Vaµharoti th³lo; th³lo ca ghanasar²ro c±ya½ bhikkh³ti vutta½ hoti. Manussama½sa½ mańńe kh±dat²ti manussama½sa½ kh±dat²ti na½ sallakkhema; manussama½sa½ kh±dant± hi ²dis± bhavant²ti aya½ tesa½ adhipp±yo.
264. Udakadantapone kukkucc±yant²ti ettha te bhikkh³ “adinna½ mukhadv±ra½ ±h±ra½ ±hareyy±”ti padassa samm± attha½ asallakkhetv± kukkucc±yisu½, bhagav± pana yath±-uppannassa vatthussa vasena pit± viya d±rake te bhikkh³ sańń±pento anupańńatti½ µhapesi.
265. Adinnanti k±yena v± k±yapaµibaddhena v± gaŗhantassa k±yak±yapaµibaddhanissaggiy±na½ ańńataravasena na dinna½. Etadeva hi sandh±ya padabh±jane “adinna½ n±ma appaµiggahitaka½ vuccat²”ti vutta½. Dutiyap±r±jike pana “adinna½ n±ma parapariggahitaka½ vuccat²”ti vutta½. Dinnanti ida½ pana tasseva adinnassa paµipakkhavasena lakkhaŗadassanattha½ uddhaµa½. Niddese cassa “k±yena v± k±yapaµibaddhena v± nissaggiyena v± dente”ti eva½ ańńasmi½ dadam±ne “hatthap±se µhito k±yena v± k±yapaµibaddhena v± paµiggaŗh±t²ti ta½ eva½ diyyam±na½ antamaso rathareŗumpi sace pubbe vuttalakkhaŗe hatthap±se µhito k±yena v± k±yapaµibaddhena v± paµiggaŗh±ti, eta½ eva½ paµiggahita½ dinna½ n±ma vuccati. Na “ida½ gaŗha, ida½ tava hot³”ti-±divacanena nissaµµha½.
Tattha k±yen±ti hatth±d²su yena kenaci sar²r±vayavena; antamaso p±daŖguliy±pi diyyam±na½ k±yena dinna½ n±ma hoti, paµiggahaŗepi eseva nayo. Yena kenaci hi sar²r±vayavena gahita½ k±yena gahitameva hoti. Sacepi natthukaraŗiy± diyyam±na½ n±s±puµena akallako v± mukhena paµiggaŗh±ti. ¾bhogamattameva hi ettha pam±ŗanti aya½ nayo mah±paccariya½ vutto. K±yapaµibaddhen±ti kaµacchu-±d²su yena kenaci upakaraŗena dinna½ k±yapaµibaddhena dinna½ n±ma hoti. Paµiggahaŗepi eseva nayo. Yena kenaci sar²rapaµibaddhena pattath±lak±din± gahita½ k±yapaµibaddhena gahitameva hoti. Nissaggiyen±ti k±yato ca k±yapaµibaddhato ca mocetv± hatthap±se µhitassa k±yena v± k±yapaµibaddhena v± p±tiyam±nampi nissaggiyena payogena dinna½ n±ma hoti. Aya½ t±va p±¼ivaŗŗan±.
Aya½ panettha p±¼imuttakavinicchayo– pańcaŖgehi paµiggahaŗa½ ruhati– th±mamajjhimassa purisassa ucc±raŗamatta½ hoti, hatthap±so pańń±yati, abhih±ro pańń±yati, devo v± manusso v± tiracch±nagato v± k±yena v± k±yapaµibaddhena v± nissaggiyena v± deti, ta½ ce bhikkhu k±yena v± k±yapaµibaddhena v± paµiggaŗh±ti. Eva½ pańcahaŖgehi paµiggahaŗa½ ruhati.
Tattha µhitanisinnanipann±na½ pav±raŗasikkh±pade vuttanayeneva hatthap±so veditabbo. Sace pana d±yakapaµigg±hakesu eko ±k±se hoti, eko bh³miya½, bh³maµµhassa ca s²sena ±k±saµµhassa ca µhapetv± d±tu½ v± gahetu½ v± pas±ritahattha½, ya½ ±sannatara½ aŖga½, tassa orimantena hatthap±sappam±ŗa½ paricchinditabba½. Sacepi eko k³pe hoti, eko k³pataµe, eko v± pana rukkhe, eko pathaviya½, vuttanayeneva hatthap±sappam±ŗa½ paricchinditabba½. Evar³pe hatthap±se µhatv± sacepi pakkh² mukhatuŗ¹akena v± hatth² v± soŗ¹±ya gahetv± puppha½ v± phala½ v± deti, paµiggahaŗa½ ruhati. Sace pana addhaµµhamaratanass±pi hatthino khandhe nisinno, tena soŗ¹±ya diyyam±na½ gaŗh±ti, vaµµatiyeva.
