Ya½ pana et±sa½ vitth±radesan±ya½ “ujugatamevassa tasmi½ samaye citta½ hoti tath±gata½ ±rabbh±”ti-±d²ni vatv± “ujugatacitto kho pana, mah±n±ma, ariyas±vako labhati atthaveda½, labhati dhammaveda½, labhati dhamm³pasa½hita½ p±mojja½, pamuditassa p²ti j±yat²”ti (a. ni. 6.10) vutta½, tattha itipi so bhagav±ti-±d²na½ attha½ niss±ya uppanna½ tuµµhi½ sandh±ya labhati atthavedanti vutta½. P±¼i½ niss±ya uppanna½ tuµµhi½ sandh±ya labhati dhammaveda½. Ubhayavasena labhati dhamm³pasa½hita½ p±mojjanti vuttanti veditabba½.
Yañca devat±nussatiya½ devat± ±rabbh±ti vutta½, ta½ pubbabh±ge devat± ±rabbha pavattacittavasena devat±guºasadise v± devat±bh±vanipph±dake guºe ±rabbha pavattacittavasena vuttanti veditabba½.
165. Im± pana cha anussatiyo ariyas±vak±naññeva ijjhanti. Tesa½ hi buddhadhammasaªghaguº± p±kaµ± honti. Te ca akhaº¹at±diguºehi s²lehi, vigatamalamaccherena c±gena, mah±nubh±v±na½ devat±na½ guºasadisehi saddh±diguºehi samann±gat±. Mah±n±masutte (a. ni. 6.10) ca sot±pannassa nissayavih±ra½ puµµhena bhagavat± sot±pannassa nissayavih±radassanatthameva et± vitth±rato kathit±.
Gedhasuttepi “idha, bhikkhave, ariyas±vako tath±gata½ anussarati, itipi so bhagav±…pe… ujugatamevassa tasmi½ samaye citta½ hoti nikkhanta½ mutta½ vuµµhita½ gedhamh±. Gedhoti kho, bhikkhave, pañcanneta½ k±maguº±namadhivacana½. Idampi kho, bhikkhave, ±rammaºa½ karitv± evamidhekacce satt± visujjhant²”ti (a. ni. 6.25) eva½ ariyas±vakassa anussativasena citta½ visodhetv± uttari paramatthavisuddhi-adhigamatth±ya kathit±.

Katam±ni cha? Idh±vuso, ariyas±vako tath±gata½ anussarati…pe… evamidhekacce satt± visuddhidhamm± bhavant²”ti (a. ni. 6.26) eva½ ariyas±vakasseva paramatthavisuddhidhammat±ya ok±s±dhigamavasena kathit±.
Uposathasuttepi “kathañca, vis±khe, ariy³posatho hoti? Upakkiliµµhassa, vis±khe, cittassa upakkamena pariyodapan± hoti. Kathañca, vis±khe, upakkiliµµhassa cittassa upakkamena pariyodapan± hoti? Idha, vis±khe, ariyas±vako tath±gata½ anussarat²”ti (a. ni. 3.71) eva½ ariyas±vakasseva uposatha½ upavasato cittavisodhanakammaµµh±navasena uposathassa mahapphalabh±vadassanattha½ kathit±.
Ek±dasanip±tepi “saddho kho, mah±n±ma, ±r±dhako hoti, no assaddho. ¾raddhav²riyo, upaµµhitasati, sam±hito, paññav±, mah±n±ma ±r±dhako hoti, no duppañño. Imesu kho tva½, mah±n±ma, pañcasu dhammesu patiµµh±ya cha dhamme uttari bh±veyy±si. Idha tva½, mah±n±ma, tath±gata½ anussareyy±si itipi so bhagav±”ti (a. ni. 11.11) eva½ ariyas±vakasseva “tesa½ no, bhante, n±n±vih±rena viharata½ kenassa vih±rena viharitabban”ti pucchato vih±radassanattha½ kathit±.
166. Eva½ santepi parisuddhas²l±diguºasamann±gatena puthujjanen±pi manasi k±tabb±. Anussavavasen±pi hi buddh±d²na½ guºe anussarato citta½ pas²datiyeva. Yass±nubh±vena n²varaº±ni vikkhambhetv± u¼±rap±mojjo vipassana½ ±rabhitv± arahatta½yeva sacchikareyya kaµa-andhak±rav±s² phussadevatthero viya.
So kir±yasm± m±rena nimmita½ buddhar³pa½ disv± “aya½ t±va sar±gadosamoho eva½ sobhati, katha½ nu kho bhagav± na sobhati, so hi sabbaso v²tar±gadosamoho”ti buddh±rammaºa½ p²ti½ paµilabhitv± vipassana½ va¹¹hetv± arahatta½ p±puº²ti.
