Athekadivasa½ tassa satth±ra½ disv± lakkhaº±ni upadh±retv± lakkhaºamante parivattentassa, “²disehi lakkhaºehi samann±gato anantajino anantañ±ºo buddho bhavissat²”ti buddhañ±ºa½ ±rabbha u¼±ro pas±do uppajji. So tena cittappas±dena devaloke nibbatto apar±para½ devamanussesu sa½saranto imasmi½ buddhupp±de n±lakag±me aññatarassa br±hmaºassa putto hutv± nibbatti, sun±gotissa n±ma½ ahosi. pallaªka½ ±bhujitv±na, tattha k±laªkato aha½.
“Ekati½se ito kappe, ya½ saññamalabhi½ tad±;
duggati½ n±bhij±n±mi, ñ±ºasaññ±yida½ phala½.
“Sattav²sati kappamhi, r±j± siridharo ahu;
sattaratanasampanno, cakkavatt² mahabbalo.
“Kiles± jh±pit± mayha½…pe… kata½ buddhassa s±sanan”ti;
arahatta½ pana patv± bhikkh³na½ dhammadesan±padesena añña½ by±karonto–
85. “cittanimittassa kovido, pavivekarasa½ vij±niya;
jh±ya½ nipako patissato, adhigaccheyya sukha½ nir±misan”ti.–

Tattha cittanimittassa kovidoti bh±van±cittassa nimittaggahaºe kusalo, “imasmi½ samaye citta½ paggahetabba½, imasmi½ sampaha½sitabba½, imasmi½ ajjhupekkhitabban”ti eva½ paggahaº±diyogyassa cittanimittassa gahaºe cheko. Pavivekarasa½ vij±niy±ti k±yavivekasa½va¹¹hitassa cittavivekassa rasa½ sañj±nitv±, vivekasukha½ anubhavitv±ti attho. “Pavivekarasa½ pitv±”ti (dha. pa. 205) hi vutta½. Jh±yanti paµhama½ ±rammaº³panijjh±nena pacch± lakkhaº³panijjh±nena ca jh±yanto. Nipakoti kammaµµh±napariharaºe kusalo. Patissatoti upaµµhitassati. Adhigaccheyya sukha½ nir±misanti eva½ samathanimitt±dikosallena labbhe cittavivekasukhe patiµµh±ya sato sampaj±no hutv± vipassan±jh±neneva jh±yanto k±m±misavaµµ±misehi asammissat±ya nir±misa½ nibb±nasukha½ phalasukhañca adhigaccheyya samupagaccheyy±ti attho.
