Sam±nasa½v±sakoti sam±no ek³posath±dibhedo sa½v±so ass±ti sam±nasa½v±sako, laddhin±n±sa½v±sakena v± kamman±n±sa½v±sakena v± virahito. K±yas±maggid±natoti k±yena, k±yassa v± s±maggiy± sahitabh±vassa d±nato, tesu tesu saªghakammesu hatthap±s³pagamanatoti vutta½ hoti. Katha½ n±m±ya½ bhijjeyy±ti aya½ saªgho kena nu kho up±yena vaggo bhaveyya. V±y±meyy±ti uss±ha½ kareyya, pakkha½ pariyeseyya, gaºa½ bandheyy±ti vutta½ hoti. Attano phala½ karot²ti karaºa½, ya½ kiñci k±raºa½, adhika½ karaºanti adhikaraºa½, visesak±raºa½, visesak±raºañca saªghabhedass±ti vutta½ “bhedanass±”ti-±di. Bhedakaravatthuvasena aµµh±rasavidhanti–

Paggayh±ti paggahita½ abbhussita½ p±kaµa½ katv±. Tiµµheyy±ti yath±sam±dinna½, yath±paggahitameva ca katv± accheyya. Yasm± pana eva½ paggaºhat±, tiµµhat± ca ta½ d²pitañceva avinissaµµhañca hoti, tasm± “d²peyya ceva nappaµinissajjeyya c±”ti vutta½. K²va d³re sutv± gantv± avadant±na½ dukkaµanti ±ha “sabbantimena pariccheden±”ti-±di. Pi-saddo cettha aµµh±nappayutto, tassa “a¹¹hayojanamattan”ti imin± sambandho veditabbo. Tattha “a¹¹hayojanamattan”ti imin± ekavih±re vattabbameva natth²ti d²peti. “Gantv±”ti imin± d³ta½ v± paººa½ v± pesetv± vadatopi ±pattimokkho natthi, sayameva pana gantv± “garuko kho, ±vuso, saªghabhedo, m± saªghabhed±ya parakkam²”ti (p±r±. aµµha. 2.411) niv±retabboti d²peti.

Sam±gacchat³ti ek²bhavatu. Ek²bh±vo ca sam±naladdhivasena hot²ti ±ha “ekaladdhiko hot³”ti. Ek± laddhi gahaºa½ ass±ti ekaladdhiko, ekadiµµhikoti attho. Aññamaññasampattiy±ti aññamaññassa sam±nadiµµhicittat±saªkh±t±ya sampattiy±. “Aññamaññassa guºal±bh±dik±ya sampattiy±”ti keci. Asamaggo hi visu½ p±timokkha½ uddisati, bahis²m±ya½ v± anupariveºiya½ v±ti na ekuddeso. Ten±ha “ekato pavattap±timokkhuddesoti attho”ti. Appaµinissajjato dukkaµanti visu½ visu½ vadant±na½ gaºan±ya dukkaµa½. Samanubh±sanakamma½ k±tabbanti y±vatatiya½ samanubh±sanakamma½ k±tabba½, “suº±tu me, bhante, saªgho, aya½ itthann±mo bhikkhu samaggassa saªghassa bhed±ya parakkamat²”ti-±din± (p±r±. 413) padabh±jane vutt±hi ñatticatutth±hi t²hi samanubh±sanakammav±c±hi kamma½ k±tabbanti vutta½ hoti. “Bhed±ya parakkameyy±”ti visu½ vuttatt± bhedanasa½vattanikassa adhikaraºassa sam±d±ya paggaºhanato pubbepi pakkhapariyesan±divasena saªghabhed±ya parakkamantassa samanubh±sanakamma½ k±tabbanti veditabba½. Paµinissajjantassa an±pattibh±vato “sotthibh±vo tassa bhikkhuno”ti vutta½.
