Evañca katv± niddese (vibha. 226) “tattha katam± avijj±”ti avijja½ visu½ vissajjetv± “tattha katamo avijj±paccay± saªkh±ro”ti-±din± ta½ta½paccayavanto saªkh±r±dayo vissajjit±ti. T²su pak±resu paµhamapaµhamav±ro dutiyav±r±d²su pavisanto paccayavises±disabban±nattas±dh±raºatt± te v±ravisese gaºh±t²ti “sabbasaªg±hako”ti vutto. Paµhamav±roti paµhamacatukkoti eva½ vattabba½. Bhav±d²na½ tath± abh±vanti yadi sahaj±tapaccayavaseneva paµhamacatukko vutto, bhavo j±tiy±, j±ti ca maraºassa sahaj±tapaccayo na hot²ti yath± avigatacatukk±d²su “bhavapaccay± j±ti bhavahetuk±”ti-±di na vutta½ bhav±d²na½ avigat±dipaccayat±ya abh±vato, evamidh±pi “bhavapaccay± j±t²”ti-±di na vattabba½ siy±. Paccayavacanameva hi tesa½ sahaj±tas³caka½ ±panna½ avigatacatukk±d²su viya idha paccayavisesas³cakassa vacanantarassa abh±v±, na ca ta½ na vutta½, na ca bhav±dayo sahaj±tapaccay± honti, tasm± na sahaj±tapaccayavasenev±ya½ catukko vutto. Sesapaccay±nañca sambhavanti ida½ “bhav±d²nan”ti etena saha ayojetv± s±maññena avijj±d²na½ sahaj±tena saha sesapaccayabh±v±nañca sambhava½ sandh±ya vutta½. Ayañhettha attho– paccayavisesas³cakassa vacanantarassa abh±v± sahaj±tato aññe paccayabh±v± avijj±d²na½ na sambhavant²ti sahaj±tapaccayavasenev±ya½ catukko ±raddhoti vucceyya, na ca te na sambhavanti, tasm± n±ya½ tath± ±raddhoti.
“Mah±nid±nasuttante ek±dasaªgiko paµiccasamupp±do vutto”ti vutta½, tattha pana “n±mar³papaccay± viññ±ºa½, viññ±ºapaccay± n±mar³pa½, n±mapaccay± phasso”ti-±din± (d². ni. 2.97) dvikkhattu½ ±gate n±mar³pe ekadh± gahite navaªgiko, dvidh± gahite dasaªgiko vutto, aññattha pana vuttesu avijj±saªkh±resu addhattayadassanattha½ yojiyam±nesu ek±dasaªgiko hot²ti katv± eva½ vuttanti daµµhabba½. Mah±nid±nasuttantadesan±ya pariggahatthanti tattha hi cakkh±yatan±d²ni viya r³pe chaµµh±yatanañca n±me antogadha½ katv± phassassa niravasesar³papaccaya½ viya niravasesan±mapaccayañca dassetu½ “n±mar³papaccay± phasso”ti vutta½, evamidh±pi tattha dassitavisesadassanena ta½desan±pariggahattha½ ekacittakkhaºike paµiccasamupp±de chaµµh±yatana½ n±mantogadha½ katv± “n±mapaccay± phasso”ti vuttanti attho.

Eva½ saªgahanidassanavaseneva hi dhammahadayavibhaªgepi (vibha. 1009) “opap±tik±na½ pet±nan”ti-±din± opap±tikaggahaºameva kata½, na sa½sedajaggahaºanti.
