Tattha yesa½ “saªgha½ samagga½ bhetv±na, kappa½ nirayamhi paccat²”ti “sakalampi kappa½ saªghabhedako niraye tiµµhat²”ti laddhi, seyyath±pi r±jagirik±na½; te sandh±ya kappaµµhoti pucch± sakav±dissa, paµiññ± itarassa. Buddho ca loketi ida½ vin± buddhupp±dena saªghabhedassa abh±vadassanattha½ vutta½. Kappo ca saºµh±ti saªgho ca bhijjat²ti-±di “yadi so sakala½ kappa½ tiµµhati, saºµhahanato paµµh±ya ta½ kamma½ katv± tattha uppajjitv± tiµµheyy±”ti dassetu½ vutta½. At²tanti-±di heµµh± vutt±dhipp±yameva. Kappaµµho iddhim±ti pañhe bh±van±maya½ sandh±ya paµikkhipati, parasamaye panassa j±timaya½ iddhi½ icchanti, ta½ sandh±ya paµij±n±ti. Chandiddhip±doti-±di “j±timay±ya iddhiy± iddhim±ti laddhimattameta½, ki½ tena, yadi panassa iddhi atthi, imin± nayena iddhip±d± bh±vit± bhaveyyun”ti codanattha½ vutta½. ¾p±yiko nerayikoti sutta½ ya½ so eka½ kappa½ as²tibh±ge katv± tato ekabh±gamatta½ k±la½ tiµµheyya, ta½ ±yukappa½ sandh±ya vutta½, tasm± as±dhakanti.

2. Kusalapaµil±bhakath±vaººan±

658-659. Id±ni kusalapaµil±bhakath± n±ma hoti. Tattha kappaµµho sakasamaye k±m±vacarakusalameva paµilabhati. Yena pana ta½ upapatti½ paµib±heyya, ta½ mahaggata½ lokuttara½ v± na paµilabhati. Yesa½ pana ima½ vibh±ga½ akatv± aviseseneva “so kusalacitta½ na paµilabhat²”ti laddhi, seyyath±pi uttar±pathak±na½; tesa½ vibh±gadassanena ta½ laddhi½ bhinditu½ pucch± sakav±dissa, paµiññ± itarassa. 3. Anantar±payuttakath±vaººan±

