K±koravasaddanti tattha tattha paviµµh±na½ ±misakh±danatth±ya anuppageyeva sannipatit±na½ k±k±na½ oravasadda½. Yasojo n±ma kapilasuttapariyos±ne pabbajit±na½ pańcanna½ sat±na½ aggapuriso.
Uss±vanantikanti-±d²su uss±vanantik± t±va eva½ kattabb±. Yo thambh±na½ v± upari bhittip±de v± nikhanitv± vih±ro kariyati, tassa heµµh± thambhapaµicchak± p±s±ŗ± bh³migatik± eva. Paµhamathambha½ pana paµhamabhittip±da½ v± patiµµh±pentehi bah³hi sampariv±retv± “kappiyakuµi½ karoma, kappiyakuµi½ karom±”ti v±ca½ nicch±rentehi manussesu ukkhipitv± patiµµh±pentesu ±masitv± v± saya½ ukkhipitv± v± thambhe v± bhittip±do v± patiµµh±petabbo. Kurundimah±paccar²su pana “kappiyakuµi kappiyakuµ²”ti vatv± patiµµh±petabbanti vutta½. Andhakaµµhakath±ya½ “saŖghassa kappiyakuµi½ adhiµµh±m²”ti vutta½. Ta½ pana avatv±pi aµµhakath±su vuttanayena vutte doso natthi. Ida½ panettha s±dh±raŗalakkhaŗa½, thambhapatiµµh±nańca vacanapariyos±nańca samak±la½ vaµµati. Sace hi aniµµhite vacane thambho patiµµh±ti, appatiµµhite v± tasmi½ vacana½ niµµh±ti, akat± hoti kappiyakuµi. Teneva mah±paccariya½ vutta½– “bah³hi sampariv±retv± vattabba½, avassańhi ettha ekassapi vacananiµµh±nańca thambhapatiµµh±nańca ekato bhavissat²”ti.
Iµµhakasil±mattik±kuµµik±su pana kuµ²su heµµh± caya½ bandhitv± v± abandhitv± v± karontu, yato paµµh±ya bhitti½ uµµh±petuk±m± honti, ta½ sabbapaµhama½ iµµhaka½ v± sila½ v± mattik±piŗ¹a½ v± gahetv± vuttanayeneva kappiyakuµi k±tabb±. Iµµhak±dayo hi bhittiy± paµhamiµµhak±d²na½ heµµh± na vaµµanti, thambh± pana upari uggacchanti, tasm± vaµµanti. Gonis±dik± duvidh±– ±r±magonis±dik±, vih±ragonis±dik±ti. T±su yattha neva ±r±mo na sen±san±ni parikkhitt±ni honti, aya½ “±r±magonis±dik±” n±ma. Yattha sen±san±ni sabb±ni v± ekacc±ni v± parikkhitt±ni, ±r±mo aparikkhitto, aya½ “vih±ragonis±dik±” n±ma. Iti ubhayatr±pi ±r±massa aparikkhittabh±voyeva pam±ŗa½. ¾r±mo pana upa¹¹haparikkhittopi bahutara½ parikkhittopi parikkhittoyeva n±m±ti kurundimaha-±paccariy±d²su vutta½. Ettha kappiyakuµi½ laddhu½ vaµµati.
Gahapat²ti manuss± ±v±sa½ katv± “kappiyakuµi½ dema, paribhuńjath±”ti vadanti, es± gahapati n±ma. “Kappiyakuµi½ k±tu½ dem±”ti vuttepi vaµµatiyeva. Andhakaµµhakath±ya½ pana “yasm± bhikkhu½ µhapetv± sesasahadhammik±na½ sabbesańca devamanuss±na½ hatthato paµiggaho ca sannidhi ca antovutthańca tesa½ santaka½ bhikkhussa vaµµati, tasm± tesa½ geh±ni v± tehi dinn± kappiyakuµi v± gahapat²ti vuccat²”ti vutta½. Punapi vutta½– “bhikkhusaŖghassa vih±ra½ µhapetv± bhikkhunupassayo v± ±r±mik±na½ v± titthiy±na½ v± devat±na½ v± n±g±na½ v± api brahm±na½ vim±na½ kappiyakuµi hot²”ti, ta½ suvutta½; saŖghasantakameva hi bhikkhusantaka½ v± geha½ gahapatikuµik± na hoti. Sammutik± n±ma kammav±ca½ s±vetv± kat±ti.
Ya½ im±su cat³su kappiyabh³m²su vuttha½ ±misa½, ta½ sabba½ antovutthasaŖkhya½ na gacchati. Bhikkh³nańca bhikkhun²nańca antovuttha-antopakkamocanatthańhi kappiyakuµiyo anuńń±t±. Ya½ pana akappiyabh³miya½ sahaseyyappahonake gehe vuttha½ saŖghika½ v± puggalika½ v± bhikkhussa bhikkhuniy± v± santaka½ ekarattampi µhapita½, ta½ antovuttha½; tattha pakkańca antopakka½ n±ma hoti, eta½ na kappati. Satt±hak±lika½ pana y±vaj²vikańca vaµµati.
