Purimapadesupi paritta½ subha½ etesanti parittasubh±, appam±ºa½ subha½ etesanti appam±ºasubh±ti subha-saddena sam±so yojetabbo hoti.
1027. ¾rammaºamanasik±r± pubbabh±gena kathit±ti jh±nakkhaºe tato pacch± v± paritt±dikasiº±rammaºabh±van±ya ±vajjanena ca jh±nassa ±rammaºamanasik±ran±nattat± na hoti, pubbabh±gabh±van±ya pana pubbabh±g±vajjanena ca hot²ti attho. Pubbabh±gabh±van±ya vasena hi jh±na½ parittapathav²kasiº±d²su ta½tad±rammaºa½ hoti, pubbabh±gena ta½ta½kasiº±vajjanena ta½ta½manasik±ranti. Chand±dayo pana appan±kkhaºepi vijjanti. Tattha paºidh²ti na taºh±patthan±, atha kho chandapatthan±va daµµhabb±. Adhimokkho nicchayo. Abhin²h±ro cittappavattiyeva. Yadi pana bhavachandabhavapatthan±dayo ta½ta½bhavavisesaniy±mak± adhippet±. “Appan±yapi vaµµant²”ti etassa appan±ya pavatt±ya tato pacch±pi vaµµant²ti attho daµµhabbo. Saññ±vir±g±d²hi pana visesiyam±na½ ±rammaºa½ tath± tath± tattha pavatto manasik±ro ca bhavavisesaniy±mako pubbabh±gova vaµµat²ti “±rammaºamanasik±r± pubbabh±gena kathit±”ti vutta½.
Vipul± phal±ti vipulasantasukh±yuvaºº±diphal±. Suµµhu passanti paññ±cakkhun± ma½sadibbacakkh³hi ca.
1028. “Y±va na ta½ p±pakamma½ byant² hot²”ti (ma. ni. 3.250) vacanato “kammameva pam±ºan”ti ±ha, abbud±di-±yuppam±ºaparicchedo pana kammavaseneva katoti adhipp±yo.

Seµµhabhav± n±m±ti tato para½ agamanato uttamabhav±ti adhipp±yo. Teneva bhavas²s±n²ti gahit±. Imesu t²su µh±nes³ti vehapphal±diµµh±n±ni eva sandh±ya vutta½. Vehapphalato pana purimesu navasu nibbatta-an±g±m² ar³padh±tu½ upapajjat²ti katv± “r³padh±tuy± cutassa ar³padh±tu½ upapajjantassa kassaci satta anusay± anusenti, kassaci pañca, kassaci tayo anusent²”ti (yama. 2.anusayayamaka.311) ida½ vutta½, na vehapphal±d²su upapanna½ sandh±y±ti ayamettha adhipp±yo siy±. Ya½ pana vutta½ “navasu brahmalokesu nibbatta-ariyas±vak±na½ tatr³papattiyeva hoti, na heµµh³papatt²”ti, etena heµµh³papatti eva niv±rit±, na tesveva upar³pari vehapphale ca upapatti ar³padh±t³papatti ca. “Paµhamajjh±nabh³miya½ nibbatto an±g±m² nava brahmaloke sodhetv± matthake µhito parinibb±t²”ti idampi anupubbena ±rohanta½ sandh±ya vuttanti na tena tassa matthaka½ appattassa ar³padh±tu½ upapatti niv±rit±ti daµµhabb±.
Yo v± aññattha tattha v± magga½ bh±vetv± cavitv± tattha upapanno avikkhambhitar³par±go ariyas±vako, ta½ sandh±ya aya½ aµµhakath± vutt±. Teneva “navasu brahmalokesu nibbatta-ariyas±vak±nan”ti, “paµhamajjh±nabh³miya½ nibbatto an±g±m²”ti, “imesu t²su µh±nesu nibbatta-an±g±mino”ti ca sabbattha nibbattaggahaºa½ kata½. Tassa pana yena tattha upapanno, tasmi½ r³par±ge vikkhambhite puna bhav±bhil±so na bhavissat²ti ar³par±gupacchedo ca bhavissatiyeva. Yo pana puthujjano tattha nibbatto ariyamagga½ bh±vetv± ar³pehi vikkhambhitar³par±go uppanne magge nibbattabhav±d²navadassanavasena anivattitabhav±bhil±so, tassa vasena yamakap±¼i pavatt±ti v± ayamattho adhippeto siy±.
