156. Terasame ańń±ya saŗµhahi½s³ti arahatte patiµµhahi½su. Saddhammappatir³pakanti dve saddhammappatir³pak±ni adhigamasaddhammappatir³pakańca pariyattisaddhammappatir³pakańca. Tattha–
“Obh±se ceva ń±ŗe ca, p²tiy± ca vikampati;
passaddhiy± sukhe ceva, yehi citta½ pavedhati.
“Adhimokkhe ca pagg±he, upaµµh±ne ca kampati;
upekkh±vajjan±ya ceva, upekkh±ya ca nikantiy±.
“Im±ni dasa µh±n±ni, pańń± yassa paricit±;
dhammuddhaccakusalo hoti, na ca sammoha gacchat²”ti. (Paµi. ma. 2.7).–

Ida½ vipassan±ń±ŗassa upakkilesaj±ta½ adhigamasaddhammappatir³paka½ n±ma. Tisso pana saŖg²tiyo an±ru¼ha½ dh±tukath± ±rammaŗakath± asubhakath± ń±ŗavatthukath± vijj±karaŗ¹akoti imehi pańcahi kath±vatth³hi parib±hira½ gu¼havinaya½ gu¼havessantara½ gu¼hamahosadha½ vaŗŗapiµaka½ aŖgulim±lapiµaka½ raµµhap±lagajjita½ ±¼avakagajjita½ vedallapiµakanti abuddhavacana½ pariyattisaddhammappatir³paka½ n±ma.

J±tar³pappatir³pakanti suvaŗŗarasavidh±na½ ±rak³µamaya½ suvaŗŗavaŗŗa½ ±bharaŗaj±ta½. Chaŗak±lesu hi manuss± “±bharaŗabhaŗ¹aka½ gaŗhiss±m±”ti ±paŗa½ gacchanti. Atha ne ±paŗik± eva½ vadanti, “sace tumhe ±bharaŗatthik±, im±ni gaŗhatha. Im±ni hi ghan±ni ceva vaŗŗavant±ni ca appaggh±ni c±”ti. Te tesa½ sutv±, “k±raŗa½ ime vadanti, im±ni pi¼andhitv± sakk± nakkhatta½ k²¼itu½, sobhanti ceva appaggh±ni c±”ti t±ni gahetv± gacchanti. Suvaŗŗabhaŗ¹a½ avikkiyam±na½ nidahitv± µhapetabba½ hoti. Atha saddhammassa antaradh±na½ hot²ti adhigamasaddhammassa paµipattisaddhammassa pariyattisaddhammass±ti tividhass±pi saddhammassa antaradh±na½ hoti. Paµhamabodhiyańhi bhikkh³ paµisambhidappatt± ahesu½. Atha k±le gacchante paµisambhid± p±puŗitu½ na sakkhi½su, cha¼abhińń± ahesu½. Tato cha abhińń± p±puŗitu½ asakkont± tisso vijj± p±puŗi½su. Id±ni k±le gacchante tisso vijj± p±puŗitu½ asakkont± ±savakkhayamatta½ p±puŗissanti. Tampi asakkont± an±g±miphala½, tampi asakkont± sakad±g±miphala½, tampi asakkont± sot±pattiphala½. Gacchante k±le sot±pattiphalampi pattu½ na sakkhissanti. Atha nesa½ yad± vipassan± imehi upakkilesehi upakkiliµµh± ±raddhamatt±va µhassati, tad± adhigamasaddhammo antarahito n±ma bhavissati.
Paµhamabodhiyańhi bhikkh³ catunna½ paµisambhid±na½ anucchavika½ paµipatti½ p³rayi½su. Gacchante k±le ta½ asakkont± channa½ abhińń±na½, tampi asakkont± tissanna½ vijj±na½, tampi asakkont± arahattaphalamattassa. Gacchante pana k±le arahattassa anucchavika½ paµipatti½ p³retu½ asakkont± an±g±miphalassa anucchavika½ paµipatti½ p³ressanti tampi asakkont± sakad±g±miphalassa, tampi asakkont± sot±pattiphalassa. Yad± pana sot±pattiphalassapi anucchavika½ paµipada½ p³retu½ asakkont± s²lap±risuddhimatteva µhassanti, tad± paµipattisaddhammo antarahito n±ma bhavissati.
Y±va pana tepiµaka½ buddhavacana½ vattati, na t±va s±sana½ antarahitanti vattu½ vaµµati. Tiµµhantu t²ŗi v±, abhidhammapiµake antarahite itaresu dv²su tiµµhantesupi antarahitanti na vattabbameva. Dv²su antarahitesu vinayapiµakamatte µhitepi, tatr±pi khandhakapariv±resu antarahitesu ubhatovibhaŖgamatte, mah±vinaye antarahite dv²su p±timokkhesu vattam±nesupi s±sana½ anantarahitameva. Yad± pana dve p±timokkh± antaradh±yissanti, atha pariyattisaddhammassa antaradh±na½ bhavissati. Tasmi½ antarahite s±sana½ antarahita½ n±ma hoti. Pariyattiy± hi antarahit±ya paµipatti antaradh±yati, paµipattiy± antarahit±ya adhigamo antaradh±yati. Ki½ k±raŗ±? Ayańhi pariyatti paµipattiy± paccayo hoti, paµipatti adhigamassa. Iti paµipattitopi pariyattimeva pam±ŗa½.
Nanu ca kassapasamm±sambuddhak±le kapilo n±ma an±r±dhakabhikkhu “p±timokkha½ uddisiss±m²”ti b²jani½ gahetv± ±sane nisinno “atthi imasmi½ vattant±”ti pucchi, atha tassa bhayena yesampi p±timokkho vattati, tepi “maya½ vatt±m±”ti avatv± “na vatt±m±”ti vadi½su, so b²jani½ µhapetv± uµµh±y±san± gato, tad± samm±sambuddhassa s±sana½ osakkitanti? Kińc±pi osakkita½, pariyatti pana ekanteneva pam±ŗa½. Yath± hi mahato ta¼±kassa p±¼iy± thir±ya udaka½ na µhassat²ti na vattabba½, udake sati padum±d²ni pupph±ni na pupphissant²ti na vattabba½, evameva mah±ta¼±kassa thirap±¼isadise tepiµake buddhavacane sati mah±ta¼±ke udakasadis± paµipattip³rak± kulaputt± natth²ti na vattabb±, tesu sati mah±ta¼±ke padum±d²ni pupph±ni viya sot±pann±dayo ariyapuggal± natth²ti na vattabb±ti eva½ ekantato pariyattiyeva pam±ŗa½.