Tatr±ya½ vinicchayo– s±maŗero bhikkhussa taŗ¹ul±dika½ ±misa½ ±haritv± kappiyakuµiya½ nikkhipitv± punadivase pacitv± deti, antovuttha½ na hoti. Tattha akappiyakuµiya½ nikkhittasappi-±d²su ya½kińci pakkhipitv± deti, mukhasannidhi n±ma hoti. Mah±paccariya½ pana “antovuttha½ hot²”ti vutta½. Tattha n±mamattameva n±n±karaŗa½. Bhikkhu akappiyakuµiya½ µhapitasappińca y±vaj²vikapaŗŗańca ekato pacitv± paribhuńjati, satt±ha½ nir±misa½ vaµµati. Sace ±misasa½saµµha½ katv± paribhuńjati, antovutthańceva s±ma½p±kańca hoti. Etenup±yena sabbasa½sagg± veditabb±.
Im± pana kappiyakuµiyo kad± jahitavatthuk± honti? Uss±vanantik± t±va y± thambh±na½ upari bhittip±de v± nikhaŗitv± kat±, s± sabbesu thambhesu ca bhittip±desu ca apan²tesu jahitavatthuk± hoti. Sace pana thambhe v± bhittip±de v± parivattenti, yo yo µhito tattha tattha patiµµh±ti, sabbesupi parivattitesu ajahitavatthuk±va hoti. Iµµhak±d²hi kat± cayassa upari bhitti-atth±ya µhapita½ iµµhaka½ v± sila½ v± mattik±piŗ¹a½ v± ±di½katv± vin±sitak±le jahitavatthuk± hoti. Yehi pana iµµhak±d²hi adhiµµhit±, tesu apan²tesupi tadańń±su patiµµhit±su ajahitavatthuk±va hoti.
Gonis±dik± p±k±r±d²hi parikkhepe kate jahitavatthuk± hoti. Puna tasmi½ ±r±me kappiyakuµi laddhu½ vaµµati. Sace pana punapi p±k±r±dayo tattha tattha khaŗ¹± honti, tato tato g±vo pavisanti, puna kappiyakuµi hoti. Itar± pana dve gop±nas²matta½ µhapetv± sabbasmi½ chadane vinaµµhe jahitavatthuk± honti. Sace gop±nas²na½ upari ekampi pakkhap±sakamaŗ¹ala½ atthi, rakkhati.
Yatra panim± catassopi kappiyabh³miyo natthi, tattha ki½ k±tabba½? Anupasampannassa datv± tassa santaka½ katv± paribhuńjitabba½. Tatrida½ vatthu– karavikatissatthero kira vinayadharap±mokkho mah±s²vattherassa santika½ agam±si. So d²p±lokena sappikumbha½ passitv± “bhante kimetan”ti pucchi. Thero “±vuso g±mato sappikumbho ±bhato, l³khadivase sappin± bhuńjanatth±y±”ti ±ha. Tato na½ tissatthero “na vaµµati bhante”ti ±ha. Thero punadivase pamukhe nikkhip±pesi. Tissatthero puna ekadivase ±gato ta½ disv± tatheva pucchitv± “bhante sahaseyyappahonakaµµh±ne µhapetu½ na vaµµat²”ti ±ha. Thero punadivase bahi n²har±petv± nikkhip±pesi, ta½ cor± hari½su. So puna ekadivasa½ ±gata½ tissatthera½ ±ha– “±vuso tay± ‘na vaµµat²’ti vutto so kumbho bahi nikkhitto corehi avahato”ti. Tato na½ tissatthero ±ha– “nanu bhante anupasampannassa d±tabbo assa, anupasampannassa hi datv± tassa santaka½ katv± paribhuńjitu½ vaµµat²”ti.
296-9. Meŗ¹akavatthu utt±nameva. Api cettha anuj±n±mi bhikkhave pańca goraseti ime pańca gorase visu½ paribhogena paribhuńjitumpi anuj±n±m²ti attho. P±theyya½ pariyesitunti ettha sace keci sayameva ńatv± denti, icceta½ kusala½; no ce denti, ń±tipav±ritaµµh±nato v± bhikkh±c±ravattena v± pariyesitabba½. Tath± alabhantena ańń±tika-apav±ritaµµh±nato y±citv±pi gahetabba½. Ekadivasena gaman²ye magge ekabhattatth±ya pariyesitabba½. D²ghe addh±ne yattakena kant±ra½ nittharati, tattaka½ pariyesitabba½.
