351. Ekato up±li ekoti dhammav±dipakkhe eko. Ekato dveti adhammav±dipakkhe dve. Catuttho anuss±vet²ti saªgha½ bhindiss±m²ti adhammav±dicatuttho hutv± anuss±veti; anunayanto s±veti “na tumh±ka½yeva narakabhaya½ atthi, amh±kampi atthi, na amh±ka½ av²cimaggo pihito, na maya½ akusal± na bh±y±ma. Yadi hi aya½ adhammo avinayo asatthus±sana½ v± bhaveyya, na maya½ gaºheyy±m±”ti-±din± nayena “adhamma½ dhammo”ti eva½ aµµh±rasa bhedakaravatth³ni bodhet²ti attho. Sal±ka½ g±het²ti eva½ anuss±vetv± pana “ida½ gaºhatha, ida½ roceth±”ti vadanto sal±ka½ g±heti.
Ekato up±li dve hont²ti-±d²supi eseva nayo. Eva½ kho up±li saªghar±ji ceva hoti saªghabhedo c±ti eva½ hoti; na pana ett±vat± saªgho bhinno hoti.
Bhikkhu kho up±li pakatatto sam±nasa½v±sako sam±nas²m±ya½ µhito saªgha½ bhindat²ti ettha siy± eva½ “devadatto katha½ pakatatto”ti. Katha½ t±va na pakatatto, rañño gh±t±pitatt± ruhirupp±dassa ca katatt±ti? Tattha vad±ma– ±ºattiy± t±va viraddhatt± rañño gh±t±pana½ natthi. “Tena hi tva½, kum±ra, pitara½ hantv± r±j± hohi, aha½ bhagavanta½ hantv± buddho bhaviss±m²”ti evañhi tassa ±ºatti. Kum±ro pana r±j± hutv± pacch± pitara½ m±resi; eva½ t±va ±ºattiy± viraddhatt± rañño gh±t±pana½ natthi. Ruhirupp±de pana katamatteyeva ruhirupp±dapaccay± bhagavat± abhabbat± na vutt±, na ca sakk± bhagavato vacana½ vin±yeva tassa abhabbat± ±ropetu½.
“Ruhirupp±dako, bhikkhave, anupasampanno na upasamp±detabbo, upasampanno n±setabbo”ti–
Ida½ pana bhagavat± saªghabhedato pacch± vutta½, tasm± pakatatteneva tena saªgho bhinnoti.

Tath± catt±ro satipaµµh±n±, catt±ro sammappadh±n±, catt±ro iddhip±d±, pañcindriy±ni, pañca bal±ni, satta bojjhaªg±, ariyo aµµhaªgiko maggoti sattati½sa bodhipakkhiyadhamm± dhammo n±ma; tayo satipaµµh±n± tayo sammappadh±n±, tayo iddhip±d±, cha indriy±ni, cha bal±ni, aµµha bojjhaªg±, navaªgiko maggoti ca catt±ro up±d±n±, pañca n²varaº±, satta anusay±, aµµha micchatt±ti ca aya½ adhammo.
Tattha ya½kiñci eka½ adhammakoµµh±sa½ gahetv± “ima½ adhamma½ dhammoti kariss±ma; eva½ amh±ka½ ±cariyakula½ niss±ya niyy±nika½ bhavissati, mayañca loke p±kaµ± bhaviss±m±”ti ta½ adhamma½ “dhammo ayan”ti kathayant± adhamma½ dhammoti d²penti n±ma. Tatheva dhammakoµµh±sesu ca eka½ gahetv± aya½ adhammoti kathent± dhamma½ adhammoti d²penti n±ma. Vinayapariy±yena pana bh³tena vatthun± codetv± s±retv± yath±paµiññ±ya k±tabba½ kamma½ dhammo n±ma, abh³tena vatthun± acodetv± as±retv± apaµiññ±ya k±tabba½ kamma½ adhammo n±ma.
Suttantapariy±yena r±gavinayo dosavinayo mohavinayo sa½varo pah±na½ paµisaªkh±ti aya½ vinayo n±ma, r±g±d²na½ avinayo asa½varo appah±na½ appaµisaªkh±ti aya½ avinayo n±ma. Vinayapariy±yena vatthusampatti ñattisampatti anuss±vanasampatti s²m±sampatti paris±sampatt²ti aya½ vinayo n±ma, vatthuvipatti…pe… paris±vipatt²ti aya½ avinayo n±ma.

Vinayapariy±yena nimantitassa vass±v±sa½ vasitv± apaloketv± c±riyapakkamana½, pav±retv± c±riyapakkamana½, ±gantukehi saddhi½ paµhama½ paµisanth±rakaraºanti ida½ ±ciººa½; tasseva ±ciººassa akaraºa½ an±ciººa½ n±ma.

Ett±vat± kho up±li saªgho bhinno hot²ti eva½ aµµh±rasasu bhedakaravatth³su ya½kiñci ekampi vatthu½ d²petv± tena tena k±raºena “ima½ gaºhatha, ima½ roceth±”ti saññ±petv± sal±ka½ g±h±petv± visu½ saªghakamme kate saªgho bhinno hoti. Pariv±re pana “pañcahi up±li ±k±rehi saªgho bhijjat²”ti-±di vutta½, tassa imin± idha vuttena saªghabhedalakkhaºena atthato n±n±karaºa½ natthi. Ta½ panassa n±n±karaº±bh±va½ tattheva pak±sayiss±ma.
