Nikantiy± pana sati puthujjan±dayo yath±laddhajjh±nassa bh³mibh³tesu suddh±v±savajjitesu yattha katthaci nibbattanti, tath± k±mabhavepi k±m±vacarakammabalena. ‘Ijjhati, bhikkhave, s²lavato cetopaŗidhi visuddhatt±’ti (a. ni. 8.35) hi vutta½. An±g±mino pana k±mar±gassa sabbaso pah²natt± k±mabhavesu nikanti½ na upp±dent²ti k±malokavajjite yath±laddhajjh±nabh³mibh³te yattha katthaci nibbattanti. Suddh±v±sesu hi an±g±minoyeva nibbattant²ti niyamo atthi. Te pana ańńattha na nibbattant²ti niyamo natthi. Evańca katv± vutta½ ±cariyena–
