“Katha½ tathaµµhena catt±ri kicc±ni ekapaµivedh±ni? So¼asahi ±k±rehi tathaµµhena catt±ri kicc±ni ekapaµivedh±ni. Dukkhassa p²¼anaµµho, saŖkhataµµho, sant±paµµho, vipariŗ±maµµho, tathaµµho. Samudayassa ±y³hanaµµho, nid±naµµho, sa½yogaµµho, palibodhaµµho, tathaµµho. Nirodhassa nissaraŗaµµho, vivekaµµho, asaŖkhataµµho, amataµµho, tathaµµho. Maggassa niyy±naµµho, hetuµµho, dassanaµµho, adhipateyyaµµho, tathaµµho. Imehi so¼asahi ±k±rehi tathaµµhena catt±ri sacc±ni ekasaŖgahit±ni. Ya½ ekasaŖgahita½, ta½ ekatta½. Ya½ ekatta½, ta½ ekena ń±ŗena paµivijjhat²ti catt±ri sacc±ni ekapaµivedh±n²”ti (paµi. ma. 2.11).
843. Tattha siy± yad± dukkh±d²na½ ańńepi rogagaŗ¹±dayo atth± atthi, atha kasm± catt±royeva vutt±ti. Ettha vad±ma, ańńasaccadassanavasena ±vibh±vato. “Tattha katama½ dukkhe ń±ŗa½? Dukkha½ ±rabbha y± uppajjati pańń± paj±nan±”ti-±din± (vibha. 794; paµi. ma. 1.109) hi nayena ekekasacc±rammaŗavasen±pi saccań±ŗa½ vutta½. “Yo, bhikkhave, dukkha½ passati, samudayampi so passat²”ti-±din± (sa½. ni. 5.1100) nayena eka½ sacca½ ±rammaŗa½ katv± sesesupi kiccanipphattivasen±pi vutta½.
Tattha yad± ekeka½ sacca½ ±rammaŗa½ karoti, tad± samudayadassanena t±va sabh±vato p²¼analakkhaŗass±pi dukkhassa, yasm± ta½ ±y³hanalakkhaŗena samudayena ±y³hita½ saŖkhata½ r±sikata½, tasm±ssa so saŖkhataµµho ±vibhavati. Yasm± pana maggo kilesasant±paharo sus²talo, tasm±ssa maggassa dassanena sant±paµµho ±vibhavati ±yasmato nandassa acchar±dassanena sundariy± anabhir³pabh±vo viya. Avipariŗ±madhammassa pana nirodhassa dassanenassa vipariŗ±maµµho ±vibhavat²ti vattabbamevettha natthi.
Tath± sabh±vato ±y³hanalakkhaŗass±pi samudayassa, dukkhadassanena nid±naµµho ±vibhavati asapp±yabhojanato uppannaby±dhidassanena bhojanassa by±dhinid±nabh±vo viya. Visa½yogabh³tassa nirodhassa dassanena sa½yogaµµho. Niyy±nabh³tassa ca maggassa dassanena palibodhaµµhoti.
Tath± nissaraŗalakkhaŗass±pi nirodhassa, avivekabh³tassa samudayassa dassanena vivekaµµho ±vibhavati. Maggadassanena asaŖkhataµµho, imin± hi anamataggasa½s±re maggo nadiµµhapubbo, sopi ca sappaccayatt± saŖkhatoyev±ti appaccayadhammassa asaŖkhatabh±vo ativiya p±kaµo hoti. Dukkhadassanena panassa amataµµho ±vibhavati, dukkha½ hi visa½, amata½ nibb±nanti.
Tath± niyy±nalakkhaŗass±pi maggassa, samudayadassanena “n±ya½ hetu nibb±nassa pattiy±, aya½ het³”ti hetuµµho ±vibhavati. Nirodhadassanena dassanaµµho, paramasukhum±ni r³p±ni passato “vippasanna½ vata me cakkh³n”ti cakkhussa vippasannabh±vo viya. Dukkhadassanena adhipateyyaµµho, anekarog±turakapaŗajanadassanena issarajanassa u¼±rabh±vo viy±ti evamettha salakkhaŗavasena ekekassa, ańńasaccadassanavasena ca itaresa½ tiŗŗa½ tiŗŗa½ ±vibh±vato ekekassa catt±ro catt±ro atth± vutt±. Maggakkhaŗe pana sabbe cete atth± ekeneva dukkh±d²su catukiccena ń±ŗena paµivedha½ gacchant²ti. Ye pana n±n±bhisamaya½ icchanti, tesa½ uttara½ abhidhamme kath±vatthusmi½ vuttameva.
