Sunidhavassak±r±ti sunidho ca vassak±ro ca dve br±hmaº±. Magadhamah±matt±ti magadharañño mah±-amacc±, magadharaµµhe v± mah±matt± mahatiy± issariyamatt±ya samann±gat±ti mah±matt±. P±µalig±me nagara½ m±pent²ti p±µalig±masaªkh±te bh³mipadese nagara½ m±penti. Vajj²na½ paµib±h±y±ti licchavir±j³na½ ±yamukhappacchindanattha½. Sahassasahassev±ti ekekavaggavasena sahassa½ sahassa½ hutv±. Vatth³n²ti gharavatth³ni. Citt±ni namanti nivesan±ni m±petunti rañño r±jamah±matt±nañca nivesan±ni m±petu½ vatthuvijj±p±µhak±na½ citt±ni namanti. Saddhakul±na½ saddh± devat± tath± karonti, assaddhakul±na½ assaddh± devat±. Ki½k±raº±? Y±vat±, ±nanda, ariya½ ±yatananti yattaka½ ariyamanuss±na½ osaraºaµµh±na½ n±ma atthi. Y±vat± vaºippathoti yattaka½ v±ºij±na½ ±haµabhaº¹assa r±sivasena kayavikkayaµµh±na½ n±ma, v±ºij±na½ vasanaµµh±na½ v± atthi. Aggito v±ti-±d²su samuccayattho saddo, aggin± ca udakena ca mithubhedena ca nassissat²ti attho. Tassa hi eko koµµh±so aggin± nassissati, nibb±petu½ na sakkhissanti, eka½ koµµh±sa½ gaªg± gahetv± gamissati, eko imin± akathita½ amussa, amun± akathita½ imassa vadant±na½ pisuºav±c±na½ vasena bhinn±na½ manuss±na½ aññamaññabhedena vinassissati. S²lavantetth±ti s²lavanto ettha attano vasanaµµh±ne. Saññateti k±yav±c±cittehi saññate. T±sa½ dakkhiºam±diseti saªghassa dinne catt±ro paccaye t±sa½ gharadevat±na½ ±diseyya patti½ dadeyya.
