Imin± pana nayena anusiµµhi d±tabb±– “s²lavato n±ma anacchariy± maggaphaluppatti, tasm± vih±r±d²su ±satti½ akatv± buddhagata½ dhammagata½ saŖghagata½ k±yagatańca sati½ upaµµhapetv± manasik±re appam±do k±tabbo”ti. Maraŗavaŗŗe ca sa½vaŗŗitepi yo t±ya sa½vaŗŗan±ya kańci upakkama½ akatv± attano dhammat±ya yath±yun± yath±nusandhin±va marati, tappaccay± sa½vaŗŗako ±pattiy± na k±retabboti.
Dutiyavatthusmi½– na ca bhikkhave appaµivekkhitv±ti ettha k²disa½ ±sana½ paµivekkhitabba½ k²disa½ na paµivekkhitabba½? Ya½ suddha½ ±sanameva hoti apaccattharaŗaka½, yańca ±gantv± µhit±na½ passata½yeva atthar²yati, ta½ napaccavekkhitabba½ nis²ditu½ vaµµati. Yampi manuss± saya½ hatthena akkamitv± “idha bhante nis²dath±”ti denti, tasmimpi vaµµati. Sacepi paµhamamev±gantv± nisinn± pacch± uddha½ v± adho v± saŖkamanti, paccavekkhaŗakicca½ natthi. Musalavatthusmi½– asańciccoti avadhakacetano viraddhapayogo hi so. Ten±ha “asańcicco ahan”ti. Udukkhalavatthu utt±nameva. Vu¹¹hapabbajitavatth³supaµhamavatthusmi½ “bhikkhusaŖghassa paµibandha½ m± ak±s²”ti paŗ±mesi. Dutiyavatthusmi½– saŖghamajjhepi gaŗamajjhepi “mahallakattherassa putto”ti vuccam±no tena vacanena aµµ²yam±no “maratu ayan”ti paŗ±mesi. Tatiyavatthusmi½– tassa dukkhupp±danena thullaccaya½.

Aggak±rikanti aggakiriya½; paµhama½ laddhapiŗ¹ap±ta½ aggagga½ v± paŗ²tapaŗ²ta½ piŗ¹ap±tanti attho. Pańcanna½ pana sahadhammik±na½ k±tabba½ bhikkhussa bhikkhuniy± sikkham±n±ya s±maŗerassa s±maŗeriy±ti. Samas²lasaddh±pańń±nańhi etesa½ t²su sikkh±su yutt±na½ bhesajja½ ak±tu½ na labbhati, karontena ca sace tesa½ atthi, tesa½ santaka½ gahetv± yojetv± d±tabba½. Sace natthi, attano santaka½ k±tabba½.
