Tatthaj±take pana m³lanti us²rahiriver±dika½ ya½kińci m³la½, ta½ upp±µetv± v± upp±µita½ v± gaŗhantassa yena m³lena vatthu p³rati, tasmi½ gahite p±r±jika½. Kandopi m³leneva saŖgahito. Upp±µentassa cettha appamattakepi acchinne thullaccayameva. Tattha vinicchayo bhise vuttanayeneva veditabbo. Tacanti bhesajjatth±ya v± rajanatth±ya v± upayogagaman³paga½ ya½kińci rukkhattaca½; ta½ upp±µetv± v± upp±µita½ v± gaŗhantassa m³le vuttanayena p±r±jika½. Pupphanti vassikamallik±dika½ ya½kińci puppha½, ta½ ocinitv± v± ocinita½ v± gaŗhantassa uppalapadumesu vuttanayena p±r±jika½. Pupph±nampi hi vaŗµa½ v± bandhana½ v± acchinna½ rakkhati. Vaŗµabbhantare pana kesańci s³cik± hoti, s± na rakkhati. Phalanti ambaphalat±laphal±dika½ ya½kińci, ta½ rukkhato gaŗhantassa vinicchayo rukkhe laggitakath±ya½ vutto. Apanetv± µhapita½ bh³maµµh±disaŖgahitameva.
¾r±ma½ abhiyuńjat²ti parasantaka½ “mama santako ayan”ti mus± bhaŗitv± abhiyuńjati, adinn±d±nassa payogatt± dukkaµa½. S±mikassa vimati½ upp±det²ti vinicchayakusalat±ya balavanissit±dibh±vena v± ±r±mas±mikassa sa½saya½ janeti. Katha½? Tańhi tath± vinicchayappasuta½ disv± s±miko cinteti– “sakkhiss±mi nu kho aha½ ima½ ±r±ma½ attano k±tu½, na sakkhiss±mi nu kho”ti. Eva½ tassa vimati uppajjam±n± tena upp±dit± hoti, tasm± thullaccaya½ ±pajjati.
Dhura½ nikkhipat²ti yad± pana s±miko “aya½ thaddho kakkha¼o j²vitabrahmacariyantar±yampi me kareyya, ala½ d±ni mayha½ imin± ±r±men±”ti dhura½ nikkhipati, abhiyuńjako p±r±jika½ ±pajjati. Sace sayampi katadhuranikkhepo hoti, atha ca pana s±mikena dhure nikkhittepi abhiyuńjako dhura½ anikkhipitv±va “ima½ suµµhu p²¼etv± mama ±ŗ±pavatti½ dassetv± kiŖk±rappaµiss±vibh±ve na½ µhapetv± dass±m²”ti d±tabbabh±ve sa-uss±ho hoti, rakkhati t±va. Ath±pi abhiyuńjako “acchinditv± na d±ni na½ imassa dass±m²”ti dhura½ nikkhipati, s±miko pana na dhura½ nikkhipati, pakkha½ pariyesati, k±la½ ±gameti, “lajjiparisa½ t±va labh±mi, pacch± j±niss±m²”ti puna gahaŗeyeva sa-uss±ho hoti, rakkhatiyeva. Yad± pana sopi “na dass±m²”ti, s±mikopi “na lacch±m²”ti– eva½ ubhopi dhura½ nikkhipanti, tad± abhiyuńjakassa p±r±jika½. Atha pana abhiyuńjitv± vinicchaya½ kurum±no aniµµhite vinicchaye s±mikenapi dhuranikkhepe akate attano ass±mikabh±va½ j±nantoyeva tato kińci puppha½ v± phala½ v± gaŗh±ti, bhaŗ¹agghena k±retabbo.
Dhamma½ carantoti bhikkhusaŖghe v± r±jakule v± vinicchaya½ karonto. S±mika½ par±jet²ti vinicchayik±na½ ukkoca½ datv± k³µasakkhi½ ot±retv± ±r±mas±mika½ jin±t²ti attho. ¾patti p±r±jikass±ti na kevala½ tasseva, sańcicca tassa atthas±dhane pavatt±na½ k³µavinicchayik±nampi k³µasakkh²nampi sabbesa½ p±r±jika½. Ettha ca s±mikassa dhuranikkhepavaseneva par±jayo veditabbo. Anikkhittadhuro hi apar±jitova hoti. Dhamma½ caranto parajjat²ti sacepi dhammena vinayena satthus±sanena vinicchayassa pavattatt± saya½ par±jaya½ p±puŗ±ti; evampi mus±v±dena s±mik±na½ p²¼±karaŗapaccay± thullaccaya½ ±pajjat²ti.
