Mahaggatabh³miya½ uppajjantampi heta½ tattha r³padh±tuya½ pavattivip±ka½ dentampi ekantena k±m±vacaramev±ti. Kuto panesa niyamoti? K±mataºh±visayabh±vato. Vicikicchuddhaccasahagat±na½ mohekahetukatt±, itaresampi lobhamohadosamohavasena dvihetukatt± ±ha “ekahetukaduhetukato”ti. ¾dito ek±dasanna½ akusalacitt±na½ paµisandhijananato, uddhaccasahagatassa tadabh±vato ±ha “paµisandhijanak±janakato”ti. “Ek±dasavidh±na½ tu, hitv± uddhaccam±nasa½;

Yena pana k±raºena ta½ paµisandhi½ n±ka¹¹hati, ta½ paµisandhivinicchayakath±hi imiss± g±th±ya vaººan±padeseyeva vakkh±ma T²hi vedan±h²ti sukhadukkhopekkh±saªkh±t±hi t²hi vedan±hi. Yath±ha– “tisso im±, bhikkhave, vedan±. Katam± tisso? Sukh± dukkh± adukkhamasukh±”ti (sa½. ni. 4.249). Ya½ pana katthaci sutte “dvem±, bhikkhave, vedan± sukh± dukkh±”ti (sa½. ni. 4.267) vacana½, ta½ kusalapakkhika½ upekkha½ sukhe, akusalapakkhikañca dukkhe pakkhipitv± pariy±yena vuttanti daµµhabba½. Tath± “dosam³lan”ti etth±pi. M³lantaravirahato moho eva m³la½ imassa, n±ññanti moham³la½.
Micch±vasena dassana½ diµµhi, diµµhiyeva diµµhigata½ yath± “±k±sagata½ th±magatan”ti. Atha v± vipariyesagg±hik±ya diµµhiy± gatameva, na ettha gantabbavatthu tath±sabh±vanti diµµhigata½, dv±saµµhiy± v± diµµh²su antogadhanti diµµhigata½, tena sama½ pak±rehi yuttanti diµµhigatasampayutta½.
“Yad± h²”ti-±di lobham³lacitt±na½ pavatti-±k±radassana½. Micch±diµµhinti ucchedadiµµhi-±di½ micch±diµµhi½. T±ya hi vipallattacitt± t±va kodhavisayo, y±va indriyagocaroti paraloka½ paµikkhipitv± “natthi k±mesu ±d²navo”ti gaºhanti. ¾di-saddena–
“Esa panthovitatho devay±ne,
yena yanti puttavanto visok±;
ta½ passanti pasavo pakkhino ca,
tena te m±taripi mithuna½ carant²”ti.–

¾din± nayena puttamukhadassana½ saggamokkhamaggoti evam±dika½ micch±diµµhi½ saªgaºh±ti. K±me v±ti ettha -saddo aniyamattho. Tena “br±hmaº±na½ suvaººaharaºameva adinn±d±ne s±vajja½, itara½ anavajja½, gur³na½, gunna½, attano j²vitassa, viv±hassa ca atth±ya mus±v±do anavajjo, itaro s±vajjo, guru-±d²na½ atth±ya pesuññakaraºa½ anavajja½, itara½ s±vajja½, bh±ratayuddhas²t±haraº±dikath± p±pav³pasam±ya hot²”ti evam±dike micch±g±he saªgaºh±ti. Diµµhamaªgal±d²n²ti diµµhasutamutamaªgal±ni. S±rato paccet²ti vu¹¹hiy± pubbanimittabh±vena aggahetv± “idameva vu¹¹hik±raºan”ti eva½ s±ravasena gaºh±ti. Sabh±vatikkhenev±ti lobhassa, micch±bhinivesassa v± vasena saraseneva tikhiºena kururena. Manden±ti dandhena atikhiºena. T±disa½ pana attano, parassa v± samuss±hanena pavattat²ti ±ha “samuss±hiten±”ti. Parassa bhaº¹a½ v± harat²ti -saddena tath±pavattanakamus±v±d±d²nampi saªgaho veditabbo. K±m±na½ v±ti anubhuyyam±n±na½ k±maguº±na½. -saddena parasantakassa ayath±dhippetat±ya ya½ laddha½, ta½ gahetabbanti gahaº±dika½ saªgaºh±ti.

