So viññuta½ patto kenacideva karaº²yena s±vatthiya½ gato up±sakehi saddhi½ vih±ra½ gato satthu dhammadesana½ sutv± paµiladdhasaddho pabbajitv± ñ±ºassa parip±katt± vipassana½ paµµhapetv± nacirasseva arahatta½ p±puºi. pitv± rasaggamuttama½, na ca k±h±mi visena santhavan”ti.–

Tattha n±ha½ etena atthikoti yena ma½ tumhe tappetuk±m± “parip³ress±m±”ti vadatha, etena ±misal±bhena paccay±misarasena n±ha½ atthiko, mayha½ etena attho natthi, santuµµhi parama½ sukhanti itar²tareheva paccayehi y±pem²ti attho. Id±ni tena anatthikabh±ve padh±nak±raºa½ dassento ±ha “sukhito dhammarasena tappito”ti. Sattati½sabodhipakkhiyadhammarasena ceva navavidhalokuttaradhammarasena ca tappito p²ºito sukhito uttamena sukhena suhitoti attho. Pitv± rasaggamuttamanti sabbarasesu agga½ seµµha½ tatoyeva uttama½ yath±vutta½ dhammarasa½ pivitv± µhito, ten±ha– “sabbarasa½ dhammaraso jin±t²”ti (dha. pa. 354). Na ca k±h±mi visena santhavanti evar³pa½ rasuttama½ dhammarasa½ pivitv± µhito visena visasadisena visarasena santhava½ sa½sagga½ na kariss±mi, tath±karaºassa k±raºa½ natth²ti attho.
