R±j± corar±j±na½ ±rabbha metta½ bh±vetv± kasiºaparikamma½ katv± jh±na½ nibbattesi, bandhana½ chijji, tato r±j± ±k±se pallaªkena nis²di. Corar±jassa sar²re d±ho uppajji, “¹ayh±mi ¹ayh±m²”ti bh³miya½ apar±para½ parivattati. “Kimetan”ti vutte “mah±r±ja, tumhe evar³pa½ dhammikar±j±na½ nirapar±dha½ dv±rassa uttarumm±re heµµh±s²saka½ olamb±peth±”ti vadi½su. Tena hi vegena gantv± mocetha nanti. Puris± gantv± r±j±na½ ±k±se pallaªkena nisinna½ disv± ±gantv± dubbhisenassa ±rocesu½. So vegena gantv± ta½ vanditv± kham±petu½ paµhama½ g±tham±ha–

sod±ni dugge narakamhi khitto, nappajjahe vaººabala½ pur±ºan”ti.

11. “Sabb± kireva½ pariniµµhit±ni, yasassina½ paññavanta½ visayha;
yaso ca laddh± purima½ u¼±ra½, nappajjahe vaººabala½ pur±ºa½.
12. “Panujja dukkhena sukha½ janinda, sukhena v± dukkhamasayhas±hi;
ubhayattha santo abhinibbutatt±, sukhe ca dukkhe ca bhavanti tuly±”ti.
Tattha khant²ti adhiv±sanakhanti. Tapoti tapacaraºa½. Sampatthit±ti icchit± abhikaªkhit± Dubbhisen±ti ta½ n±men±lapati. Ta½d±ni laddh±n±ti ta½ patthana½ id±n±ha½ labhitv±. Jaheti kena k±raºena aha½ jaheyya½. Yassa hi dukkha½ v± domanassa½ v± hoti, so ta½ jaheyy±ti d²peti.
“Sabb± kireva½ pariniµµhit±n²”ti anussavavasena attano sampatti½ dassento ±ha Ida½ vutta½ hoti– sabb±neva mama kattabbakicc±ni d±nas²labh±van±-uposathakamm±ni pubbeva niµµhit±n²ti. Yasassina½ paññavanta½ visayh±ti pariv±rasampattiy± yasassi, paññ±sampad±ya paññavanta, asayhas±hit±ya visayha. Eva½ t²ºipet±ni ±lapan±neva. Nanti panettha nip±to Byañjanasiliµµhat±vasenantak±rassa s±nun±sikat± kat±ti paccetabb±. Yaso c±ti yasañca, ayameva v± p±µho. Laddh± purimanti labhitv± purima½ pubbe aladdhapubba½. U¼±ranti mahanta½. Kilesavikkhambhanamett±bh±van±jh±nuppattiyo sandh±yevam±ha. Nappajjaheti evar³pa½ yasa½ laddh± ki½k±raº± pur±ºavaººabala½ jahiss±m²ti attho.
Dukkhen±ti tay± upp±ditena narakamhi khipanadukkhena mama rajjasukha½ panuditv±. Sukhena v± dukkhanti jh±nasukhena v± ta½ dukkha½ panuditv±. Ubhayattha santoti ye santo honti m±dis±, te dv²supi etesu koµµh±sesu abhinibbutasabh±v± majjhatt± sukhe ca dukkhe ca bhavanti tuly±, ekasadis± nibbik±r±va hont²ti.
Ida½ sutv± dubbhiseno bodhisatta½ kham±petv± “tumh±ka½ rajja½ tumheva k±retha, aha½ vo core paµib±hiss±m²”ti vatv± tassa duµµh±maccassa r±j±ºa½ k±retv± pakk±mi. Bodhisattopi rajja½ amacc±na½ niyy±detv± isipabbajja½ pabbajitv± brahmalokapar±yaºo ahosi.
Satth± ima½ dhammadesana½ ±haritv± j±taka½ samodh±nesi– “tad± dubbhiseno ±nando ahosi, b±r±ºasir±j± pana ahameva ahosin”ti.
