Nanu ca tabbatthukehipi ta½ indaµµha½ k±reti. Ten±ha aµµhakath±ya½ “tikkhe tikkhatt±, mande ca mandatt±”ti? Sacca½ k±reti, tabbatthuk±pi pana idha “ta½dv±rik±”icceva vutt±. Apariccattadv±rabh±va½yeva hi cakkhu nissayaµµhena “vatth³”ti vuccati. Atha v± ta½dv±rikesu tassa indaµµho p±kaµoti “ta½dv±rikeh²”ti vutta½. Sukhadukkhabh±vappatt± viy±ti saya½ sukhadukkhasabh±vappatt± viya, sukhant± dukkhant± ca viy±ti attho. Asantassa…pe… majjhatt±k±r±nup±pana½ aññ±ºupekkhan±divasena veditabba½. Sam±naj±tiyanti akusalehi sukhadukkhehi akusal³pekkh±ya, aby±katehi aby±kat³pekkh±ya, kusalasukhato kusal³pekkh±ya. Tatth±pi bh³mivibh±gen±yamattho bhinditv± yojetabbo. Etth±ha– kasm± pana ettak±neva indriy±ni vutt±ni, et±ni eva ca vutt±n²ti? ¾dhipaccatthasambhavatoti ce. ¾dhipacca½ n±ma issariyanti vuttameta½. Tayida½ ±dhipacca½ attano kicce balavanti aññesampi sabh±vadhamm±na½ labbhateva. Paccay±dh²navuttik± hi paccayuppann± Tasm± te tehi anuvatt²yanti, te ca te anuvattant²ti? Saccameta½, tath±pi atthi tesa½ viseso. Sv±ya½ viseso “cakkhuviññ±º±dippavattiyañhi cakkh±d²na½ siddham±dhipaccan”ti-±din± (vibha. aµµha. 219) aµµhakath±ya½ dassitoyeva.
Apica khandhapañcake y±ya½ sattapaññatti, tass± visesanissayo cha ajjhattik±ni ±yatan±n²ti t±ni t±va ±dhipaccattha½ up±d±ya “cakkhundriya½…pe… manindriyan”ti-±dito vutt±ni. T±ni pana yena dhammena pavattanti, aya½ so dhammo tesa½ µhitihet³ti dassanattha½ j²vita½. Tayime indriyapaµibaddh± dhamm± imesa½ vasena “itth², puriso”ti vohar²yant²ti dassanattha½ bh±vadvaya½. Sv±ya½ sattasaññito dhammapuñjo pabandhavasena pavattam±no im±hi vedan±hi sa½kilissat²ti dassanattha½ vedan±pañcaka½. Tato visuddhatthik±na½ vod±nasambh±radassanattha½ saddh±dipañcaka½. Tato vod±nasambh±r± imehi visujjhanti, visuddhippatt±, niµµhitakicc± ca hont²ti dassanattha½ ante anaññ±taññass±m²tindriy±d²ni t²ºi vutt±ni. Sabbattha “±dhipaccattha½ up±d±y±”ti pada½ yojetabba½. Ett±vat± adhippetatthasiddh²ti aññesa½ aggahaºa½.
Atha v± pavattinivatt²na½ nissay±didassanatthampi et±ni eva vutt±ni. Pavattiy± hi visesato m³lanissayabh³t±ni cha ajjhattik±ni ±yatan±ni. Yath±ha “chasu loko samuppanno”ti-±di (su. ni. 171). Tass± uppatti itthipurisindriyehi. Visabh±gavatthusar±ganimitt± hi yebhuyyena sattak±yassa abhinibbatti. Vuttañheta½ “tiººa½ kho pana, mah±r±ja, sannip±t± gabbhass±vakkanti hoti, idha m±t±pitaro ca sannipatit± honti, m±t± ca utun² hoti, gabbho ca paccupaµµhito hot²”ti (ma. ni. 1.408; 2.411; mi. pa. 4.1.6). Avaµµh±na½ j²vitindriyena tena anup±letabbato. Ten±ha “±yu µhiti yapan± y±pan±”ti-±di. Upabhogo vedan±hi Vedan±vasena hi iµµh±disabbavisayupabhogo. Yath±ha– “vedayati vedayat²ti kho, bhikkhave, tasm± vedan±ti vuccat²”ti (sa½. ni. 3.79). Eva½ pavattiy± nissayasamupp±daµµhitisambhogadassanattha½ cakkhundriya½ y±va upekkhindriyanti cuddasindriy±ni desit±ni. Yath± cet±ni pavattiy±, eva½ itar±ni nivattiy±. Vivaµµasannissitena hi nibbattit±ni saddh±d²ni pañca indriy±ni nivattiy± nissayo. Upp±do anaññ±taññass±m²tindriyena tassa paµhama½ uppajjanato. Avaµµh±na½ aññindriyena. Upabhogo aññ±t±vindriyena aggaphalasamupabhogato. Evampi et±ni eva indriy±ni desit±ni. Ett±vat± yath±dhippetatthasiddhito aññesa½ aggahaºa½. Eten±pi nesa½ desan±nukkamopi sa½vaººito veditabbo.
220. Kusal±kusalav²riy±d²n²ti ettha ±di-saddena kusalasam±dhi-±d²na½, aby±katav²riy±d²nañca saªgaho daµµhabbo. Paccay±d²ti ±di-saddena des±rammaº±dayo gahit±, yath±vuttav²riy±d²ni, cakkh±d²ni ca saªgaºh±ti. Icceva½ sabbasaªg±hik±ni v²riyindriy±dipad±ni, cakkhundriy±dipad±ni ca. Ten±ti “eva½ santep²”ti-±din± bh³mivibh±gakathanena. Tannivattanen±ti sabbesa½ sabbabh³mikattanivattanena. Avijjam±nasaªg±hakattanti tassa½ tassa½ bh³miya½ anupalabbham±nassa indriyassa saªg±hakat±.
