Sabbameva hi ida½ pavattipaµisandhivasena dvedh± pavattati Tattha dve pañcaviññ±º±ni, dve manodh±tuyo, somanassasahagat± ahetukamanoviññ±ºadh±t³ti im±ni terasa pañcavok±rabhave pavattiya½yeva pavattanti. Ses±ni ek³nav²sati t²su bhavesu yath±nur³pa½ pavattiyampi paµisandhiyampi pavattanti.
“Laddhappaccayamiti dhamma-mattameta½ bhavantaramupeti;
n±ssa tato saªkanti, na tato hetu½ vin± hoti”.
Iti heta½ laddhappaccaya½ r³p±r³padhammamatta½ uppajjam±na½ “bhavantaramupet²”ti vuccati, na satto na j²vo. Tassa ca n±pi at²tabhavato idha saªkanti atthi, n±pi tato hetu½ vin± idha p±tubh±vo. Ettha ca purima½ cavanato cuti, pacchima½ bhavantar±dipaµisandh±nato paµisandh²ti vuccati.
Etth±ha– nanu eva½ asaªkantip±tubh±ve sati ye imasmi½ manussattabh±ve khandh±, tesa½ niruddhatt±, phalapaccayassa ca kammassa tattha agamanato, aññassa aññato ca ta½ phala½ siy±, upabhuñjake ca asati kassa ta½ phala½ siy±, tasm± na sundaramida½ vidh±nanti? Tatrida½ vuccati–
“Sant±ne ya½ phala½ eta½, n±ññassa na ca aññato;
b²j±na½ abhisaªkh±ro, etassatthassa s±dhako.
“Phalassuppattiy± eva, siddh± bhuñjakasammuti;
phalupp±dena rukkhassa, yath± phalati sammut²”ti.
Yopi vadeyya “eva½ santepi ete saªkh±r± vijjam±n± v± phalassa paccay± siyu½, avijjam±n± v±. Yadi ca vijjam±n±, pavattikkhaºeyeva nesa½ vip±kena bhavitabba½. Atha avijjam±n±, pavattito pubbe pacch± ca nicca½ phal±vah± siyun”ti. So eva½ vattabbo–
“Katatt± paccay± ete, na ca nicca½ phal±vah±;
p±µibhog±dika½ tattha, veditabba½ nidassanan”ti.
Viññ±ºapaccay± n±mar³panti idha vedan±saññ±saªkh±rakkhandh± n±ma½, catt±ri mah±bh³t±ni catunnañca mah±bh³t±na½ up±d±yar³pa½ r³pa½. Abh±vakagabbhaseyyak±na½ aº¹aj±nañca paµisandhikkhaºe vatthudasaka½ k±yadasakanti v²sati r³par³p±ni, tayo ca ar³pino khandh±ti ete tev²sati dhamm± “viññ±ºapaccay± n±mar³pan”ti veditabb±. viññ±ºamiva b±tti½sa, vitth±rena bhavanti te”.
Phassapaccay± vedan±ti–
“Dv±rato vedan± vutt±, cakkhusamphassaj±dik±;
cha¼eva t± pabhedena, idha b±tti½sa vedan±”.
Vedan±paccay± taºh±ti–
“R³pataºh±dibhedena, cha taºh± idha d²pit±;
ekek± tividh± tattha, pavatt±k±rato mat±.
“Dukkh² sukha½ patthayati, sukh² bhiyyopi icchati;
upekkh± pana santatt±, sukhamicceva bh±sit±.
“Taºh±ya paccay± tasm±, honti tissopi vedan±;
vedan±paccay± taºh±, iti vutt± mahesin±”ti.
Taºh±paccay± up±d±nanti catt±ri up±d±n±ni k±mup±d±na½ diµµhup±d±na½ s²labbatup±d±na½ attav±dup±d±na½. Up±d±napaccay± bhavoti idha kammabhavo adhippeto, upapattibhavo pana paduddh±ravasena vutto. Bhavapaccay± j±t²ti kammabhavapaccay± j±ti paµisandhikhandh±na½ p±tubhavo.

So ca na ahetuko sabbad± ca sabbesañca abh±vato, na kammabhavato aññahetuko tadabhinibbattakasatt±na½ ajjhattasant±ne aññassa k±raºassa abh±vatoti kammabhavahetukova. Kammañhi satt±na½ h²napaº²tat±divisesassa hetu. Ten±ha bhagav±– “kamma½ satte vibhajati yadida½ h²napaº²tat±y±”ti (ma. ni. 3.289). Tasm± j±nitabbameta½ “bhavo j±tiy± paccayo”ti.
J±tipaccay± jar±maraºanti-±d²su yasm± asati j±tiy± jar±maraºañceva sok±dayo ca dhamm± na honti, j±tiy± pana sati jar±maraºañceva jar±maraºasaªkh±tadukkhadhammaphuµµhassa b±lassa jar±maraº±disambandh± v± tena tena dukkhadhammena phuµµhassa anabhisambandh± v± sok±dayo ca dhamm± honti. Tasm± j±tipaccay± jar±maraºanti. Samecca abhisamecca dhammanti ñ±ºena sam±gantv± catusaccadhamma½ paµivijjhitv±.
Eva½ dv±dasapadika½ paccay±k±rappavatti½ dassetv± id±ni vivaµµavasena avijj±d²na½ nirodhadassanattha½ “avijj±nirodh± saªkh±ranirodhoti samecca abhisamecca dhamman”ti-±dim±ha.
