340. Adhikaraºabhede ime dasa ukkoµ±ti adhikaraº±na½ ukkoµetv± puna adhikaraºa-ukkoµena samath±na½ ukkoµa½ dassetu½ “viv±d±dhikaraºa½ ukkoµento kati samathe ukkoµet²”ti-±dim±ha. Tattha viv±d±dhikaraºa½ ukkoµento dve samathe ukkoµet²ti sammukh±vinayañca yebhuyyasikañca ime dve ukkoµeti, paµisedheti; paµikkosat²ti attho. Anuv±d±dhikaraºa½ ukkoµento catt±roti sammukh±vinaya½, sativinaya½, am³¼havinaya½, tassap±piyasikanti ime catt±ro samathe ukkoµeti. ¾patt±dhikaraºa½ ukkoµento tayoti sammukh±vinaya½, paµiññ±takaraºa½, tiºavatth±rakanti ime tayo samathe ukkoµeti. Kicc±dhikaraºa½ ukkoµento ekanti sammukh±vinaya½ ima½ eka½ samatha½ ukkoµeti.
341. Kati ukkoµ±ti-±dipucch±na½ vissajjane pana dv±dasasu ukkoµesu akata½ kammanti-±dayo t±va tayo ukkoµ± visesato dutiye anuv±d±dhikaraºe labbhanti. Anihata½ kammanti-±dayo tayo paµhame viv±d±dhikaraºe labbhanti. Avinicchitanti-±dayo tayo tatiye ±patt±dhikaraºe labbhanti. Av³pasantanti-±dayo tayo catutthe kicc±dhikaraºe labbhanti; apica dv±das±pi ca ekekasmi½ adhikaraºe labbhantiyeva.
Tatthaj±taka½ adhikaraºa½ ukkoµet²ti yasmi½ vih±re “mayha½ imin± patto gahito, c²vara½ gahitan”ti-±din± nayena pattac²var±d²na½ atth±ya adhikaraºa½ uppanna½ hoti, tasmi½yeva ca na½ vih±re ±v±sik± sannipatitv± “ala½ ±vuso”ti attapaccatthike saññ±petv± p±¼imuttakavinicchayeneva v³pasamenti, ida½ tatthaj±taka½ adhikaraºa½ n±ma. Yen±pi vinicchayena samita½, sopi eko samathoyeva. Ima½ ukkoµentass±pi p±cittiya½.
Tatthaj±taka½ v³pasantanti sace pana ta½ adhikaraºa½ nev±sik± v³pasametu½ na sakkonti, athañño vinayadharo ±gantv± “ki½ ±vuso imasmi½ vih±re uposatho v± pav±raº± v± µhit±”ti pucchati, tehi ca tasmi½ k±raºe kathite ta½ adhikaraºa½ khandhakato ca pariv±rato ca suttena vinicchinitv± v³pasameti, ida½ tatthaj±taka½ v³pasanta½ n±ma adhikaraºa½. Eta½ ukkoµentass±pi p±cittiyameva.
Antar±maggeti te attapaccatthik± “na maya½ etassa vinicchaye tiµµh±ma, n±ya½ vinaye kusalo, asukasmi½ n±ma g±me vinayadhar± ther± vasanti, tattha gantv± vinicchiniss±m±”ti gacchant± antar±maggeyeva k±raºa½ sallakkhetv± aññamañña½ v± saññ±penti, aññe v± te bhikkh³ nijjh±penti, idampi v³pasantameva hoti. Eva½ v³pasanta½ antar±magge adhikaraºa½ ukkoµeti yo, tass±pi p±cittiyameva.
Antar±magge v³pasantanti na heva kho pana aññamañña½ saññattiy± v± sabh±gabhikkhunijjh±panena v± v³pasanta½ hoti; apica kho paµipatha½ ±gacchanto eko vinayadharo disv± “kattha ±vuso gacchath±”ti pucchitv± “asuka½ n±ma g±ma½, imin± n±ma k±raºen±”ti vutte “ala½, ±vuso, ki½ tattha gaten±”ti tattheva dhammena vinayena ta½ adhikaraºa½ v³pasameti, ida½ antar±magge v³pasanta½ n±ma. Eta½ ukkoµentass±pi p±cittiyameva.
Tattha gatanti sace pana “ala½, ±vuso, ki½ tattha gaten±”ti vuccam±n±pi “maya½ tattheva gantv± vinicchaya½ p±pess±m±”ti vinayadharassa vacana½ an±diyitv± gacchantiyeva, gantv± sabh±g±na½ bhikkh³na½ etamattha½ ±rocenti. Sabh±g± bhikkh³ “ala½, ±vuso, saªghasannip±ta½ n±ma garukan”ti tattheva nis²d±petv± vinicchinitv± saññ±penti, idampi v³pasantameva hoti. Eva½ v³pasanta½ tattha gata½ adhikaraºa½ ukkoµeti yo, tass±pi p±cittiyameva.
Tattha gata½ v³pasantanti na heva kho pana sabh±gabhikkh³na½ saññattiy± v³pasanta½ hoti; apica kho saªgha½ sannip±tetv± ±rocita½ saªghamajjhe vinayadhar± v³pasamenti, ida½ tattha gata½ v³pasanta½ n±ma. Eta½ ukkoµentass±pi p±cittiyameva.
