Imehi ca pana t²hi lakkhaŗehi samann±gatena vinayadharena vatthuvinicchayattha½ sannipatite saŖghe otiŗŗe vatthusmi½ codakena ca cuditakena ca vutte vattabbe sahas± avinicchinitv±va cha µh±n±ni oloketabb±ni. Katam±ni cha? Vatthu oloketabba½, m±tik± oloketabb±, padabh±jan²ya½ oloketabba½, tikaparicchedo oloketabbo, antar±patti oloketabb±, an±patti oloketabb±ti.

Atha panassa ±cariyo natthi, saddhi½ uggahitatthero pana atthi, tassa santika½ pesetabbo– “amhehi saha uggahitatthero gaŗap±mokkho, ta½ gantv± pucch±”ti. Ten±pi “satekiccho”ti vinicchite “s±dhu suµµhu tassa vacana½ karoh²”ti vattabbo. Atha saddhi½ uggahitattheropi natthi, antev±siko paŗ¹ito atthi, tassa santika½ pesetabbo– “asukadahara½ gantv± pucch±”ti.