Tejodh±t³ti pathavito paµµh±ya y±va ±bhassarabrahmalok± uggato kappavin±sako aggi. V±yodh±t³ti pathavito paµµh±ya y±va vehapphalabrahmalok± uggato kappavin±sako v±yu. Etesu hi ekadhammopi satthu s±sana½ antaradh±petu½ na sakkoti, tasm± evam±ha. Idheva te uppajjant²ti lohato lohakh±daka½ mala½ viya imasmi½ mayha½yeva s±sane te uppajjanti. Satthari ag±rav±ti-±d²su ag±rav±ti g±ravarahit±. Appatiss±ti appatissay± an²cavuttik±. Tattha yo cetiyaŖgaŗa½ ±rohanto chatta½ dh±reti, up±hana½ dh±reti, ańńato oloketv± katha½ kathento gacchati, aya½ satthari ag±ravo n±ma.
Yo dhammassavanassa k±le saŖghuµµhe daharas±maŗerehi pariv±rito nis²dati, ańń±ni v± navakamm±d²ni karoti, dhammassavanagge nisinno nidd±yati, vikkhitto v± ańńa½ kathento nis²dati, aya½ dhamme ag±ravo n±ma.
Yo therupaµµh±na½ gantv±, avanditv± nis²dati, hatthapallatthika½ dussapallatthika½ karoti, ańńa½ v± pana hatthap±dakukkucca½ karoti, vu¹¹h±na½ santike anajjhiµµho katheti, aya½ saŖghe ag±ravo n±ma.