660-662. Id±ni anantar±payuttakath± n±ma hoti. Tattha anantar±payutto n±ma yena khandhabhedato anantar± vip±kad±yaka½ m±tugh±t±di ±nantariyakamma½ ±ºatta½. Tattha yassa niyat±ya ±ºattiy± ±ºatto ta½ kamma½ karissati, so atthas±dhik±ya cetan±ya upp±ditatt± micchattaniyato hoti, abhabbo sammattaniy±ma½ okkamitu½. Yassa aniyat±ya ±ºattiy± ±ºatto ta½ kamma½ karissati, so atthas±dhik±ya cetan±ya anupp±ditatt± na micchattaniyato, bhabbo sammattaniy±ma½ okkamitunti ida½ sakasamaye sanniµµh±na½. Yesa½ pana “aniyat±yapi ±ºattiy± abhabboyeva sammattaniy±ma½ okkamitun”ti laddhi, seyyath±pi uttar±pathak±na½; tesa½ ta½ laddhi½ bhinditu½ sakav±d² pubbapakkha½ datv± anantar±payuttoti parav±din± att±na½ pucch±peti. Tenettha paµhamapucch± parav±dissa, atthas±dhikacetan±ya abh±va½ sandh±ya paµiññ± sakav±dissa. Tato parav±d² m±tugh±t±dikammassa ±ºattatt±va “so micchattaniyato”ti maññati. Tasm± micchattaniy±mañc±ti pañha½ pucchati. Sakav±d² pana ekassa puggalassa dvinna½ niy±m±na½ anokkantimattameva sandh±ya na hevanti paµikkhipati.
Nanu ta½ kammanti m±tugh±t±dikamma½. Tattha aniyat±ºatti½ sandh±ya “±mant±”ti paµiññ± sakav±dissa. Aniyatampi hi ±ºatti½ payojetv± µhitassa “ananucchavika½ may± katan”ti kukkucca½ uppajjateva, vippaµis±ro j±yateva. Hañc²ti-±di kukkuccuppattimatta½ gahetv± parav±din± laddhipatiµµh±panattha½ vutta½.
661. Id±ni yassa aniyat±ºattikass±pi anantar±payuttassa parav±din± sammattaniy±mokkamana½ paµisiddha½, tameva puggala½ gahetv± anantar±payutto puggalo abhabboti pucch± sakav±dissa, attano laddhivasena paµiññ± itarassa. Atha na½ sakav±d² “abhabbo n±ma m±tugh±t±dikamm±na½ k±rako, ki½ te tena t±ni kamm±ni kat±n²”ti codetu½ m±t± j²vit± voropit±ti-±dim±ha. Itaro tesa½ vatth³na½ arogat±ya tath±r³pa½ kiriya½ apassanto “na hevan”ti paµikkhipati.
Ta½ kamma½ paµisa½haritv±ti aniyat±ºattikamma½ sandh±ya vutta½. Tañhi “m± kho may± ±ºatta½ ±k±s²”ti ±ºatta½ niv±rentena paµisa½haµa½ n±ma hoti. Paµisa½haµatt±yeva cettha kukkucca½ paµivinodita½, vippaµis±ro paµivin²to n±ma hoti. Eva½ santepi panettha purim±ºattiy±yeva niyatabh±va½ maññam±no parav±d² “±mant±”ti paµij±n±ti. Atha na½ sakav±d² tassa kammassa paµisa½haµabh±va½ sampaµicch±petv± attano laddhi½ patiµµh±petv± hañc²ti-±dim±ha.
662. Puna anantar±payuttoti pariyos±napañhe paµhamapañhe viya pucch± parav±dissa, paµiññ± sakav±dissa. Nanu ta½ kammanti anuyogo parav±dissa, paµisa½haµak±lato pubbe payuttak±la½ sandh±ya paµiññ± sakav±dissa. Payuttapubbat±matta½ gahetv± aniyat±ºattivasena hañc²ti laddhipatiµµh±pana½ parav±dissa. Aya½ pana laddhi ayoniso patiµµhitatt± appatiµµhit±va hot²ti.

4. Niyatassa niy±makath±vaººan±

663-664. Id±ni niyatassa niy±makath± n±ma hoti. Tattha duvidho niy±mo– micchattaniy±mo ca ±nantariyakamma½, sammattaniy±mo ca ariyamaggo. Ime dve niy±me µhapetv± añño niy±mo n±ma natthi. Sabbepi hi ses± tebh³makadhamm± aniyat± n±ma. Tehi samann±gatopi aniyatoyeva. Buddhehi pana attano ñ±ºabalena “aya½ satto an±gate bodhi½ p±puºissat²”ti by±kato bodhisatto puññussadatt± niyatoti vuccati. Iti ima½ voh±ramatta½ gahetv± “pacchimabhaviko bodhisatto t±ya j±tiy± bhabbo dhamma½ abhisametun”ti adhipp±yena “niyato niy±ma½ okkamat²”ti yesa½ laddhi, seyyath±pi pubbaseliy±paraseliy±na½; te sandh±ya pucch± sakav±dissa, paµiññ± itarassa. Micchattaniyatoti-±di aññena niy±mena niyatassa aññaniy±m±bh±vadassanattha½ vutta½. Pubbe magga½ bh±vetv±ti-±di niy±mappabhedadassanattha½ vutta½. Satipaµµh±nanti-±di ekasmimpi niy±me dhammappabhedadassanattha½ vutta½. Bhabbo bodhisattoti vacana½ kevala½ bodhisattassa bhabbata½ d²peti, na niyatassa niy±mokkamana½, tasm± as±dhaka½. So hi pubbe ekenapi niyatadhammena aniyato bodhim³le saccadassanena niy±ma½ okkantoti.

5. Nivutakath±vaººan±

665-667. Id±ni nivutakath± n±ma hoti. Tattha suddhassa suddhakicc±bh±vato n²varaºehi nivuto ophuµo pariyonaddho ca n²varaºa½ jahat²ti yesa½ laddhi, seyyath±pi uttar±pathak±na½; te sandh±ya nivutotipucch± sakav±dissa, paµiññ± itarassa. Ratto r±ganti-±di nivutassa n²varaºajahane dosadassanattha½ vutta½. Parisuddhe pariyod±teti-±di vikkhambhanavisuddhiy± visuddhassa samucchedavisuddhidassanattha½ vutta½. Tassa eva½ j±natoti-±di j±nato passato ±savakkhaya½ d²peti, na nivutassa n²varaºajahana½, tasm± as±dhakanti.