Eko bah³ni bhattabyańjanabh±jan±ni s²se katv± bhikkhussa santika½ ±gantv± µhitakova gaŗhath±ti vadati, na t±va abhih±ro pańń±yati, tasm± na gahetabba½. Sace pana ²sakampi onamati, bhikkhun± hattha½ pas±retv± heµµhimabh±jana½ ekadesen±pi sampaµicchitabba½. Ett±vat± sabbabh±jan±ni paµiggahit±ni honti, tato paµµh±ya oropetv± v± uggh±µetv± v± ya½ icchati, ta½ gahetv± bhuńjitu½ vaµµati. Sabhattapacchi-±dimhi pana ekabh±jane vattabbameva natthi, k±jena bhatta½ harantopi sace k±ja½ on±metv± deti, vaµµati. Ti½sahattho veŗu hoti, ekasmi½ ante gu¼akumbho baddho, ekasmi½ sappikumbho, tańce paµiggaŗh±ti, sabba½ paµiggahitameva. Ucchuyantadoŗito paggharantameva rasa½ gaŗhath±ti vadati, abhih±ro na pańń±yat²ti na gahetabbo. Sace pana kasaµa½ cha¹¹etv± hatthena ussińcitv± ussińcitv± deti, vaµµati.
Bah³ patt± mańce v± p²µhe v± kaµas±rake v± doŗiya½ v± phalake v± µhapit± honti, yattha µhitassa d±yako hatthap±se hoti, tattha µhatv± paµiggahaŗasańń±ya mańc±d²ni aŖguliy±pi phusitv± µhitena v± nisinnena v± nipannena v± ya½ tesu pattesu diyyati, ta½ sabba½ paµiggahita½ hoti. Sacepi paµiggahess±m²ti mańc±d²ni ±ruhitv± nis²dati, vaµµatiyeva Sace pana mańc±d²ni hatthena gahetv± mańce nis²dati, vattabbameva natthi.
Pathaviya½ pana sacepi kucchiy± kucchi½ ±hacca µhit± honti, ya½ ya½ aŖguliy± v± s³ciy± v± phusitv± nisinno hoti, tattha tattha diyyam±nameva paµiggahita½ hoti. “Yattha katthaci mah±kaµas±rahatthattharaŗ±d²su µhapitapatte paµiggahaŗa½ na ruhat²”ti vutta½, ta½ hatthap±s±tikkama½ sandh±ya vuttanti veditabba½. Hatthap±se pana sati yattha katthaci vaµµati ańńatra tatthaj±tak±.
Tatthaj±take pana paduminipaŗŗe v± ki½sukapaŗŗ±dimhi v± na vaµµati. Na hi ta½ k±yapaµibaddhasaŖkhya½ gacchati. Yath± ca tatthaj±take; eva½ kh±ŗuke bandhitv± µhapitamańc±dimhi asa½h±rime phalake v± p±s±ŗe v± na ruhatiyeva, tepi hi tatthaj±takasaŖkhepupag± honti. Bh³miya½ atthatesu sukhumesu tintiŗik±dipaŗŗesupi paµiggahaŗa½ na ruhati, na hi t±ni sandh±retu½ samatth±n²ti. Mahantesu pana paduminipaŗŗ±d²su ruhati. Sace hatthap±sa½ atikkamma µhito d²ghadaŗ¹akena u¼uŖkena deti, ±gantv± deh²ti vattabbo. Vacana½ asutv± v± an±diyitv± v± patte ±kiratiyeva, puna paµiggahetabba½. D³re µhatv± bhattapiŗ¹a½ khipantepi eseva nayo.
Sace pattatthavikato n²hariyam±ne patte rajanacuŗŗ±ni honti, sati udake dhovitabbo, asati rajanacuŗŗa½ pucchitv± paµiggahetv± v± piŗ¹±ya caritabba½. Sace piŗ¹±ya carantassa raja½ patati, paµiggahetv± bhikkh± gaŗhitabb±. Appaµiggahetv± gaŗhato vinayadukkaµa½. Ta½ pana puna paµiggahetv± bhuńjato an±patti. Sace pana “paµiggahetv± deth±”ti vutte vacana½ asutv± v± an±diyitv± v± bhikkha½ dentiyeva, vinayadukkaµa½ natthi, puna paµiggahetv± ańń± bhikkh± gahetabb±.
Sace mah±v±to tato tato raja½ p±teti, na sakk± hoti bhikkha½ gahetu½, “anupasampannassa dass±m²”ti suddhacittena ±bhoga½ katv± gaŗhitu½ vaµµati. Eva½ piŗ¹±ya caritv± vih±ra½ v± ±sanas±la½ v± gantv± ta½ anupasampannassa datv± puna tena dinna½ v± tassa viss±sena v± paµiggahetv± bhuńjitu½ vaµµati.
