Tampi µhapetv± te tath±r³pe p±hunake saŖghasseva d±tu½ yutta½, saŖghova ta½ paµiggahetu½ yutto. SaŖghasadiso hi p±hunako natthi. Tath± hesa ekabuddhantare ca dissati, abbokiŗŗańca piyaman±pattakarehi dhammehi samann±gatoti. Eva½ p±hunamassa d±tu½ yutta½ p±hunańca paµiggahetu½ yuttoti p±huneyyo. Yesa½ pana p±havan²yoti p±¼i, tesa½ yasm± saŖgho pubbak±ramarahati, tasm± sabbapaµhama½ ±netv± ettha hunitabbanti p±havan²yo. Sabbappak±rena v± ±havanamarahat²ti p±havan²yo. Sv±yamidha teneva atthena p±huneyyoti vuccati.
Dakkhiŗ±ti pana paraloka½ saddahitv± d±tabbad±na½ vuccati. Ta½ dakkhiŗa½ arahati, dakkhiŗ±ya v± hito yasm± na½ mahapphalakaraŗat±ya visodhet²ti dakkhiŗeyyo.
Ubho hatthe sirasmi½ patiµµhapetv± sabbalokena kayiram±na½ ańjalikamma½ arahat²ti ańjalikaraŗ²yo.
Anuttara½ puńńakkhetta½ lokass±ti sabbalokassa asadisa½ puńńavir³hanaµµh±na½. Yath± hi rańńo v± amaccassa v± s±l²na½ v± yav±na½ v± vir³hanaµµh±na½ rańńo s±likkhetta½ rańńo yavakkhettanti vuccati, eva½ saŖgho sabbalokassa puńń±na½ vir³hanaµµh±na½. SaŖgha½ niss±ya hi lokassa n±nappak±rahitasukhasa½vattanik±ni puńń±ni vir³hanti. Tasm± saŖgho anuttara½ puńńakkhetta½ lokass±ti.
157. Eva½ suppaµipannat±dibhede saŖghaguŗe anussarato neva tasmi½ samaye r±gapariyuµµhita½ citta½ hoti. Na dosa…pe… na mohapariyuµµhita½ citta½ hoti. Ujugatamevassa tasmi½ samaye citta½ hoti saŖgha½ ±rabbh±ti (a. ni. 6.10) purimanayeneva vikkhambhitan²varaŗassa ekakkhaŗe jh±naŖg±ni uppajjanti. SaŖghaguŗ±na½ pana gambh²rat±ya n±nappak±raguŗ±nussaraŗ±dhimuttat±ya v± appana½ appatv± upac±rappattameva jh±na½ hoti. Tadeta½ saŖghaguŗ±nussaraŗavasena uppannatt± saŖgh±nussaticceva saŖkha½ gacchati.
Imańca pana saŖgh±nussati½ anuyutto bhikkhu saŖghe sag±ravo hoti sappatisso. Saddh±divepulla½ adhigacchati, p²tip±mojjabahulo hoti, bhayabheravasaho, dukkh±dhiv±sanasamattho, saŖghena sa½v±sasańńa½ paµilabhati. SaŖghaguŗ±nussatiy± ajjh±vutthańcassa sar²ra½ sannipatitasaŖghamiva uposath±g±ra½ p³j±raha½ hoti, saŖghaguŗ±dhigam±ya citta½ namati, v²tikkamitabbavatthusam±yoge cassa sammukh± saŖgha½ passato viya hirottappa½ paccupaµµh±ti, uttari appaµivijjhanto pana sugatipar±yano hoti.
Tasm± have appam±da½, kayir±tha sumedhaso;
eva½ mah±nubh±v±ya, saŖgh±nussatiy± sad±ti.
