Tatr±ya½ saªkhepato kammavinicchayo– tatra apalokanakamma½ n±ma samaggassa saªghassa anumatiy± ta½ ta½ vatthu½ kittetv± “ruccati saªghass±”ti tikkhattu½ s±vetv± kattabba½ kamma½ vuccati. Samaggasseva pana saªghassa anumatiy± ek±ya ñattiy± kattabba½ kamma½ ñattikamma½ n±ma. Ek±ya ñattiy± ceva anuss±van±ya ca kattabba½ kamma½ ñattidutiyakamma½ n±ma. Ek±ya pana ñattiy± t²hi ca anuss±van±hi kattabba½ kamma½ ñatticatutthakamma½ n±ma.
Tesu apalokanakamma½ (pari. 496; pari. aµµha. 495-496) pañca µh±n±ni gacchati os±raºa½ niss±raºa½ bhaº¹ukamma½ brahmadaº¹a½ kammalakkhaºanti. Tattha kaºµakas±maºerassa n±san± viya niss±raº±, t±disa½yeva samm±vattanta½ disv± pavesan± ‘os±raº±’ti veditabb±. Pabbajj±pekkhassa kesacchedan±pucchana½ bhaº¹ukamma½ (mah±va. 98) n±ma. Mukharassa bhikkhuno bhikkh³ duruttavacanehi ghaµµentassa “itthann±mo bhikkhu mukharo bhikkh³ duruttavacanehi ghaµµento viharati, so bhikkhu ya½ iccheyya, ta½ vadeyya, bhikkh³hi itthann±mo bhikkhu neva vattabbo, na ov±d±nus±sani½ kattabbo, na ovaditabbo”ti “saªgha½, bhante pucch±mi ‘itthann±massa bhikkhuno brahmadaº¹assa d±na½ ruccati saªghass±’ti, dutiyampi pucch±mi, tatiyampi pucch±mi ‘itthann±massa, bhante, bhikkhuno brahmadaº¹assa d±na½ ruccati saªghass±”’ti eva½ kattabba½ kamma½ brahmadaº¹a½ (c³¼ava. 445) n±ma. Ñattikamma½ pana nava µh±n±ni gacchati os±raºa½ niss±raºa½ uposatha½ pav±raºa½ sammuti½ d±na½ paµiggaha½ paccukka¹¹hana½ kammalakkhaºanti. S±vatthiya½ chabbaggiye ±rabbha kh²yanadhamm±pajjanavatthusmi½ paññatta½, s±dh±raºapaññatti, an±ºattika½, dhammakamme vematikassa, adhammakamme dhammakammasaññino, vematikassa ca dukkaµa½. Adhammakammasaññissa “adhammena v± vaggena v± nakamm±rahassa v± kamma½ karont²”ti ñatv± kh²yantassa, ummattak±d²nañca an±patti.
