Tattha ye dhamme pubb±pariyabh±vena pavattam±ne asabh±vasam³havasena up±d±ya “puggalo, itth², puriso, devo, manusso”ti-±dik± puggalapaññatti hoti, tesa½ aññesañca b±hirar³panibb±n±na½ sasabh±vasam³hasasabh±vabhedavasena paññ±pan± sabh±vapaññatt²ti khandhapaññatti±dik± pañcavidh± veditabb±. T±ya dhammasaªgah±d²su vibhatt± sabh±vapaññatti sabb±pi saªgahit± hoti. Puggalapaññatti pana asabh±vapaññatti. T±ya ca samayavimutt±dippabhed±ya sattasant±nagate pariññeyy±disabh±vadhamme up±d±ya pavattito padh±n±ya “vih±ro mañco”ti-±dik± ca sabb± asabh±vapaññatti saªgahit± hoti.
Ett±vat± ca paññatti n±ma vijjam±napaññatti avijjam±napaññatti ca. T± eva hi vomiss± itar± catassoti. Tasm± t±sa½ dassanena imasmi½ pakaraºe sabb± paññattiyo dassit±ti veditabb±. Khandh±dipaññatt²su pana chasu aññattha adassitappabheda½ idheva ca dassitappabheda½ puggalapaññatti½ up±d±ya imassa pakaraºassa puggalapaññatt²ti n±ma½ vuttanti veditabba½. Ye dhamme idha paññapetuk±moti paññattiy± vatthubh±vena dassetuk±moti adhipp±yo. Na hi etasmi½ pakaraºe paññ±pana½ karoti, vatth³hi pana paññattiyo dasset²ti.
Khandh±ti paññ±pan±ti ida½ khandh±ti r³pa½ pathav²ti-±dik± sabb±pi s±maññappabhedapaññ±pan± n±ma hoti, ta½ sandh±ya vuttanti daµµhabba½. Paññ±pan±ti etassa pana dassan± µhapan±ti ete dve atth±, tesa½ pak±san± nikkhipan±ti. Tattha “r³pakkhandho…pe… aññ±t±vindriya½ samayavimutto”ti-±din± idameva½n±maka½ idameva½n±makanti ta½ta½koµµh±sikakaraºa½ bodhanameva nikkhipan±, na paññapetabb±na½ mañc±d²na½ viya µh±nasambandhakaraºa½. Yo pan±ya½ “n±mapaññatti hi dasseti ca µhapeti c±”ti kattuniddeso kato, so bh±vabh³t±ya karaºabh³t±ya v± n±mapaññattiy± tesa½ tesa½ dhamm±na½ diµµhat±ya µhapitat±ya ca ta½nimittata½ sandh±ya katoti veditabbo.
Vijjam±napaññatt²ti-±din± vacanena p±¼iya½ an±gatata½ sandh±ya “p±¼imuttaken±”ti-±dim±ha. Kusal±kusalassev±ti kusal±kusalassa viya. Vijjam±nass±ti etassa attho satoti, tassa attho sambh³tass±ti. Ya½ panetassa “ten±k±rena avijjam±nassa aññen±k±rena vijjam±nass±”ti attha½ keci vadanti, tattha ya½ vattabba½, ta½ paññattiduke vuttameva. Avijjam±nepi sabh±ve lokanirutti½ anugantv± anabhinivesena cittena “itth², puriso”ti gahaºasabbh±v± “lokaniruttimattasiddhass±”ti ±ha. S±bhinivesena pana cittena gayham±na½ pañcamasacc±dika½ na sabh±vato, n±pi saªketena siddhanti “sabb±k±renapi anupalabbhaneyyan”ti vutta½. T±su imasmi½…pe… labbhant²ti imasmi½ pakaraºe sar³pato tissanna½ ±gatata½ sandh±ya vutta½.
Yath±vuttassa pana aµµhakath±nayassa avirodhena ±cariyav±d± yojetabb±, tasm± paññapetabbaµµhena ces± paññatt²ti etassa sabh±vato avijjam±natt± paññapetabbamattaµµhena paññatt²ti attho. Paññapetabbampi hi sasabh±va½ tajjaparamatthan±mal±bhato na parato labhitabba½ paññattin±ma½ labhati, nisabh±va½ pana sabh±v±bh±vato na attano sabh±vena n±ma½ labhat²ti. Sattoti-±dikena n±mena paññapitabbamattaµµhena paññatt²ti n±ma½ labhati, nisabh±v± ca satt±dayo. Na hi sasabh±vassa r³p±d²hi ekattena aññattena v± anupalabbhasabh±vat± atth²ti.
