Kaŗŗakit±n²ti sedena phuµµhok±sesu sańj±tak±¼asetamaŗ¹al±ni. Addasa kho ±yasm± ±nando sen±sanac±rika½ ±hiŗ¹antoti thero kira bhagavati div± paµisall±natth±ya gandhakuµi½ paviµµhe ta½ ok±sa½ labhitv± dunnikkhitt±ni d±rubhaŗ¹amattik±bhaŗ¹±ni paµis±mento asammaµµhaµµh±na½ sammajjanto gil±nehi bhikkh³hi saddhi½ paµisanth±ra½ karonto tesa½ bhikkh³na½ sen±sanaµµh±na½ sampatto addasa. Tena vutta½– “addasa kho ±yasm± ±nando sen±sanac±rika½ ±hiŗ¹anto”ti.
473. Avippav±sasammuti½ d±tunti avippav±se sammuti avippav±sasammuti, avippav±s±ya v± sammuti avippav±sasammuti. Ko panettha ±nisa½so? Yena c²varena vippavasati, ta½ nissaggiya½ na hoti, ±pattińca n±pajjati. Kittaka½ k±la½? Mah±sumatthero t±va ±ha– “y±va rogo na v³pasamati, v³pasante pana roge s²gha½ c²varaµµh±na½ ±gantabban”ti Mah±padumatthero ±ha– “s²gha½ ±gacchato rogo paµikuppeyya, tasm± saŗika½ ±gantabba½. Sace panassa rogo paµikuppati, ki½ k±tabbanti? Phussadevatthero t±va ±ha– “sace soyeva rogo paµikuppati, s± eva sammuti, puna sammutid±nakicca½ natthi. Athańńo kuppati, puna d±tabb± sammut²”ti. Upatissatthero ±ha– “so v± rogo hotu, ańńo v± puna sammutid±nakicca½ natth²”ti.
475-6. Niµµhitac²varasmi½ bhikkhun±ti idha pana purimasikkh±pade viya attha½ aggahetv± niµµhite c²varasmi½ bhikkhunoti eva½ s±mivasena karaŗavacanassa attho veditabbo. Karaŗavasena hi bhikkhun± ida½ n±ma k±tabbanti natthi. S±mivasena pana bhikkhuno c²varasmi½ niµµhite kathine ca ubbhate eva½ chinnapalibodho ekarattampi ce bhikkhu tic²varena vippavaseyy±ti eva½ attho yujjati. Tattha tic²varen±ti adhiµµhitesu t²su c²varesu yena kenaci. Ekena vippavutthopi hi tic²varena vippavuttho hoti, paµisiddhapariy±pannena vippavutthatt±. Tenevassa padabh±jane “saŖgh±µiy± v±”ti-±di vutta½. Vippavaseyy±ti vippayutto vaseyya.
477-8. G±mo ek³pac±roti-±di avippav±salakkhaŗavavatth±panattha½ vutta½. Tato para½ yath±kkamena t±neva pannarasa m±tik±pad±ni vitth±rento “g±mo ek³pac±ro n±m±”ti-±dim±ha. Tattha ekakulassa g±moti ekassa rańńo v± bhojakassa v± g±mo. Parikkhittoti yena kenaci p±k±rena v± vatiy± v± parikkh±ya v± parikkhitto. Ett±vat± ekakulag±massa ek³pac±rat± dassit±. Antog±me vatthabbanti evar³pe g±me c²vara½ nikkhipitv± g±mabbhantare yath±rucite µh±ne aruŗa½ uµµh±petu½ vaµµati. Aparikkhittoti imin± tasseva g±massa n±n³pac±rat± dassit±. 479. N±n±kulassa g±moti n±n±r±j³na½ v± bhojak±na½ v± g±mo, ves±likusin±r±disadiso. Parikkhittoti imin± n±n±kulag±massa ek³pac±rat± dassit±. Sace sattho gacchanto g±ma½ v± nadi½ v± pariy±diyitv± tiµµhati antopaviµµhena saddhi½ ek±baddho hutv± orańca p±rańca pharitv± µhito hoti, satthaparih±rova labbhati. Sace s±kh±ya v± viµape v± µhapeti, upari ańńas±kh±cch±y±ya phuµµhok±seyeva µhapetabba½. Khujjarukkhassa ch±y± d³ra½ gacchati, ch±y±ya gataµµh±ne µhapetu½ vaµµatiyeva. Idh±pi hatthap±so c²varahatthap±soyeva.
Ag±make arańńeti ag±maka½ n±ma arańńa½ vińjh±µav²-±d²su v± samuddamajjhe v± macchabandh±na½ agamanapathe d²pakesu labbhati. Samant± sattabbhantar±ti majjhe µhitassa samatt± sabbadis±su sattabbhantar±, vinibbedhena cuddasa honti. Majjhe nisinno puratthim±ya v± pacchim±ya v± dis±ya pariyante µhapitac²vara½ rakkhati. Sace pana aruŗuggamanasamaye kesaggamattampi puratthima½ disa½ gacchati, pacchim±ya dis±ya c²vara½ nissaggiya½ hoti. Esa nayo itarasmi½. Uposathak±le pana parisapariyante nisinnabhikkhuto paµµh±ya sattabbhantaras²m± sodhetabb±. Yattaka½ bhikkhusaŖgho va¹¹hati, s²m±pi tattaka½ va¹¹hati.

Anissajjitv± paribhuńjati ±patti dukkaµass±ti ettha sace padh±niko bhikkhu sabbaratti½ padh±namanuyuńjitv± paccusasamaye “nh±yiss±m²”ti t²ŗipi c²var±ni t²re µhapetv± nadi½ otarati, nh±yantasseva cassa aruŗa½ uµµhahati, ki½ k±tabba½. So hi yadi uttaritv± c²vara½ niv±seti, nissaggiyac²vara½ anissajjitv± paribhuńjanapaccay± dukkaµa½ ±pajjati. Atha naggo gacchati, evampi dukkaµa½ ±pajjat²ti? Na ±pajjati. Sace gacchant±na½yeva asampattesu daharesu aruŗa½ uggacchati, c²vara½ nissaggiya½ hoti, nissayo pana na paµippassambhati, dahar±nampi purato gacchant±na½ theresu asampattesu eseva nayo. Sace dhammag±ravena “y±va pariyos±na½ sutv±va gamiss±m±”ti nis²danti, saha aruŗassuggaman± c²var±nipi nissaggiy±ni honti, nissayopi paµippassambhati.Therena dahara½ c²varadhovanatth±ya g±maka½ pesentena attano c²vara½ paccuddharitv±va d±tabba½.
