayen±”ti eva½ akataµµh±ne viññatti.