Sace bhikkh±c±re saraja½ patta½ bhikkhussa deti, so vattabbo– “ima½ paµiggahetv± bhikkha½ v± gaŗheyy±si, paribhuńjeyy±si v±”ti tena tath± k±tabba½. Sace raja½ upari uppilavati, kańjika½ pav±hetv± sesa½ bhuńjitabba½. Sace anto paviµµha½ hoti, paµiggahetabba½. Anupasampanne asati hatthato amocentena, yattha anupasampanno atthi tattha netv± paµiggahetabba½ Sukkhabhatte patitaraja½ apanetv± bhuńjitu½ vaµµati. Sace atisukhuma½ hoti, uparibhattena saddhi½ apanetabba½, paµiggahetv± v± bhuńjitabba½. Y±gu½ v± s³pa½ v± purato µhapetv± ±lulent±na½ bh±janato phusit±ni uggantv± patte patanti, patto paµiggahetabbo.
U¼uŖkena ±haritv± dent±na½ paµhamatara½ u¼uŖkato thev± patte patanti, supatit±, abhihaµatt± doso natthi. Sacepi carukena bhatte ±kiriyam±ne carukato masi v± ch±rik± v± patati, abhihaµatt± nevatthi doso. Anantarassa bhikkhuno diyyam±na½ pattato uppatitv± itarassa patte patati, supatita½. Paµiggahitameva hi ta½ hoti.
Sace jajjharis±kh±di½ ph±letv± ekassa bhikkhuno dent±na½ s±khato phusit±ni ańńassa patte patanti, patto paµiggahetabbo. Yassa pattassa upari ph±lenti, tassa patte patitesu d±tuk±mat±ya abhihaµatt± doso natthi. P±y±sassa p³retv± patta½ denti, uŗhatt± heµµh± gahetu½ na sakkoti, mukhavaµµiy±pi gahetu½ vaµµati. Sace tath±pi na sakkoti, ±dh±rakena gaŗhitabbo.
¾sanas±l±ya patta½ gahetv± nisinno bhikkhu nidda½ okkanto hoti, neva ±hariyam±na½ na diyyam±na½ j±n±ti, appaµiggahita½ hoti. Sace pana ±bhoga½ katv± nisinno hoti, vaµµati. Sacepi so hatthena ±dh±raka½ muńcitv± p±dena pelletv± nidd±yati, vaµµatiyeva. P±dena ±dh±raka½ akkamitv± paµiggaŗhantassa pana j±garantassapi an±darapaµiggahaŗa½ hoti, tasm± na k±tabba½. Keci eva½ ±dh±rakena paµiggahaŗa½ k±yapaµibaddhapaµibaddhena paµiggahaŗa½ n±ma hoti, tasm± na vaµµat²ti vadanti. Ta½ tesa½ vacanamattameva. Atthato pana sabbampeta½ k±yapaµibaddhameva hoti. K±yasa½saggepi cesa nayo dassitova. Yampi bhikkhussa diyyam±na½ patati, tampi s±ma½ gahetv± paribhuńjitu½ vaµµati. Tatrida½ sutta½–

Idańca pana sutta½ neyyattha½. Tasm± evamettha adhipp±yo veditabbo– ya½ diyyam±na½ d±yakassa hatthato pariga¼itv± suddh±ya v± bh³miy± paduminipaŗŗavatthakaµas±rak±d²su v± patati, ta½ s±ma½ gahetv± paribhuńjitu½ vaµµati. Ya½ pana saraj±ya bh³miy± patati, ta½ raja½ puńchitv± v± dhovitv± v± paµiggahetv± v± paribhuńjitabba½. Sace pana pavaµµanta½ ańńassa bhikkhuno santika½ gacchati, tena ±har±petumpi vaµµati. Sace ta½ bhikkhu½ vadati “tva½yeva kh±d±”ti tass±pi kh±ditu½ vaµµati. An±ŗattena pana tena na gahetabba½. An±ŗatten±pi “itarassa dass±m²”ti gahetu½ vaµµat²ti kurundiya½ vutta½. Kasm± paneta½ itarassa bhikkhuno gahetu½ na vaµµat²ti? Bhagavat± ananuńń±tatt±. Bhagavat± hi “s±ma½ gahetv± paribhuńjitun”ti vadantena yasseva ta½ diyyam±na½ patati, tassa appaµiggahitakampi ta½ gahetv± paribhogo anuńń±to. “Pariccatta½ ta½ bhikkhave d±yakeh²”ti vacanena panettha parasantak±bh±vo d²pito. Tasm± ańńassa s±ma½ gahetv± paribhuńjitu½ na vaµµati, tassa pana ±ŗattiy± vaµµat²ti aya½ kirettha adhipp±yo.
