So viññuta½ patto bhagavati p±v±ya½ cundassa ambavane viharante upasaªkamitv± dhamma½ sutv± paµiladdhasaddho pabbajitv± vipassan±ya kamma½ karonto nacirasseva cha¼abhiñño ahosi. Tattha ekapupphanti eka½ kusuma½, ta½ pana idha sumanapuppha½ adhippeta½. Cajitv±n±ti satthu th³pap³j±karaºavasena pariccajitv± paricc±gahetu. As²ti vassakoµiyoti manussagaºan±ya vass±na½ as²ti koµiyo, accantasa½yoge ceta½ upayogavacana½, idañca chasu k±masaggesu dutiye apar±paruppattivasena vuttanti veditabba½. Tasm± sagges³ti t±vati½sasaªkh±te saggaloke, punappuna½ uppajjanavasena hettha bahuvacana½. Paric±retv±ti r³p±d²su ±rammaºesu indriy±ni paric±retv± sukha½ anubhavitv±, devacchar±hi v± att±na½ paric±retv± upaµµh±petv±. Sesakenamhi nibbutoti pupphap³j±ya vasena pavattakusalacetan±su bhavasampatti d±yakakammato sesena ya½ tattha vivaµµ³panissayabh³ta½, ta½ sandh±ya vadati. Bah³ hi tattha pubb±paravasena pavatt± cetan±. Sesaken±ti v± tasseva kammassa vip±k±vasesena aparikkh²ºeyeva tasmi½ kammavip±ke nibbuto amhi, kilesaparinibb±nena parinibbutosmi. Etena yasmi½ attabh±ve µhatv± attan± arahatta½ sacchikata½, sopi carimattabh±vo tassa kammavip±koti dasseti. Y±disa½ sandh±ya aññatth±pi “tasseva kammassa vip±k±vasesen±”ti (p±r±. 228; sa½. ni. 1.131) vutta½.
