Tañca avadhi visayakriy±visesassa niddiµµhatt± niddiµµhavisaya½, yattha apa apagamanakriya½ up±tta½=ajjh±haµa½ visaya½ katv± pavattati, ta½ up±tta½. Ya½ kenaci guºena ukka½siyati, ta½ anumeyya½. ny±yasiddha½ yato tasm±, tadattha½ na visu½ vidhi.
Ny±yasiddha½va=calananti yasm± bh±ve ano, tasm± bh±vasse+katt± ekavacananti ñ±y± ekattañca, bh±ve anatt± napu½sakattañca, karotikriy±ya sambandhena kammattañca sijjhat²ti. Kara+bh³dh±tavo ca–