Kir²µa½ makuµa½, ta½ assa atth²ti kir²µ². Etasmiñca ±cariyav±de an³nena lakkhaºena bhavitabbanti sabbasamorodho k±tabbo. Dutiya½ tatiyanti eva½pak±r± hi upanidh±paññatti upanikkhittakapaññatti ca saªkh±tabbappadh±natt± chapi paññattiyo bhajat²ti yutta½ vattu½, itar± ca yath±yoga½ ta½ ta½ paññattinti. Dutiya½ tatiya½ dve t²º²ti-±di pana saªkh± n±ma k±ci natth²ti t±sa½ up±d±santatipaññatt²na½ avijjam±napaññattibh±va½, itar±sañca upanidh±paññatt²na½ yath±nidassit±na½ avijjam±nena-avijjam±napaññattibh±va½ maññam±no ±ha “ses± avijjam±napakkhañceva avijjam±nena-avijjam±napakkhañca bhajant²”ti. Dutiya½ tatiya½ dve t²º²ti-±d²na½ upanidh±-upanikkhittakapaññatt²na½ avijjam±nena-avijjam±napaññattibh±vameva maññati. Yañhi paµham±dika½ apekkhitv± yassa cek±dikassa upanikkhipitv± paññ±p²yati, tañca saªkh±na½ kiñci natth²ti. Tath± santatipaññattiy± ca. Na hi as²ti ±s²tiko ca vijjam±noti.
Ekacc± bh³mipaññatt²ti k±m±vacar±dipaññatti½ sandh±y±ha. K±m±vacar±d² hi sabh±vadhamm±ti adhipp±yo. K±moti pana ok±se gahite avijjam±nenavijjam±napaññatti es± bhavitu½ arahati, kammanibbattakkhandhesu gahitesu vijjam±nenavijjam±napaññatti. Yath± pana vacanasaªkh±t±ya vacanasamuµµh±pakacetan±saªkh±t±ya v± kiriy±ya bh±ºakoti puggalassa paññatti vijjam±nena-avijjam±napaññattipakkha½ bhajati, eva½ kiso th³loti r³p±yatanasaªkh±tena saºµh±nena puggal±d²na½ paññ±pan± vijjam±nena-avijjam±napaññatti bhavitu½ arahati. Saºµh±nanti v± r³p±yatane aggahite avijjam±nena-avijjam±napaññatti. R³pa½ phassoti-±dik± pana vijjam±napaññatti ruppan±dikiccavasena kiccapaññattiya½, paccattadhamman±mavasena paccattapaññattiya½ v± avarodhetabb±. Vijjam±n±vijjam±napaññatt²su ca vutt±su t±sa½ vomissat±vasena pavatt± itar±pi vutt±yeva hont²ti ayampi ±cariyav±do sabbasaªg±hakoti daµµhabbo.
2. “Y±vat± pañcakkhandh±”ti-±dikassa attha½ dassento “yattakena paññ±panen±”ti-±dim±ha. Tattha y±vat± pañcakkhandh±ti y±vat± r³pakkhandho…pe… viññ±ºakkhandhoti khandh±na½ khandhapaññatti, ett±vat± khandh±na½ khandhapaññatti, eva½ p±¼iyojana½ katv± saªkhepappabhedavasena aya½ attho vuttoti veditabbo. “Y±vat± pañcakkhandh±”ti, “khandh±na½ khandhapaññatt²”ti hi imassa attho “yattakena paññ±panena saªkhepato pañcakkhandh±ti v±”ti etena dassito, “y±vat± r³pakkhandho”ti-±dikassa pana “pabhedato r³pakkhandho”ti-±diken±ti. Tattha r³pakkhandho…pe… viññ±ºakkhandhoti pabhedanidassanamattameta½. Tena avuttopi sabbo saªgahito hot²ti “tatr±pi r³pakkhandho k±m±vacaro”ti-±di vutta½. Aya½ v± ettha p±¼iy± atthayojan±– “y±vat±”ti ida½ sabbehi padehi yojetv± yattak± pañcakkhandh±, tattak± khandh±na½ khandhapaññatti. Yattako pañcanna½ khandh±na½ tappabhed±nañca r³pakkhandh±d²na½ pabhedo, tattako khandh±na½ khandhapaññattiy± pabhedoti pakaraºantare vuttena vatthubhedena khandhapaññattiy± pabheda½ dasseti. Esa nayo “y±vat± ±yatan±nan”ti-±d²supi.
