Yo jant³na½ satt±na½ anantabyasan±vaho na hoti, so ±layo n±ma na bhavat²ti. Asantuµµh±d²na½ yatitt±dinisedhanavasena visesan±na½ pavattiy± nisedha-ek±vali aya½.
317. “Asantuµµho”icc±di. Asantuµµho c²var±d²su cat³su paccayesu dassitadv±dasavidhasantos±na½ aññatarena asantuµµho yati na eva bhikkhu n±ma na hoti. ¾lay±hato taºh±ya pahato santoso na hoti. Yo jant³na½ anantabyasan±vaho na yo satt±na½ apariyantap²¼±p±pako na hoti, so ±layo na hot²ti. Asantuµµh±d²na½ yatibh±v±dipaµisedhavasena visesan±na½ pavattatt± aya½ nisedha-ek±vali n±ma. Asantuµµhapada½ yatisahitasakalasattasamud±yassa s±dh±raºabh±vena µhita½, yati na bhavat²ti yatito aññesu sakalasattasaªkh±tesu avayavesu patiµµh±panato “asantuµµho”ti visesyo, “yati ne”ti ida½ visesana½.
