Tath± hi vakkhati “muµµhasacca½ v± aññ±ºa½ v±”ti. Upekkh±nimittanti cettha aññ±ºupekkh±ya vatthubh³ta½ ±rammaºa½, tañcassa asamapekkhanavasena veditabba½. Eva½ saªkhepato r±gadosamoh±na½ k±raºa½ “subhanimitt±dikan”ti vutta½. Ten±ha “kilesavatthubh³ta½ nimittan”ti. Diµµhamatteyeva saºµh±t²ti “diµµhe diµµhamatta½ bhavissat²”ti (ud±. 10) sutte vuttanayena vaºº±yatane cakkhuviññ±ºena, v²thicittehi ca gahitamatteyeva tiµµhati, na tato para½ kiñci subh±di-±k±ra½ parikappeti. Javanakkhaºe pana sace duss²lya½ v±ti-±di puna avacanattha½ idheva sabba½ vuttanti chasu dv±resu yath±sambhava½ veditabba½. Na hi pañcadv±re k±yavac²duccaritasaªkh±ta½ duss²lya½ atthi, tasm± duss²ly±sa½varo manodv±ravasena, ses±sa½varo chadv±ravasena yojetabbo. Muµµhasacc±d²na½ hi satipaµipakkh±kusaladhamm±dibh±vato siy± pañcadv±re uppatti, na tveva k±yikav±casikav²tikkamabh³tassa duss²lyassa tattha uppatti, pañcadv±rikajavan±na½ aviññattijanakatt±. Duss²ly±dayo cettha pañca asa½var± s²lasa½var±d²na½ pañcanna½ sa½var±na½ paµipakkhabh±vena vutt±. Tasmi½ sat²ti tasmi½ asa½vare sati.
Yath± kinti yena pak±rena javane uppajjam±no asa½varo “cakkhundriye asa½varo”ti vuccati, ta½ nidassana½ kinti attho. Yath±ti-±din± nagaradv±re asa½vare sati ta½sambandh±na½ ghar±d²na½ asa½vutat± viya javane asa½vare sati ta½sambandh±na½ dv±r±d²na½ asa½vutat±ti eva½ aññ±sa½vare aññ±sa½vutat± s±maññameva nidasseti, na pubb±paras±mañña½, antobahis±mañña½ v±. Sati v± dv±rabhavaªg±dike puna uppajjam±na½ javana½ b±hira½ viya katv± nagaradv±rasam±na½ vutta½ itarañca antonagare ghar±disam±na½. Paccayabh±vena hi purimanipphanna½ javanak±le asantampi bhavaªg±di cakkh±di viya phalanipphattiy± santa½yeva n±ma hoti. Na hi dharam±na½yeva “santan”ti vuccati. “B±hira½ viya katv±”ti ca paramatthato javanassa b±hirabh±ve, itarassa ca abbhantarabh±ve asatipi “pabhassaramida½, bhikkhave, citta½, tañca kho ±gantukehi upakkiliµµhan”ti-±di (a. ni. 1.49) vacanato ±gantukabh³tassa kad±ci kad±ci uppajjam±nassa javanassa b±hirabh±vo, tabbidhurasabh±vassa itarassa abbhantarabh±vo ekena pariy±yena hot²ti katv± vutta½. Ettha ca cakkhudv±re r³p±rammaºe ±p±thagate niyamit±divasena kusal±kusalajavane sattakkhattu½ uppajjitv± bhavaªga½ otiººe tadanur³pameva manodv±rikajavane tasmi½yev±rammaºe sattakkhattu½yeva uppajjitv± bhavaªga½ otiººe puna tasmi½yeva dv±re tadev±rammaºa½ niss±ya “itth² puriso”ti-±din± vavatthapenta½ pas±darajjan±divasena sattakkhattu½ javana½ javati. Eva½ pavattam±na½ javana½ sandh±ya “javane duss²ly±d²su uppannesu tasmi½ asa½vare sati dv±rampi aguttan”ti-±di vutta½.

Yo ca g²tasadd±dikassa kiles±na½ anu anu byañjanato “anubyañjanan”ti laddhavoh±ro mandat±r±divasena vavatthito chajj±dibhedabhinno ±k±ro, tampi na gaºh±t²ti. Eva½ gandh±d²supi yath±raha½ vattabba½. Manodv±re pana s±vajjanabhavaªga½ manodv±ra½ tasmi½ dv±re dhamm±rammaºe ±p±thagate ta½ javanamanas±va viññ±ya vij±nitv±ti-±din± yojetabba½. Kileso anubandho etass±ti kiles±nubandho, so eva nimitt±dig±ho, tato parivajjanalakkhaºa½ kiles±nubandhanimitt±digg±haparivajjanalakkhaºa½. ¾di-saddena anubyañjana½ saªgaºh±ti.