Kiñc±pi bhikkhun² saªgha½ na bhindati, apica kho bhed±ya parakkamat²ti “s±dh±raºapaññatt²”ti vutta½. Saªgh±disesa½ ajjh±pajjantassa ñattiy± dukkaµa½, dv²hi kammav±c±hi thullaccay± ca paµippassambhant²ti ±ha “samanubh±sanakamme”ti-±di. Tañca dukkaµa½ te ca thullaccay± paµippassambhant²ti yañca ñattipariyos±ne dukkaµa½ ±panno, ye ca dv²hi kammav±c±hi thullaccaye, t± tissopi ±pattiyo liªgaparivattena as±dh±raº±pattiyo viya paµippassambhanti. Sace panassa ñattipariyos±ne lajjidhammo okkamati, sa½varo uppajjati, ta½ paµinissajjati, ñattiy± dukkaµa½ desetv± muccati. Atha ta½ na paµinissajjati, bhed±ya parakkamati ceva bhedanasa½vattanika½ adhikaraºa½ sam±d±ya paggayha tiµµhati ca, ñattidukkaµa½ paµippassambhati, paµhamakammav±c±ya thullaccaye patiµµh±ti. Esa nayo itarakammav±c±yampi. Asamanubh±siyam±nassa appaµinissajjantass±pi saªgh±disesena an±patti. Paµinissajjantass±pi ñattito pubbe v± ñattikkhaºe v± ñattipariyos±ne v± paµham±ya v± anuss±van±ya dutiy±ya v± tatiy±ya v± y±va yya-k±ra½ na samp±puº±ti, t±va paµinissajjantassa saªgh±disesena an±patti. Ten±ha “asamanubh±siyam±nassa c±”ti-±di.
Ettha pana (p±r±. aµµha. 2.416) “devadatto samaggassa saªghassa bhed±ya parakkami, tasmi½ vatthusmin”ti (pari. 17) pariv±re ±gatatt± devadatto ±dikammiko, so ca kho saªghabhed±ya parakkamanasseva, na appaµinissajjanassa. Na hi tassa ta½ kamma½ kata½. Kathamida½ j±nitabbanti ce? Suttato. Tath± hi “ariµµho bhikkhu gaddhab±dhipubbo p±pik±ya diµµhiy± y±vatatiya½ samanubh±san±ya na paµinissajji, tasmi½ vatthusmin”ti pariv±re ±gatatt± ariµµhassa kamma½ katanti paññ±yati, na tath± devadattassa. Ath±pissa katena bhavitabbanti koci attano rucimattena vadeyya, tath±pi appaµinissajjane ±dikammikassa an±patti n±ma natthi. Na hi paññatta½ sikkh±pada½ v²tikkamantassa aññatra odissa anuññ±tato an±patti n±ma dissati. Yampi ariµµhasikkh±padassa padabh±jane an±pattiya½ “±dikammikass±”ti potthakesu likhita½, ta½ pam±dalikhita½, pam±dalikhitabh±vo ca tassa “paµhama½ ariµµho bhikkhu codetabbo, codetv± s±retabbo, s±retv± ±patti½ ±ropetabbo”ti (c³¼ava. 65) eva½ kammakkhandhake ±pattiropanato veditabbo.
Idha bhed±ya parakkamane ±dikammikassa devadattassa yasm± ta½ kamma½ na kata½ (p±r±. aµµha. 2.416), tasm±ssa ±pattiyeva na j±t±. Sikkh±pada½ pana ta½ ±rabbha paññattanti katv± “±dikammiko”ti vutto. Iti ±pattiy± abh±vatoyevassa an±patti vutt±. S± panes± kiñc±pi “asamanubh±siyam±nass±”ti imin±va siddh±. Yasm± pana asamanubh±siyam±no n±ma yassa kevala½ samanubh±sana½ na karonti, so vuccati, na ±dikammiko. Ayañca devadatto ±dikammikoyeva. Tasm± “±dikammikass±”ti (p±r±. 416) vutta½. Eteneva up±yena µhapetv± ariµµhasikkh±pada½ sabbasamanubh±san±su vinicchayo veditabbo. K±yav±c±cittato samuµµh±nato samanubh±sanasamuµµh±na½. “Paµinissajj±m²”ti k±yavik±ra½ v± vac²bheda½ v± akarontasseva pana ±pajjanato akiriya½. “Nappaµinissajj±m²”ti saññ±ya abh±vena muccanato saññ±vimokkha½. “Nappaµinissajj±m²”ti j±nanacitteneva sacittaka½.
