Avipar²tato gahitesu dhammesu m³layamak±divasena pavattiyam±n± desan± veneyy±na½ n±nappak±rakosall±vah± pariññ±kiccas±dhan² ca hoti, na vipar²tatoti ±ha “vipar²taggahaºa½…pe… ±raddhan”ti. Etena kath±vatthupakaraºadesan±nantara½ yamakapakaraºadesan±ya k±raºam±ha. Tattha vipar²taggahaºanti puggalapariggahaº±dimicch±g±ha½. Dhammapuggalok±s±dinissay±nanti “ye keci kusal± dhamm±, sabbe te kusalam³l±”ti-±din± (yama. 1.m³layamaka.1) dhamme, “yassa r³pakkhandho uppajjati, tassa vedan±kkhandho uppajjat²”ti-±din± (yama. 1.khandhayamaka.50) puggala½ “yattha r³pakkhandho uppajjati, tattha vedan±kkhandho uppajjat²”ti-±din± (yama. 1.khandhayamaka.51) ok±sa½ niss±ya ±rabbha pavatt±na½. ¾di-saddena puggalok±sa-upp±danirodhatadubhayapariññ±d²na½ saªgaho daµµhabbo. Sanniµµh±nasa½say±nanti p±¼igatipaµivacanasar³padassanapaµikkhipanapaµisedhananayehi yath±pucchitassa atthassa nicchayakaraºa½ sanniµµh±na½, tadabh±vato sa½sayana½ sa½sayo. Tesa½ sanniµµh±nasa½say±na½.
K±mañcettha dhammapaµigg±hak±na½ sa½sayapubbaka½ sanniµµh±nanti paµhama½ sa½sayo vattabbo, desentassa pana bhagavato sanniµµh±napubbako sa½sayoti dassanattha½ aya½ pad±nukkamo kato. Sabbañhi pariññeyya½ hatth±malaka½ viya paccakkha½ katv± µhitassa dhammas±mino na katthaci sa½sayo, vissajjetuk±mat±ya pana vineyyajjh±sayagata½ sa½saya½ dassento sa½sayitavasena puccha½ karot²ti eva½ vissajjanapucchanavasena na sanniµµh±nasa½say± labbhant²ti ayamattho dassito, nicchitasa½sayadhammavaseneva panettha sanniµµh±nasa½say± veditabb±. Ten±ha aµµhakath±ya½ “kusalesu kusal± nu kho, na nu kho kusal±ti sandeh±bh±vato”ti-±di. Teneva ca “sanniµµh±nasa½say±nan”ti, “sanniµµh±nasa½sayavasen±”ti ca paµhama½ sanniµµh±naggahaºa½ kata½.

Tassa ye samay±dayo vattabb±, te kath±vatthupakaraºadesan±nantaro desan±samayo, t±vati½sabhavanameva desan±deso, kusal±kusalam³l±diyamak±k±rena desan±ti vibh±gato “saªkhepenev±”ti-±dig±th±hi vibh±vit± nimittena saddhi½ sa½vaººanapaµiññ± c±ti imamattha½ dassento “samayadesadesan±vasen±”ti-±dim±ha. Nimittañheta½ idha sa½vaººan±ya, yadida½ kam±nuppatti ±gatabh±rav±hit± ca paº¹it±na½ paº¹itakiccabh±vato. Tattha anuppatta½ dassetv±ti sambandho.
Tatth±ti tasmi½ samay±didassane. Yamana½ uparamananti yamo maraºanti ±ha “j±tiy± sati maraºa½ hot²ti…pe… visayo”ti. Tattha yath± “j±tiy± sati maraºa½ hot²”ti j±ti yamassa visayo, eva½ “up±d±nakkhandhesu santesu maraºa½ hot²”ti up±d±nakkhandh± yamassa visayoti yojetabba½. Te hi maraºadhamminoti. Anuppattamaraºa½yeva kibbisak±rina½ puggala½ yamapuris± vividh± kammak±raº± karonti, na appattamaraºanti maraºa½ yamassa visayo vutto. ¾º±pavattiµµh±nanti ida½ visaya-saddassa atthavacana½. Desa½ v±ti k±m±didh±tuttayadesa½ sandh±y±ha. Dh±tuttayissaro hi maccur±j±. Pañc±nantariy±ni aññasatth±ruddeso ca, tena v± saddhi½ pañca ver±ni cha abhabbaµµh±n±ni. ¾vatt±ti padakkhiº±vatt±.