6. Sammukh²bh³takath±vaººan±

668-670. Id±ni sammukh²bh³takath± n±ma hoti. Tattha sammukh²bh³toti sa½yojan±na½ sammukh²bh±va½ tehi samaªg²bh±va½ upagato. Sesamettha nivutakath±sadisamev±ti.

7. Sam±panno ass±det²tikath±vaººan±

671-673. Id±ni sam±panno ass±det²tikath± n±ma hoti. Tattha “paµhama½ jh±na½ upasampajja viharati, so tadass±det²”ti-±divacana½ (a. ni. 4.123) niss±ya “sam±panno ass±deti, s± cassa jh±nanikanti jh±n±rammaº± hot²”ti yesa½ laddhi, seyyath±pi andhak±na½, te sandh±ya sam±pannoti pucch± sakav±dissa, paµiññ± itarassa. Ta½ jh±na½ tassa jh±nassa ±rammaºanti pañhesu tasseva tad±rammaºata½ apassanto suttavirodhabhayena paµikkhipati, “tadass±det²”tivacanamattena paµij±n±ti. So tadass±det²ti sutta½ jh±nal±bhino jh±n± vuµµh±ya jh±nass±da½ s±dheti, na antosam±pattiya½yeva jh±nanikantiy± jh±n±rammaºata½, tasm± as±dhakanti.

8. As±tar±gakath±vaººan±

674. Id±ni as±tar±gakath± n±ma hoti. Tattha “ya½kiñci vedana½ vedeti sukha½ v± dukkha½ v± adukkhamasukha½ v±, so ta½ vedana½ abhinandati abhivadat²”ti (ma. ni. 1.409) sutte diµµh±bhinandanavasena vutta½. “Abhinandat²”tivacana½ niss±ya “dukkhavedan±yapi r±gass±davasena abhinandan± hoti. Tasm± atthi as±tar±go”ti yesa½ laddhi, seyyath±pi uttar±pathak±na½; te sandh±ya atthi as±tar±goti pucch± sakav±dissa. Tattha as±tar±goti as±te dukkhavedayite “aho vata me etadeva bhaveyy±”ti rajjan±. ¾mant±ti laddhivasena paµiññ± itarassa. Sesamettha utt±natthameva.
675. So ta½ vedana½ abhinandat²ti sutte pana vinivaµµetv± dukkhavedanameva ±rabbha r±guppatti n±ma natthi, sam³haggahaºena pana vedayitalakkhaºa½ dhamma½ dukkhavedanameva v± attato samanupassanto diµµhimaññan±saªkh±t±ya diµµh±bhinandan±ya vedana½ abhinandati, dukkh±ya vedan±ya vipariº±ma½ abhinandati, dukkh±ya vedan±ya abhibh³to tass± paµipakkha½ k±masukha½ patthayantopi dukkhavedana½ abhinandati n±ma. Eva½ dukkhavedan±ya abhinandan± hot²ti adhipp±yo. Tasm± as±dhakameta½ as±tar±gass±ti.

Tattha r³pataºh±…pe… dhammataºh±ti im±su chasu taºh±su yasm± sabbapacchim± taºh± dhammataºh±ti vutt±, tasm± s± aby±kat±ti yesa½ laddhi, seyyath±pi pubbaseliy±na½; te sandh±ya pucch± sakav±dissa, paµiññ± itarassa. Sesapañh±na½ p±¼iy± attho niyy±ti. K±mataºh±ti-±d²hi t²hi koµµh±sehi chapi taºh± saªkhipitv± dassit±. R³p±d²su hi chasu ±rammaºesu k±mass±davasena pavatt± taºh± k±mataºh±. “Bhavissati att± ca loko c±”ti sassatadiµµhisahagat± taºh± bhavataºh±. “Na bhavissat²”ti ucchedadiµµhisahagat± taºh± vibhavataºh±ti.
