Eko cete ‘iµµh± kant± man±p±’ti dakkhiŗato gaŗh±ti, eko ‘aniµµh± akant± aman±p±’ti v±mato. Tasm± iµµh±niµµha½ n±ma p±µiyekka½ paµivibhatta½ n±ma natthi. Paccantav±s²nańhi gaŗ¹upp±d±pi iµµh± honti kant± man±p±, majjhimadesav±s²na½ atijegucch±. Tesańca morama½s±d²ni iµµh±ni honti, itaresa½ t±ni atijegucch±n²ti.
So vattabbo– “ki½ pana tva½ iµµh±niµµh±rammaŗa½ p±µiyekka½ paµivibhatta½ n±ma natth²ti vades²”ti? “¾ma natth²”ti vad±mi. Puna tatheva y±vatatiya½ patiµµh±petv± pańho pucchitabbo– “nibb±na½ n±ma iµµha½ ud±hu aniµµhan”ti? J±nam±no “iµµhan”ti vakkhati. Sacepi na vadeyya, m± vadatu.
