Tattha(mah±va. aµµha. 295) uss±vanantik± t±va eva½ k±tabb±– yo thambh±na½ v± upari bhittip±dev± nikhanitv± vih±ro kar²yati, tassa heµµh± thambhapaµicchak± p±s±ŗ± bh³migatik±eva. Paµhamatthambha½ pana paµhamabhittip±da½ v± patiµµh±pentehi bah³hi sampariv±retv± “kappiyakuµi½karoma, kappiyakuµi½ karom±”ti v±ca½ nicch±rentehi manussesu ukkhipitv±patiµµh±pentesu ±masitv± v± saya½ ukkhipitv± v± thambho v± bhittip±do v± patiµµh±petabbo.Kurundimah±paccar²su pana “kappiyakuµi kappiyakuµ²ti vatv± patiµµh±petabban”tivutta½. “Suŗ±tu me, bhante, saŖgho. Yadi saŖghassa pattakalla½ saŖgho itthann±ma½ vih±ra½ kappiyabh³mi½sammanneyya, es± ńatti.
“Suŗ±tu me, bhante, saŖgho. SaŖgho itthann±ma½ vih±ra½ kappiyabh³mi½ sammannati. Yass±yasmatokhamati itthann±massa vih±rassa kappiyabh³miy± sammuti, so tuŗhassa. Yassa nakkhamati,so bh±seyya.
“Sammato saŖghena itthann±mo vih±ro kappiyabh³mi khamati saŖghassa, tasm± tuŗh², evameta½dh±ray±m²”ti (mah±va. 295).

102. Ya½ (mah±va. aµµha. 295) im±su cat³su kappiyabh³m²su vutta½ ±misa½,ta½ sabba½ antovutthasaŖkhya½ na gacchati. Bhikkh³nańca bhikkhun²nańca antovuttha-antopakkamocanatthańhikappiyakuµiyo anuńń±t±. Ya½ pana akappiyabh³miya½ sahaseyyappahonake gehe vutta½ saŖghika½ v± puggalika½ v± bhikkhussa bhikkhuniy± v± santaka½ ekarattampi µhapita½,ta½ antovuttha½, tattha pakkańca antopakka½ n±ma hoti, eta½ na kappati. Satt±hak±lika½pana y±vaj²vikańca vaµµati.
Tatr±ya½ vinicchayo– s±maŗero bhikkhussa taŗ¹ul±dika½ ±misa½ ±haritv± kappiyakuµiya½nikkhipitv± punadivase pacitv± deti, antovuttha½ na hoti. Tattha akappiyakuµiya½nikkhittasappi-±d²su kińci pakkhipitv± deti. Mukhasannidhi n±ma hoti. Mah±paccariya½pana “antovuttha½ hot²”ti vutta½. Tattha n±mamattameva n±n±karaŗa½, bhikkhuakappiyakuµiya½ µhapitasappińca y±vaj²vikapaŗŗańca ekato pacitv± paribhuńjati, satt±ha½nir±misa½ vaµµati. Sace ±misasa½saµµha½ katv± paribhuńjati, antovutthańceva s±ma½pakkańcahoti. Etenup±yena sabbasa½sagg± veditabb±. Ya½ kińci ±misa½ bhikkhuno pacitu½na vaµµati. Sacepissa uŗhay±guy± sulasipaŗŗ±ni v± siŖgivera½ v± loŗa½ v± pakkhipanti,tampi c±letu½ na vaµµati, “y±gu½ nibb±pem²”ti pana c±letu½ vaµµati. Uttaŗ¹ulabhatta½labhitv± pidahitu½ na vaµµati. Sace pana manuss± pidahitv± denti, vaµµati. “Bhatta½m± nibb±yat³”ti pidahitu½ vaµµati, kh²ratakk±d²su pana saki½ kuthitesu aggi½k±tu½ vaµµati punap±kassa anuńń±tatt±.

Itar± pana dve gop±nas²matta½µhapetv± sabbasmi½ chadane vinaµµhe jahitavatthuk±va honti. Sace gop±nas²na½ upariekampi pakkhap±sakamaŗ¹ala½ atthi, rakkhati.
103. Yatra panim± catassopi kappiyabh³miyo natthi, tattha ki½ k±tabbanti? Anupasampannassadatv± tassa santaka½ katv± paribhuńjitabba½. Tatrida½ vatthu– karavikatissattherokira vinayadharap±mokkho mah±s²vattherassa santika½ agam±si. So d²p±lokena sappikumbha½passitv± “bhante, kimetan”ti pucchi. Thero “±vuso, g±mato sappikumbho±bhato l³khadivase sappin± bhuńjanatth±y±”ti ±ha. Tato na½ tissatthero “na vaµµati,bhante”ti ±ha. Thero punadivase pamukhe nikkhip±pesi. Tissatthero punaekadivasa½ ±gato ta½ disv± tatheva pucchitv± “bhante, sahaseyyappahonakaµµh±ne µhapetu½na vaµµat²”ti ±ha. Thero punadivase bahi n²har±petv± nikkhip±pesi, ta½ cor±hari½su. So puna ekadivasa½ ±gata½ tissattheram±ha “±vuso, tay± ‘na vaµµat²’ti vutteso kumbho bahi nikkhitto corehi haµo”ti. Tato na½ tissatthero ±ha “nanu,bhante, anupasampannassa d±tabbo assa, anupasampannassa hi datv± tassa santaka½ katv±paribhuńjitu½ vaµµat²”ti.
