Lahuko vata me k±yoti ±yasmato khitakattherassa g±th±. K± uppatti? Ayampi purimabuddhesu kat±dhik±ro tattha tattha bhave puññ±ni upacinanto padumuttarassa bhagavato k±le yakkhasen±pati hutv± nibbatto ekadivasa½ yakkhasam±game nisinno satth±ra½ aññatarasmi½ rukkham³le nisinna½ disv± upasaªkamitv± satth±ra½ vanditv± ekamanta½ nis²di. Tassa satth± dhamma½ desesi. So dhamma½ sutv± u¼±ra½ p²tisomanassa½ pavedento apphoµento uµµhahitv± satth±ra½ vanditv± padakkhiºa½ katv± pakk±mi. So tena puññakammena devamanussesu sa½saranto imasmi½ buddhupp±de s±vatthiya½ br±hmaºakule nibbatti, khitakotissa n±ma½ ahosi. So viññuta½ patto mah±moggall±nattherassa mahiddhikabh±va½ sutv± “iddhim± bhaviss±m²”ti pubbahetun± codiyam±no pabbajitv± bhagavato santike kammaµµh±na½ gahetv± samathavipassan±su kamma½ karonto nacirasseva cha¼abhiñño ahosi. “Padumo n±ma n±mena, dvipadindo nar±sabho;
pavan± abhinikkhamma, dhamma½ deseti cakkhum±.
“Yakkh±na½ samayo ±si, avid³re mahesino;
yena kiccena sampatt±, ajjh±pekkhi½su t±vade.
“Buddhassa giramaññ±ya, amatassa ca desana½;
pasannacitto sumano, apphoµetv± upaµµhahi½.
“Suciººassa phala½ passa, upaµµh±nassa satthuno;
ti½sakappasahassesu, duggati½ nupapajjaha½.
“Ðnati½se kappasate, samalaªkatan±mako;
sattaratanasampanno, cakkavatt² mahabbalo.
“Kiles± jh±pit± mayha½…pe… kata½ buddhassa s±sanan”ti;
arahatta½ pana patv± savisesa½ iddh²su vas²bh±vena anekavihita½ iddhividha½ paccanubhonto iddhip±µih±riyena anus±san²p±µih±riyena ca satt±na½ anuggaha½ karonto viharati; so bhikkh³hi, “katha½ tva½, ±vuso, iddhi va¼añjes²”ti puµµho tamattha½ ±cikkhanto–
104. “lahuko vata me k±yo, phuµµho ca p²tisukhena vipulena;
t³lamiva erita½ m±lutena, pilavat²va me k±yo”ti.–

G±tha½ abh±si. “Ud±navasen±”tipi vadantiyeva.

Tattha lahuko vata me k±yoti n²varaº±divikkhambhanena cuddasavidhena cittaparidamanena caturiddhip±dakabh±van±ya suµµhu ciººavas²bh±vena ca me r³pak±yo sallahuko vata, yena dandha½ mah±bh³tapaccayampi n±ma ima½ karajak±ya½ cittavasena pariº±mem²ti adhipp±yo. Phuµµho ca p²tisukhena vipulen±ti sabbatthakameva pharantena mahat± u¼±rena p²tisahitena sukhena phuµµho ca me k±yoti yojan±. Idañca yath± k±yo lahuko ahosi, ta½ dassanattha½ vutta½. Sukhasaññokkamanena hi saddhi½yeva lahusaññokkamana½ hoti. Sukhassa pharaºañcettha ta½samuµµh±nar³pavasena daµµhabba½ katha½ pana catutthajjh±nasamaªgino p²tisukhapharaºa½, samatikkantap²tisukhañhi tanti ce? Saccameta½, ida½ pana na catutthajjh±nalakkhaºavasena vutta½, atha kho pubbabh±gavasena. “P²tisukhen±”ti pana p²tisahitasadisena sukhena, upekkh± hi idha santasabh±vat±ya ñ±ºavisesayogato ca sukhanti adhippeta½. Tath± hi vutta½ “sukhasaññañca lahusaññañca okkamat²”ti (paµi. ma. 1.101). P±dakajjh±n±rammaºena r³pak±y±rammaºena v± iddhicittena sahaj±ta½ sukhasaññañca lahusaññañca okkamati pavisati phusati samp±puº±t²ti ayampi tattha attho. Tath± c±ha aµµhakath±ya½ (paµi. ma. aµµha. 2.3.12)– “sukhasaññ± n±ma upekkh±sampayutt± saññ±. Upekkh± hi santa½ sukhanti vutta½ s±yeva saññ± n²varaºehi ceva vitakk±dipaccan²kehi ca vimuttatt± lahusaññ±tipi veditabb±. Ta½ okkantassa panassa karajak±yopi t³lapicu viya sallahuko hoti. So eva½ v±takkhittat³lapicuno viya sallahukena dissam±nena k±yena brahmaloka½ gacchat²”ti. Ten±ha “t³lamiva erita½ m±lutena, pilavat²va me k±yo”ti. Tassattho– yad±ha½ brahmaloka½ añña½ v± iddhiy± gantuk±mo homi, tad± m±lutena v±yun± erita½ citta½ t³lapicu viya ±k±sa½ laªghantoyeva me k±yo hot²ti.