Sativinayanti kh²º±savassa dinna½ sativinaya½ ukkoµeti, p±cittiyameva. Ummattakassa dinne am³¼havinaye p±pussannassa dinn±ya tassap±piyasik±yapi eseva nayo.
Tiºavatth±raka½ ukkoµet²ti saªghena tiºavatth±rakasamathena v³pasamite adhikaraºe “±patti n±ma eka½ bhikkhu½ upasaªkamitv± ukkuµika½ nis²ditv± añjali½ paggahetv± desiyam±n± vuµµh±ti, ya½ paneta½ nidd±yantass±pi ±pattivuµµh±na½ n±ma, eta½ mayha½ na khamat²”ti eva½ vadantopi tiºavatth±raka½ ukkoµeti n±ma, tass±pi p±cittiyameva.
Chand±gati½ gacchanto adhikaraºa½ ukkoµet²ti vinayadharo hutv± attano upajjh±y±d²na½ atth±ya “adhamma½ dhammo”ti-±d²ni d²petv± pubbe vinicchita½ adhikaraºa½ dv±dasasu ukkoµesu yena kenaci ukkoµento chand±gati½ gacchanto adhikaraºa½ ukkoµeti n±ma. Dv²su pana attapaccatthikesu ekasmi½ “anattha½ me acar²”ti-±din± nayena samuppann±gh±to, tassa par±jaya½ ±ropanattha½ “adhamma½ dhammo”ti-±d²ni d²petv± pubbe vinicchita½ adhikaraºa½ dv±dasasu ukkoµesu yena kenaci ukkoµento dos±gati½ gacchanto adhikaraºa½ ukkoµeti n±ma. Mando pana mom³ho mom³hatt± eva “adhamma½ dhammo”ti-±d²ni d²petv± vuttanayeneva ukkoµento moh±gati½ gacchanto adhikaraºa½ ukkoµeti n±ma. Sace pana dv²su attapaccatthikesu eko visam±ni k±yakamm±d²ni gahanamicch±diµµhi½ balavante ca pakkhantariye abhiññ±te bhikkh³ nissitatt± visamanissito gahananissito balavanissito ca hoti, tassa bhayena “aya½ me j²vitantar±ya½ v± brahmacariyantar±ya½ v± kareyy±”ti “adhamma½ dhammo”ti-±d²ni d²petv± vuttanayeneva ukkoµento bhay±gati½ gacchanto adhikaraºa½ ukkoµeti n±ma.
Tadahupasampannoti eko s±maºero byatto hoti bahussuto, so vinicchaye par±jaya½ patv± maªkubh³te bhikkh³ disv± pucchati “kasm± maªkubh³t±tth±”ti? Te tassa ta½ adhikaraºa½ ±rocenti. So te eva½ vadeti “hotu, bhante, ma½ upasamp±detha, aha½ ta½ adhikaraºa½ v³pasamess±m²”ti Te ta½ upasamp±denti. So dutiyadivase bheri½ paharitv± saªgha½ sannip±teti. Tato bhikkh³hi “kena saªgho sannip±tito”ti vutte “may±”ti vadati. “Kasm± sannip±tito”ti? “Hiyyo adhikaraºa½ dubbinicchita½, tamaha½ vinicchiniss±m²”ti. “Tva½ pana hiyyo kuhi½ gato”ti? “Anupasampannomhi, bhante, ajja pana upasampannomh²”ti. So vattabbo “ida½ ±vuso tumh±dis±na½ bhagavat± sikkh±pada½ paññatta½, ‘tadahupasampanno ukkoµeti, ukkoµanaka½ p±cittiyan’ti, gaccha ±patti½ deseh²”ti. ¾gantukepi eseva nayo.
K±rakoti eka½ saªghena saddhi½ adhikaraºa½ vinicchinitv± pariveºagata½ par±jit± bhikkh³ vadanti “kissa, bhante, tumhehi eva½ vinicchita½ adhikaraºa½, nanu eva½ vinicchinitabban”ti. So “kasm± paµhama½yeva eva½ na vaditth±”ti ta½ adhikaraºa½ ukkoµeti. Eva½ yo k±rako ukkoµeti, tass±pi ukkoµanaka½ p±cittiya½. Chandad±yakoti eko adhikaraºavinicchaye chanda½ datv± sabh±ge bhikkh³ par±jaya½ patv± ±gate maªkubh³te disv± “sve d±ni aha½ vinicchiniss±m²”ti saªgha½ sannip±tetv± “kasm± sannip±tes²”ti vutte “hiyyo adhikaraºa½ dubbinicchita½, tamaha½ ajja vinicchiniss±m²”ti. “Hiyyo pana tva½ kattha gato”ti. “Chanda½ datv± nisinnomh²”ti. So vattabbo “ida½ ±vuso tumh±dis±na½ bhagavat± sikkh±pada½ paññatta½, ‘chandad±yako ukkoµeti, ukkoµanaka½ p±cittiyan’ti, gaccha ±patti½ deseh²”ti.
