Nanu ca asati sutte dutiy±ggahaºe dutiyantehicc±ya½ viseso kuto labbhate yena ‘sadd±d²hi dutiyanteh²’ti vivaraºa½ katanti sacca½, tath±pi paccayavidhimhi yuttepi pañcamiy± niddese ‘sadd±d²n²’ti dutiy±yop±d±nas±matthiy± tath± vivaraºa½ kata½.
Sabbatth±ti “tamadh²te ta½ j±n±ti kaºik±c±”do (4-14) sabbattha. Kiriy±v±tyavadh±raºena ya½ byavacchinna½, tamupadassento ±ha- ‘na k±le’cc±di. Yad²pi adh²tecc±d²su vattam±nak±lena kattun± ekavacanena ca niddeso, tath±pi tesamappadh±natt± aññasmimpi bh³t±dike k±le kamm±do s±dhane bahuvacanena ca paccayo siy± eveti bh±vo.
Nanu ca “dh±tvatthen±masm²”ti (5-12) ippaccaye patte-yam±rabbhate assapi dh±tvattheyeva vidh±na½, tato ca sadd±d²hi dh±tvatthe ippaccayena na bhavitabba½, dissate ca ippaccayapayogocc±saªkiya ‘n±yamippaccayassa b±dhako’ti paµip±detum±ha- ‘dh³va½ karoti’cc±di. N±n±bhinna½ v±kya½ n±n±v±kya½, tassa bh±vena, tena bhinnav±kyabh±ven±yassa ippaccayassa ca samuccayatoti attho. “Dh±tvatthen±masm²”tyeka½ v±kya½, “sadd±d²ni karotya”para½. Et±ni dve bhinnav±ky±ni- ‘dh±tvatthe n±masm± ippaccayo bhavati, sadd±d²ni karoticcasmi½ atthe ±yo bhavat²’ti paccekam±khy±t±pekkh±ya v±kyaparisamattiy± bhinnat±, abhinne hi kiriy±padekav±kyat±, bhinnetu n±n±v±kyat±, n±n±v±kye ca sati samuccayo. Na hi s±maññavisesabh±vena vidh±nameva b±dh±hetu, kiñcarahi ekav±kyat±pi, ta½ yath±-‘br±hmaº±na½ dadhi diyyata½, takka½ koº¹aññ±ye’ti. N±n±v±kye tu samuccayo, ta½ yath±- ‘br±hmaº± bhoj²yantu, m±¹har±ya vatthayugala½ d²yat³’ti m±¹haro br±hmaºabh±vena bhoj²yate vatthayugalañca labhate, tenojuka½ vuttena vatthayugalad±nena s±maññavutta½ bhojana½ na b±dh²yate, tatheh±pi ujuka½ vihiten±yena s±maññavihito ippaccayo na b±dh²yate lakkhiy±nurodhena satthak±rassa v±kya bhed±bhedoti n±navaµµhitidosoti maññate. Timhi le ca siddhanti sambandho.
Yappaccayo na vihito p±ºin²-±d²hi viy±ti adhipp±yo. ‘Jala dala- dittiya½’. “M±no”ti (5-65) m±no, “kattari lo”ti “parokkh±ya½ ce”ti (5-70) caggahaºena ‘dal dala’itidvitta½ “lopon±dibyañjanassa” (5-75) “saramh± dve”ti (1-34) dassalassa ca dvibh±ve daddallam±n±. Jalam±n±ti aµµhakath±vacanatoti imin± kiriy±samabhih±re yappaccay±bh±va½ dasseti. Imin± ca sakkate viya bhus±bhikkhaññepi kiriy±samabhih±ro kiriy±parivattana½, tañca yad± kiriyamaññena kattabbamañño karoti, tena kattabbañcetaro, tad± bhavat²ti viññeyya½. “S±maññavihit± vidhayo payogamanusarant²”ti imin± lakkhaºena ‘dala-dittiyan’ti imasm± “m±no”ti s±maññena vihito m±nappaccayo bhusatthe ±bhikkhaññe ca bhavissati. Daddalla m±n±ti ettha bhusa½ jalam±n±, punappuna jalam±n±ti ca attho veditabbo.
