Sace bh³mi½yeva kiºitv± aññ±ni b²j±ni ropit±ni phala½ vaµµati, atha b²j±ni kiºitv± kappiyabh³miya½ ropit±ni, phala½ na vaµµati, bh³miya½ nis²ditu½ v± nipajjitu½ v± vaµµati.

Sattanna½ sekkh±na½ paccayaparibhogo d±yajjaparibhogo n±ma, te hi bhagavato putt±, tasm± pitusantak±na½ paccay±na½ d±y±d± hutv± te paccaye paribhuñjanti. Ki½ pana te bhagavato paccaye paribhuñjanti, gih²na½ paccaye paribhuñjant²ti? Gih²hi dinn±pi bhagavat± anuññ±tatt± bhagavato santak± honti, tasm± te bhagavato paccaye paribhuñjant²ti (ma. ni. 1.29) veditabba½, dhammad±y±dasuttañcettha s±dhaka½.
Kh²º±sav±na½ paribhogo s±miparibhogo n±ma, te hi taºh±ya d±sabya½ at²tatt± s±mino hutv± paribhuñjant²ti. Imesu paribhogesu s±miparibhogo ca d±yajjaparibhogo ca sabbesampi vaµµati. Iºaparibhogo na vaµµati, theyyaparibhoge kath±yeva natthi.
Aparepi catt±ro paribhog±– lajjiparibhogo, alajjiparibhogo, dhammiyaparibhogo, adhammiyaparibhogoti.
Tattha alajjino lajjin± saddhi½ paribhogo vaµµati, ±pattiy± na k±retabbo. Lajjino alajjin± saddhi½ y±va na j±n±ti, t±va vaµµati. ¾dito paµµh±ya hi alajj² n±ma natthi, tasm± yad±ssa alajj²bh±va½ j±n±ti tad± vattabbo “tumhe k±yadv±re ca vac²dv±re ca v²tikkama½ karotha, ta½ appatir³pa½ m± evamakatth±”ti. Sace an±diyitv± karotiyeva, yadi tena saddhi½ paribhoga½ karoti, sopi alajj²yeva hoti. Yopi attano bh±rabh³tena alajjin± saddhi½ paribhoga½ karoti, sopi niv±retabbo. Sace na oramati, ayampi alajj²yeva hoti. Eva½ eko alajj² alajj²satampi karoti. Alajjino pana alajjin±va saddhi½ paribhoge ±patti n±ma natthi. Lajjino lajjin± saddhi½ paribhogo dvinna½ khattiyakum±r±na½ suvaººap±tiya½ bhojanasadisoti.
Dhammiy±dhammiyaparibhogo paccayavasena veditabbo. Tattha sace puggalopi alajj² piº¹ap±topi adhammiyo, ubho jegucch±. Puggalo alajj² piº¹ap±to dhammiyo, puggala½ jigucchitv± piº¹ap±to na gahetabbo. Mah±paccariya½ pana duss²lo saªghato uddesabhatt±d²ni labhitv± saªghasseva deti, et±ni yath±d±nameva gatatt± vaµµant²ti vutta½. Puggalo lajj² piº¹ap±to adhammiyo, piº¹ap±to jeguccho na gahetabbo. Puggalo lajj², piº¹ap±topi dhammiyo, vaµµati.
Apare dve paggah±; dve ca paribhog±– lajjipaggaho, alajjipaggaho; dhammaparibhogo ±misaparibhogoti.
Tattha alajjino lajji½ paggahetu½ vaµµati, na so ±pattiy± k±retabbo. Sace pana lajj² alajji½ paggaºh±ti, anumodan±ya ajjhesati, dhammakath±ya ajjhesati, kulesu upatthambheti Itaropi “amh±ka½ ±cariyo ²diso ca ²diso c±”ti tassa parisati vaººa½ bh±sati, aya½ s±sana½ osakk±peti antaradh±pet²ti veditabbo.
Dhammaparibhoga-±misaparibhogesu pana yattha ±misaparibhogo vaµµati, tattha dhammaparibhogopi vaµµati. Yo pana koµiya½ µhito gantho tassa puggalassa accayena nassissati, ta½ dhamm±nuggahena uggaºhitu½ vaµµat²ti vutta½.
Tatrida½ vatthu– mah±bhaye kira ekasseva bhikkhuno mah±niddeso paguºo ahosi. Atha catunik±yikatissattherassa upajjh±yo mah±tipiµakatthero n±ma mah±rakkhitatthera½ ±ha– “±vuso mah±rakkhita, etassa santike mah±niddesa½ gaºh±h²”ti. “P±po kir±ya½, bhante, na gaºh±m²”ti. “Gaºh±vuso, aha½ te santike nis²diss±m²”ti. “S±dhu, bhante, tumhesu nisinnesu gaºhiss±m²”ti paµµhapetv± rattindiva½ nirantara½ pariy±puºanto os±nadivase heµµh±mañce itthi½ disv± “bhante, suta½yeva me pubbe, sac±ha½ eva½ j±neyya½, na ²disassa santike dhamma½ pariy±puºeyyan”ti ±ha.
