S± sutv± ta½ daµµhuk±m± hutv± ekadivasa½ alaªkaritv± j³tamaº¹ala½ ±gantv± paric±rik±na½ antare µhit± na½ olokesi. Sopi devi½ olokesi. Dvepi aññamañña½ paµibaddhacitt± ahesu½. So te upasaªkamitv± “aha½ gandhabbo n±v±ya vetana½ khaº¹etv± tumh±ka½ gandhabba½ kariss±mi, mampi neth±”ti ±ha. Te “s±dh³”ti tampi ±ropetv± n±va½ vissajjesu½. Te sukhapay±t±ya n±v±ya ta½ pakkositv± “gandhabba½ no karoh²”ti ±ha½su. “Aha½ ce gandhabba½ kareyya½, mayi pana gandhabba½ karonte macch± calissanti, atha vo n±vo bhijjissat²”ti. “Manussamatte gandhabba½ karonte macch±na½ calana½ n±ma natthi, karoh²”ti. “Tena hi m± mayha½ kujjhitth±”ti v²ºa½ mucchitv± tantissarena g²tassara½, g²tassarena tantissara½ anatikkamitv± gandhabba½ ak±si.