Sampayuttadhammavasena bhed±bh±vato dosam³la½ asaªkh±rikasasaªkh±rikabhedato duvidha½. Yadi eva½ kasm± “domanassasahagata½ paµighasampayuttan”ti vutta½? As±dh±raºadhammehi tassa cittassa upalakkhaºattha½. P±ºassa at²va, atikkamitv± v± p±tana½ p±º±tip±to. ¾di-saddena adinn±d±namus±v±dapesuññapharusasamphappal±paby±p±de saªgaºh±ti. Dasa-akusalakammapathesu hi k±mesumicch±c±ra-abhijjh±micch±diµµhisaªkh±t± tayova kammapath± imin± na sijjhanti. Sabh±vatikkha½ hutv± pavattam±na½ citta½ asaªkh±rameva hoti, itara½ sasaªkh±ranti adhipp±yen±ha “tikkhamandappavattik±le”ti. Manda½ pana hutv± pavattam±na½ eka½sena sasaªkh±ramev±ti na sakk±va viññ±tu½. Ya½ sasaªkh±rena sappayogena pavattati, ta½ mandameva hot²ti katv± tath± vuttanti daµµhabba½.
Moham³la½ citta½ m³lantaravirahato atim³¼ha½ vicikicchuddhaccayogato cañcalañc±ti upekkh±sahagatameva hoti, na tassa kad±cipi sabh±vatikkhat± atthi. ¾rammaºe hi sa½sappanavasena, vikkhipanavasena ca pavattam±nassa cittadvayassa ki½ t±dise kicce sabh±vatikkhat±ya, uss±hetabbat±ya v± bhavitabba½, tasm± na tattha saªkh±rabhedo atthi. Nanu ca uddhacca½ sabb±kusalas±dh±raºa½, kasm± pana etameva tena visesetv± vutta½ “uddhaccasahagatan”ti. Visesato balavabh±vato. Idañhi etasmi½ citte balava½, tasm± sampayuttadhammesu padh±na½ hutv± pavattat²ti idameva tena visesitabba½. Teneva hi p±¼iya½ ses±kusalesu uddhacca½ yev±panakavasena ±gata½, idha pana sar³patoyeva niddiµµha½. Eva½ as±dh±raºappadh±nadhammavasena moham³la½ vicikicch±sampayutta½ uddhaccasampayuttanti duvidha½ vuttanti daµµhabba½. Asanniµµh±na½ sa½sayo, vikkhepo av³pasamo, bhantat±ti attho. Tattha vicikicch±sahagatassa asanniµµh±nak±le, uddhaccasahagatassa vikkhepak±le ca pavatti veditabb±.
Yath±nur³panti paµisandhijanak±janakassa, kammapathabh±vappatt±pattassa ca anur³pato. Atha v± yath±nur³panti yo yassa hetu, tadanur³pato. Yebhuyyena hi lobham³lakena khuppip±s±dinirantarapetavisaye uppajjanti, dosam³lakena doso viya caº¹aj±tat±ya ta½sarikkhake niraye, moham³lakena niccasamm³¼h±ya tiracch±nayoniya½, tasm± lobh±dihetu-anur³pato tattha tattha ap±ye upapatti½ nipph±det²ti ±ha “yath±nur³pa½…pe… upapattiy±”ti Akusalavip±k±na½ dukkhappadh±nat±ya “dukkhavisesass±”ti vutta½.
31. Ap±pena al±makena p±p±p±pappah²nena p±p±p±pesu m±nasesu ya½ p±pam±nasa½ vutta½, p±p±p±pesu puggalesu ap±pena p±p±p±pappah²nena ya½ p±pam±nasa½ vuttanti v± sambandho.
